The awareness on safety culture and behavioral safety is in higher demand to reduce occupational incidents. For instance, safety culture is an essential element that could influence employees’ occupational behavior. The increasing number of passengers over the past few decades is evidence of the rapid regional development facilitated by the expansion of the railway industry. It has been implemented to alleviate congestion on highways and airways, as well as to promote global efforts to cut the emissions and employ sustainable energy. However, the inadequacies in the railway industry's safety culture implementation led to a number of events, including train derailments and collisions, which has contributed to an increase in the rate of occupational accidents. Therefore, the objective of this study is to review the literature on the safety culture as a role in empowering the behavior of railway employees towards safety performance. Thus, the quantitative research design will be conducted through close-ended questionnaire. The sample of this study consist on employees that working in Malaysian rail transport industry. Therefore, SmartPLS will be used to test the model. Moreover, the findings expected to acknowledge an extensive literature review to propose a conceptual framework. It will be accomplished through integrating safety culture into the perceptions of workers, which is expected to influence their safety behavior at workplace. Thus, the Malaysia rail transport industry and related party can use this study as recommendations to improve their safety culture practices.

For employees. It is therefore, recommended that government agencies should take these vital components into consideration so as any nation to record the desired progress and achieve development objectives, its policies must be properly executed. This is based on the fact that implementing government policies irrespective of the sector concerned is very crucial as it promotes accountability, efficiency in service delivery and improves quality. However, for policies to be effectively implemented, certain factors must be taking into consideration. This research assessed some important components of ensuring effective implementation in government bureaucracies as identified by Elmore (1978, 1997). These are bureaucratic capacity, financial resources and accountability. The research used literature review as its map of action, and identified that bureaucratic capacity could be assessed through professionalism, merit recruitment and diffusion of power. Financial resources on the other hand, could be assessed through performance-based pay, cost benefit analysis and fiscal discipline. While accountability depends on the commitments of individual to have effectiveness and efficiency in implementing government policies.

Online learning is essential to the learning process in this pandemic era. It is heavily included into the educational process for Malaysian pupils. Studying the effects of this online education, particularly at the postsecondary level, is equally fascinating. The implementation of online learning has been successful due to a select few elements. The perception of the pupils and their involvement in the learning process are among the variables. 233 undergraduate students from various academic levels participated in this study. The respondents were given a set of questions in order to gather information about their opinions and level of interest in learning English through online courses. Results indicated that they had a highly favourable opinion of English online classes and that they were very involved in them. Implementing the online courses presented some difficulties, including gaps in the technology, a lack of documentation, and the teaching methodology. In order to guarantee the optimum outcome and satisfaction with the learning process, blended learning is advised.

A number of models and theories have been applied by most scholars to explain conditions relating to the inclination to relapse. In understanding the concept of relapse behaviour, the process must be seen as not only caused by external factors, but by internal factors of the addicts themselves, which might trigger the stimulus and prompt them to reuse drugs. This covers cognitive factors involving the stress they go through, such as negative emotional issues, interpersonal conflict such as disagreements, clash of viewpoints and goals with family members, peers, and members of society, and social pressure from their environment that increases the inclination to relapse. This then causes the addict to react negatively. Without the proper skills to manage the stress, the inclination to relapse grows. In addition, external factors also can contribute to relapse behaviour, such as family environment, and social support from family, friends, and society. Based on the social control theory, relapse behaviour can occur due to imperfection in the socialisation process within a family, especially with parents, schools, and other main social control agents. In other words, tight social control from family, teachers, society and even peers can restrain someone from acting in contradiction to set and agreed to social mores. Parents must be more competent in managing child behaviour. They must prioritise emotional links, control, and monitoring of their child’s behaviour, be strict in disciplining their child, and if they find their child’s behaviour goes against values and norms, the family must correct such behaviour. Parents unable to carry out their responsibilities consistently and effectively shapes a low social control, increasing the possibility of their child’s evaluation of negative actions as something exciting and without negative consequence. The discussion on the theories and models of relapse behaviour in this paper can hopefully provide further enlighten families, friends, and members of society to help former addicts escape the problems they are facing.

Man is responsible on this earth to be a dai who has the role in Islamic preaching. In addition, this role includes disbanding mankind from polytheism to faith in Allah SWT, changing from evil to good, trying to change negative situations to positive, preventing from heinous and evil acts to upholding the truth and finding happiness in this world and the hereafter. However, spreading Islamic preaching is not an easy task but it is not difficult. This matter is in line with the will of Allah SWT who has determined that human life is only to devote oneself to Him. Therefore, this article tries to highlight matters related to the preaching approach of the Tabligh Congregation in forming Islamic preaching among muslim community in Malaysia. This article applies library research and content analysis methods to collect data. Meanwhile, thematic analysis is used for data analysis. The results of the study found that there are several methods and principles used by the Tabligh Congregation in preaching to the community. The implications of this study provide a little input to the community to realize that the Tabligh Congregation approach is one of the best mechanisms in the spread of Islamic preaching for muslim community in Malaysia.

The capital market is one of the investment instruments favored by the Indonesian people. Reporting from KSEI, the number of investor growth from 2019 to 2022 continues to increase. Recorded in 2019 the number of capital market investors in Indonesia reached 2,484,354 and at the end of the listing on November 3, 2022 the number of capital market investors in Indonesia reached 10,000,628. The purpose to be achieved in this study is to find out and explain the calculation of the value of call options with weekly company stock data in order to find out which stocks are suitable for hedging and decisions that can be made based on the data that has been calculated. The type of research used is descriptive research with a quantitative approach. The sample taken amounted to 12 companies obtained based on determining the criteria in the form of increasing shares seen from the company's trend line during 2021-2022. The calculation method used is Black-Scholes by utilizing Microsoft Excel. The results showed that by using the Black Scholes method in determining option contracts, some stocks in certain semesters are not recommended to use call option contracts because the option price is zero (0), such as INCO shares in semester 2, PTBA shares in semester 4, TLKM shares in semester 3, and UNTR shares in semester 2. The results of the comparison of the Black Scholes stock option contract with the JCI call option contract show that ADRO, AKRA and PTBA shares can provide the highest profit for investors when using the Black Scholes method because they have a lower call option contract value than the market value. ADRO, AKRA and PTBA stocks have a positive purchase option contract difference value of 3 semesters so that they can provide the highest profit for investors.

Determinants of the capital structure still confusing among scholars. While numerous studies have been conducted, these are often limited to firm-specific factors such as profitability, asset tangibility, growth opportunities, liquidity, size, and non-debt tax shield. However, the literature clearly points out that there are important country-specific factors that determine capital structure decisions. Arguably, studies on determinants of capital structure focusing on country-specific factors for the oil and gas industry are still missing in the literature. As such, this study serves to review the determinants of capital structure with a specific focus on country-specific factors for the oil and gas industry. This study is to provide potential avenues for future researchers specifically in the oil and gas industry.

The community service program is the university's commitment to carry out the functions of the Tri Darma of Higher Education in an integrated manner with the functions of education and research. The mentoring program for improving management systems in SMEs, namely PT. Sumoda Tama Berkah, which has a business in the food and beverage industry with the Trademark "Susu Mbok Darmi," takes the theme Implementation of High Performance Work Practices (HPWPs), which aims to build a strong foundation on three pillars: 1) Practices to improve employee capabilities, such as training and skills development; 2) Practices to increase employee motivation, such as structuring reward systems, career development, and information sharing through improving organizational communication skills; and 3) Practices that give employees the opportunity to go the extra work, such as employee engagement and teamwork. The program is implemented through training using problem-based learning and experiential training methods, as well as through direct consultation, assistance and mentoring. Strengthening the "Outside-in" mindset in the concept of Human Resource Business Partners (HRBP) is very important to provide ways to find arguments for customers, namely "value propositions", so that every employee understands the importance of providing a excellent service. Through training in the fields of HR, operation management and supply chain, communication skill and excellent service, and managerial skills training, it is expected to be able to provide a strong foundation for practicing HPWPs, which ultimately aim to improve company performance and corporate sustainability.

This research seeks to identify the land use dynamic phenomenon in the unplanned settlements in Greater Cairo Metropolitan region (GMCR) which embodied in the alternative use of space (AUS). This phenomenon represents the way for the poor communities to meet their needs of space for living, working, and entertainment purposes for free or for low costs. It is considered the first research which included clarification for this phenomenon although the main role of AUS to meet the poor communities needs of lands in GCMR. By field survey and direct interviews with users and surrounding residents we have identified AUS types, times of use and Frequency for each type in addition to impacts of it on the prices of essential needs. Based on the goals of urban sustainability we have identified positive and negative aspects of AUS on our case study district. AUS provide lands for various needs of essential activities in free or low-cost rent which reduced the price of essential needs to 13 times for some item’s comparison with the nearest planned district. AUS reduce living expenses and help low-income families and offer cheap choices of housing, goods, transportations, essential services, entertainments, in addition to work opportunities. We can consider the AUS as a tool for achieving sustainable development in the poor communities by efficient use of resources and providing job opportunities within the community.
