This study aims to determine the analysis of work environment factors, worker awareness, work motivation, top management, worker communication, K3 rules and procedures, and the availability of K3 signs that significantly affect Occupational Health and Safety at PT. Mirasindo Perdana partially and simultaneously. The sample in this study used random sampling, so that the results obtained were 134 respondents from employees of PT. Mirasindo Perdana, the data collection technique used is through a questionnaire. This study uses factor analysis and multiple linear regression analysis with the help of computer software for SPSS version 20 statistics. work (X3), top management (X4), worker communication (X5), K3 rules and procedures (X6), and the availability of K3 signs (X7) have a positive and significant simultaneous effect on Occupational Health and Safety. while those that partially represent independent variables or other factors are top management (X4), K3 rules and procedures (X6), and the availability of K3 signs (X7). It can be seen that top management (X4), K3 regulations and procedures (X6), and the availability of K3 signs (X7) have a positive and significant impact on Occupational Health and Safety at PT. Mirasindo Perdana.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the role of management information systems and information quality on the decision-making process tested partially and management information systems and information quality on employee performance at the National Land Agency (BPN) of Labuhanbatu Regency. This research started from November 2022 to March 2023 which was carried out on employees at the National Land Agency (BPN) of Labuhanbatu Regency with a population consisting of 83 State Civil Apparatus (ASN). The sampling technique uses a census technique with data collection techniques in the form of secondary data and primary data with Likert scale techniques. The data analysis technique in this study used Partial Least Square (PLS). Based on the results of research and discussion in this study, the research can be concluded as follows: 1) management information system variables have a positive and significant effect on management decision making, 2) information quality variables have a positive and significant effect on management decision making, 3) information quality system variables have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, 4) information quality variables have no positive and insignificant effect on employee performance and 5) management decision making variables have a positive and significant effect on employee performance.

This research discusses the commercialization analysis of the Otto Robot in terms of business, costing, and operating budget aspects. The purpose of this research is to find out the cost of sales of Robot Otto and to make Standard Cost Sheets and Operating Budgets as a basis for evaluating performance at Barelang Roboschool BRAIL Batam State Polytechnic. This research used a qualitative method with a project-based learning approach based on primary and secondary data. Data collection was carried out using documentation techniques, interviews, and direct observation at the research site. The results of indicating that the calculation of the Operating Budget can be used as a tool to analyze the operational income and expenses of Roboschool BRAIL Batam State Polytechnic in a 5-month period, the creation of a Standard Costing Sheet as a determinant of the cost of the product Otto Robot produced as well as the results of Porter's Five Forces analysis and SWOT analysis are used to know the business conditions and be able to implement strategies that suit the conditions.

This research aims to determine the effect of product knowledge, attitude and halal certification on purchase intention in halal food products at five universities in Batam City. This research uses a quantitative approach, descriptive statistical data analysis techniques and multiple linear regression analysis. The sample in this research amounted to 370 respondents. Data collection techniques in this research using a questionnaire through google form. The population in this research were business management students from five universities in Batam city with a sample of 370 respondents. The results of this research indicate that product knowledge has a positive and significant effect on purchase intention which can be proven by the value of t count > t table that is 3.779 > 1.99647, attitude has a positive and significant effect on purchase intention with t count 3,527 > t table 1.99647, and halal certification has a positive and significant influence on purchase intention where t count > t table is 3,220 > 1.99647. In addition, the three independent variables of product knowledge, attitude and halal certification have a positive and significant influence simultaneously on purchase intention where the value of Fcount 46.109 > Ftable 2,63.
