: A clinical look from a professional can directly interfere in the health processes of a certain person, therefore the importance of doing multiprofessional work between a nutritionist and a physical education professional to reduce health problems. Thus, the objective of this summary is to make an integrative review in order to show the importance of physical assessment for the health of the individual. 132 scientific papers were reviewed and only 19 are part of this article. We know that it is necessary to have a clinical view of health professionals when talking about the physical-nutrition-al issue, in order to avoid consequences on the patient’s health, since the inadequate dietary pattern, physical inactivity represents a complex of risk factors for diseases and injuries non-transmissible.
