Pelatihan Manajemen Pendidikan dan Metode Mengajar Islami Bagi Guru TK dan TPQ Yayasan Asy-Syifa 为TK - syifa基金会的教育管理和教学方法培训

This study aims to provide training as a means of strengthening knowledge and skills regarding education management and Islamic teaching methods for kindergarten and TPQ teachers at the Asy-Syifa Banjar foundation. The method used is descriptive with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques through; training, packages and field notes. Data analysis techniques by reducing, presenting data and drawing conclusions from existing data. Based on the data it was found that most of the Asy-Syifa foundation's teachers already had knowledge of educational management and Islamic teaching methods. However, with the provision of training, the acquisition of insight and mastery of the skills and abilities of teachers increase evenly and have a good influence of around 70-80%. This training also has a positive impact on student learning outcomes because teachers apply educational management and use methods well. Apart from that, there are several aspects of training that are well affected by this, namely curriculum, infrastructure, student affairs, assessment and finance.

Inovasi Pembelajaran Berbasis Media TASAKU (Studi di Sekolah Dasar Negeri Mojorejo 01 Kota Batu, Jawa Timur) 以媒体为基础的学习创新(东爪哇省石头市Mojorejo小学的研究)

Based on the results of observations and interviews, it was found that the problem was that students had difficulty in converting units of length cm and m. This is because learning activities have not used appropriate learning media, thus making students less enthusiastic. Students have not been able to understand the material to the fullest because the material is too abstract so that they have not reached learning mastery. For this reason, it is necessary to have teaching aids to make it easier for students to solve the problem of converting units of length cm and m. This study aims to improve student learning outcomes about unit length conversion material cm and m with Tasaku learning media in class IIIA SDN Mojorejo 01 Batu City. This type of research is Classroom Action Research (CAR), which consists of 2 cycles. Each cycle consists of 2 meetings. The data were obtained from the teacher's activities in teaching and student learning outcomes in working on the questions. The stages used in this study consisted of planning, implementing, observing, and reflecting. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, tests, and documentation. The results showed that there was a significant increase in student learning outcomes. The average student learning outcomes in pre-cycle was 61 with mastery learning of 39%, in cycle I the average score was 69 with learning mastery was 55%, and in cycle II the average score was 83 with learning completeness was 97%. Based on the results of this study, it can be concluded that student learning outcomes on unit length conversion material cm and m by using Tasaku learning media can be increased.

Peran Orang Tua dalam Menerapkan Pembelajaran di Rumah Saat Pandemi Covid 19 在Covid大流行期间,父母在家庭学习中的作用

Peran orang tua sangat di perlukan untuk proses pemebalajaran anak selama study from home ini, peran orang tua juga sangat diperlukan utuk memberikan edukasi kepada anak – anaknya yang masih belum bisa memahami tentang pandemi yang sedang mewabah untuk tetap berdiam diri dirumah agar tidak terlular dan menularkan wabah pandemi ini. Orang tua merasa pembelajaran di rumah sangat efektif untuk diterapkan namun bukan berarti pembelajaran di sekolah tidak lebih efektif dibandingkan dengan kegiatan pembelajaran di rumah. Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui peran orang tua dalam menerapkan pembelajaran di rumah saat pandemi covid 19 yang mengruskan murid untuk belajar dari rumah. Metode penelitian ini adalah menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif, data di peroleh melalui hasil wawancara dengan orang tua murid. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah orang tua dapat meningkatkan kelekatan hubungan dengan anaknya dan orang tua dapat melihat langsung perkembangan kemampuan anaknya dalam belajar serta menerapkan metode-metode dalam pembelajaran daring.
