specifically for injecting liquids quickly. There are numerous types. This study looks into a solar-powered mechanical dart sprinkler. With this kind of sprayer, you can rapidly and easily cover huge areas, including lawns. In the agricultural nation of India, 70% of all food is grown nearby. However, as the population increases, property rights are divided between families, leaving the typical Indian farmer with only two hectares of land. Due to their extreme financial hardship, farmers still rely on traditional farming methods because they cannot purchase expensive equipment. In this project, a mobile device is used to operate a wheeled insecticide sprayer. With this kind of sprayer, you can rapidly and easily cover huge areas, including lawns. Sprayers are the most economical option for areas that need to be sprayed. With a smartphone app, you can control every feature wirelessly. Sprayers are mechanical devices that are specifically designed to spray liquids easily. They come in several different varieties. In this project, we'll take a look at solar-operated mechanical boom sprayers. A sprayer of this type is a great way to cover large areas such as lawns, quickly and easily. India is an agriculture-based country in which, 70% of people depend on the outcome of farming. But if we observe that with the increase in population, the farm gets distributed among the family and because of this, farmers in India held an average of only two-acre farms.

The objective of this work is to model, design and analyse a cam and follower mechanism, which has minimum jerk and induced stresses for a defined motion. A cam and follower mechanism of a vehicle was chosen for analysis and suitably modified so as to minimize the jerk and stresses induced in the cam and also follower. The expressions for displacement, velocity and acceleration are derived by adopting a geometrical procedure. The kinematic analysis is further extended to dynamic analysis. Based on the results of kinematic and dynamic analysis, it was decided to modify the cam profile in order to reduce the jerk, an unwanted phenomenon that occurs due to sudden change of acceleration. Different cam profiles were generated by varying the nose radius and central distance between the base circle and the nose circle, maintaining the lift of the follower and base circle diameter constant. The work was further extended to determine the stresses developed in both the cam and follower. This was carried out using SOLIDWORKS and ANSYS Workbench. A comparative study is made with reference to the stresses and jerk to arrive at the best cam and follower design.
