びたみんC (V. C)ヲ種々ノ濃度ニ添加シタルぶいよん,れべんたーる.ぶいよん,そーとん培地ニ於ケル諸種細菌ノ發育ヲ觀察シタルニ,其ノ發育ハ培地ノV. Cノ濃度ニ關係シ0.1%以上ニ於テハ著明ニ阻害セラルルモ一定濃度以下ニ於テハ著シキ影響ヲ認メ難ク何レモ對照同様ニ發育セリ.但シ百日咳菌ノミハV. Cノ一定濃度ニ於テソノ發育促進セラレタリ.更ニ葡萄糖及ビぐりここーる加そーとん培地ニ於テハ百日咳菌(動物型)ノ發育ヲ促進セシメ,溶血性連鎖状球菌,腦脊髓膜炎球菌ノ生存期間ヲ遷延セシメ得タリ.尚V. C加培地ニ累代培養スルモ該菌ノ被凝集性ニ影響ナク, V. Cハいんどーる産生ニモ好影響ヲ及ボス事ヲ知レリ.
在观察各种浓度添加维生素C (v.c)的布隆,甘蓝。布隆,索顿培养基上的各种细菌的侵育时,其侵育是培养基的V.关系到C的浓度,如果在0.1%以上,相对明就会阻碍,但如果在一定浓度以下,相对明就很难承认影响。但只有百日咳菌能在v.c的一定浓度下促进其发育。而且,在葡萄糖及糖醇加索通培养基中,能促进百日咳菌(动物型)的滋养,并能迁延溶血性链球菌、脑髓膜炎球菌的生存时间。另外,在v.c加培基上累代培养也不会影响该菌的被凝聚性,v.c对印度印度的生产也会产生良好影响。
