Specification a Model for Study of Water Sustainability 规范水可持续性研究的模型

Background: Theoretical, conceptual and empirical frameworks warn welfare; 1) the impact of environmental, interpersonal and subjective factors; 2) intrapersonal dimensions such as; optimism, commitment, meaning, positivity and achievement as indicators reflecting welfare; 3) the association between intra and inter factors such as altruism, affinity, austerity or cooperation. Objective: Specify a model of relations between welfare dependency reflective, its dimensions and indicators. Method: Documental study with a selection of sources repositories indexed in Latin America considering the variables of global, national and local context. Results: The specified model included two hypotheses concerning intra and inter-dimensional inflicted by the alleged correlations between affinity, commitment, optimism, achievement, austerity, positivity, altruism and cooperation. Discussion: Under the studies of welfare have not addressed the influence of the media in establishing an agenda supply and water rates, it is necessary to include the variable hyperopia, need for information and helplessness in a comprehensive model that explains scenarios public policies, conflict and welfare.

Advancing clinical dysmorphology diagnostic skills: Weaver syndrome 推进临床畸形诊断技能:韦弗综合征

There are now too many of rare clinical syndromes and dysmorphic syndromes including genetic syndromes, and it is difficult for most physicians to equip themselves with adequate professional knowledge that help them to make an early useful diagnosis for many of the syndromes they may encounter. We have previously described our pioneering extensive experiences with clinical genetics and dysmorphology in a plethora of publications. We have previously reported a large number of rare conditions in Iraq, and we have also helped physicians in the diagnosis and publication of rare syndromes observed in other countries. The aim of this papers is to help clinicians in advancing the diagnostic skills in the field of clinical syndromes by reviewing briefly a rare syndrome that have not been reported in Iraq, but it is associated with certain clinical characteristics that allow clinicians who see the syndrome for the first time, capable of making an easy diagnosis by knowing few information about the condition.

The Coral Crunch- Amyloidoma 珊瑚收缩-淀粉样瘤

Preface Amyloidoma is an exceptional, progressive disorder constituted by a plethora of conditions with characteristic accumulation of significant quantities of amyloid within soft tissues. Amyloidoma is additionally nomenclated as tumoural amyloidosis or nodular amyloid wherein insulin-derived amyloidoma is referred to as insulin ball. Amyloid nodules may be associated with systemic amyloidosis. Amyloid is a protein polymer configured with identical monomeric protein units. Pathological variety of amyloid is articulated from misfolded proteins. In excess > of twenty-three subtypes of protein can configure amyloid fibres in vivo. Extra-cellular or intra-cellular deposition of amyloid can modify normal organ function [1].
