Chemical industry causes serious pollution when it brings various and rich products for human being. So green chermistry came into being.The idea of green chermistry is to stop using poisonous or harmful material, to stop producing waste, to stop dealing with waste.Thus it is chermistry which avoids pollution from the very beginning.This paper gives a brief introduction to the source,characteristics,principles and research development of green chermistry.
