An electric arc information model 电弧信息模型

The synthesis of mathematical models is an inalienablepart of information technology. It allows for the analysis, prediction, and optimization of various systems and processes. A crucial component of this process is the selection of the correct mathematical approach and the validation of the model's adequacy. The proposed article is a component of the development of the visual-block modelingmethod, particularly forenhancing its library. As the library grows, the boundaries of applying the visual-block modelingmethod are expanded. The work's materials address the construction and use of a mathematical model of an electric arc using visual modeling tools. The proposed mathematical model has significantly higher efficiency compared to known models of the electric arc that adequately describesthe electro-physical process in the electric arc. This allows for a reduction in modeling time for complex electro-technical systems, which include the processes of arc formation and reigniting. The presented model encompasses the description of two processes: electrodynamicsand thermodynamicones. The voltage and current for resignationsare calculated automatically. The adequacy of the proposed model has been verified by comparing it with experimental data. Additionally, theadequacy of the proposed model is confirmed through the analysis of dynamic volt-ampere characteristics for various frequencies of the power source voltage. The developed mathematical model is formatted as an element of the visual-block modelinglibrary. This allows for the direct use of the proposed model for synthesizing models of complex electro-technicalsystems, including the electric arc, thus expanding the boundaries of applying the visual-block modelingmethod.

Mathematical model of a steam boiler as a control plant 蒸汽锅炉作为控制装置的数学模型

The article highlights the problems associated with unpredictable outages, uncertainties in fuel supply, unpredictable changes in coal quality, and deterioration of the infrastructure ofa thermal coal-fired power plant due to the use of high-ash fuels. Traditional methods of solving these problems lack adaptability and flexibility. The aim of the study was to improve the efficiency of operation of boiler units of thermal coal-fired powerplants, which consists in increasing the service life, by improving the models of thermal coal quality management under random perturbations of its composition using automated measurement of abrasive materials in the dust removal system in real time. A simulation model of the influence of coal quality on the erosion wear of heat exchange surfaces of a steam boiler of a thermal coal-fired power plant was developed, consisting of a model of coal transportation and supply, a model of coal quality control, anda model of coal abrasiveness. The models were validated using a computerized flotation test comparison experiment and a one-factor analysis of variance. The experimental results showed that the group mean errors generally do not differ significantly. A method was also developed for controlling the quality of combusted coal when the abrasive composition of the coal batch formed by the supplier is disturbed. The proposed models and methods have the potential to significantly improve the efficiency of thermalcoal-fired power plants through the use of computer-integrated systems for managing pipe wear resistance and reducing the need for premature repair and replacement of equipment, as well as ensuring satisfactory quality of fuel and abrasive compositions, namely, fixing the service life of pipes within 5-9 years, as opposed to the unconscious use of highly abrasive fuel, which will cause an urgent shutdown of a thermal coal-fired power plant within a year. This study opens the way to improving the operation of a thermal coal-fired power plant and expands the understanding of the relationship between coal quality and equipment wear. However, further empirical studies with a larger data set would be useful to improve the accuracy and versatility of the model

The research aims to develop information technology for identifying problematic health conditions by analyzing measurement data. The literature review highlights various approaches to medical diagnostics, including statistical and machine-learning models that predict the risk of adverse outcomes based on patient data. Developed information technology focuses on data classification and sufficiency, ensuring objective and relevant data is collected. The technology involves expert-defined rules for analysis, aiding in generating patient diagnosis candidates. The proposed information system comprises four components: data source, data storage, diagnosis module, and data sink. A comprehensive data storage structure is designed to store and manage data related to diagnoses and parameters efficiently. The rule set generation block prototypeincludes obtaining parameters and transforming algorithms into programming functions. A case study focuses on a diagnostic tool for assessing PTSD using an internationally recognized questionnaire. Telegram bot is selected as the data source due to its anonymity, flexibility, and automated data collection capabilities. The database structure is designed to accommodatequestionnaire modifications and continue data collection. The implemented analytical system effectively categorizes individuals' states based on their responses. Overall, the research demonstrates the potential of information technology and the proposed information system to provide effective and user-friendly health diagnostics, aiding in timely medical interventions and improving population well-being.

The field of Natural Language Processing (NLP) has witnessed significant advancements fueled by machine learning, deep learning, and artificial intelligence, expanding its applicability and enhancing human-computer interactions. However, NLP systems grapple with issues related to incomplete and error-laden data, potentially leading to biased model outputs. Specialized technical domains pose additional challenges, demanding domain-specific fine-tuning and custom lexicons. Moreover, many languages lack comprehensive NLP support, hindering accessibility.In this context, we explore novel NLP data preprocessing and tokenization techniques tailored for technical Ukrainian texts. We address a dataset comprising automotive repair labor entity names, known for errors and domain-specific terms, often in a blend of Ukrainian and Russian. Our goal is to classify these entities accurately, requiring comprehensive data cleaning, preprocessing and tokenization.Our approach modifies classical NLP preprocessing, incorporating language detection, specific Cyrillic character recognition, compounded word disassembly, and abbreviation handling. Text line normalization standardizes characters, punctuation, and abbreviations, improving consistency. Stopwords are curatedto enhance classification relevance. Translation of Russian to Ukrainian leverages detailed classifiers, resulting in a correspondence dictionary.Tokenization addresses concatenated tokens, spellingerrors, common prefixes in compound words and abbreviations.Lemmatization, crucial in languages like Ukrainian and Russian, builds dictionaries mapping word forms to lemmas, with a focus on noun cases. The results yield a robust token dictionary suitable for various NLP tasks, enhancing the accuracy and reliability of applications, particularly in technical Ukrainian contexts. This research contributes to the evolving landscape of NLP data preprocessing and tokenization, offering valuable insights for handling domain-specific languages.

Algorithms and software for verification of scientific and technical text documents 科技文本文件验证用算法和软件

The work provides a solution to the problem of verifying the design (formatting) of scientific and technical documents for compliance with the requirements of regulatory documents (the problem of document verification). The basis of the check is the analysis of the styles of the Word text editor, which are used to design the paragraphs of the document under study. For eachelement of the document (headings, annotations, main text, figures, signatures under figures, list of references and others) a reference style of their design was developed. Together, these styles form the set of allowed styles. There can be many sets of allowed styles, each edition has its own set of styles. Only the administrator has access to each of the sets, which can create new styles, new sets, and edit both individual styles and individual sets. Due to the peculiarities of style parsing, the document is treated as a combination of headers and footers and the body of the document. Algorithms for its verification were developed for this structure of the document: an algorithm for analyzing headers and footers, an algorithm for analyzing paragraphs of the main text, and an algorithm for updating style settings by the administrator. .Net, WPF, DocumentFormat.OpenXml technologies were used to implement the algorithms by software. Using DocumentFormat.OpenXml allows you to analyze styles in .doc/.docx format documents; the developed program accepts .doc or .docx format files as input and analyzes them for compliance with specified styles. The result of the analysis is returned in .txt or .doc/.docx format, indicating the detected deviations from the standards. The .txt format file is a list of found deviations, and in the .doc/.docx format files, the deviations are recorded in the form of comments to the original text. Using the program simplifies the process of checking documents, it allows you to identify all deviations from standards and reduce the time and resources spent on checking. .Net and WPF technologies were used to develop the user interface. The developed program was checked in the process of checking the explanatory notes of real bachelor's and master's qualification theses. The style analysis time was determined; the time does not exceed 3 seconds. The developed program can be useful for automating the process of checking documents, ensuring quality and compliance with the design standards of scientific and technical documentation, scientific and technical publications, and, first of all, in the educational process for checking the design of bachelor's and master's qualification works, as well as various reports.

Face detection and facial recognition technologies are among the most intensively studied topics within the field of computervision, owing to their vast application potential across a multitude of industries. These technologies have demonstrated practicalap-plicability in varied contexts such as identifying suspicious individuals in crowded urban spaces, real-time recognition of smartphone owners, creating compelling deepfakes for entertainment applications, and specialized applications that modify the movements of facial features such as the lips or eyes. With the current state-of-the-art advancements in hardware and software technology, today's technological infrastructure provides more resources than are necessary for video streaming. As a result, simpleface recognition systems can be implemented without the need for high-cost server instances that require specified pre-trained models. This abun-dance of resources is changing the landscape of face recognition, and the discussion within this paper will revolve around these emerging paradigms.The primary focus of this article is an in-depth analysis of the key concepts of face detection in streaming video data using prominent pre-trained models. The models under discussion include HRNet, RetinaFace, Dlib, MediaPipe, and KeyPoint R-CNN. Each of these models has its strengths and weaknesses, and the article discusses these attributes in the context of real-world case studies. This discussion provides valuable insights into the practical applications of these models and the trade-offs involved in their utilization.Moreover, this paper presents a comprehensive overview of image transformation techniques. It introduces an ab-stract method for affine image transformation, animportanttechnique in image processing that changes the geometric properties of an image without affecting its pixel intensity. Additionally, the article discusses image transformation operations executed through the OpenCV library, one of the leading libraries in the field of computer vision, providing a highly flexible and efficient toolset for image manipulation.The culmination of this research is presented as a practical standalone system for image replacement in video. This system leverages the RetinaFace model for inference and employs OpenCV for affine transformations, demonstrating the con-cepts and technologies discussed in the paper. The work outlined in this article thereby advances the field of face detectionand recognition, presenting an innovative approach that makes full use of contemporary hardware and software advances

Problems and ways of improving project-oriented learning in Ukraine 改善乌克兰项目导向学习的问题与途径

Project-based learning is a student-centered learning process that provides opportunities to explore and combine theory and practice. This study aims to examine student responses after their participation in project-based learning and identify the skills that students have improved after completing the project-based learning process, using its 4 stages. An experimental verification of the possibilities of applying project-based learning project-based learning for students to acquire project competencies through the development and implementation of their own projects was conducted. A total of 70 students who studied at the faculties of management under the educational program "Project Management" participated in the study. The results showed a positive reaction of students to their experience of participating in project-based learning, which combines elements of theory and practice. In addition, the results of this study showed that project-oriented learning has a positive impact on the development of behavioral competencies of students and their further professional orientation. Students responded that thanks to project-based learning they have improved their thinking skills, problem-solving skills, gained a sense of self-realization, as well as teamwork skills. The work has further developed the iterative learning method by applying it to assess professional competencies in project management in different ways of learning: on personal experience, the experience of other lecturers and students, or combined learning in the first and second way. The proposed mathematical method for calculating the time for students to acquire project management competencies allows you to calculate whether a graduate, if included in a group, will have time to master the reference set of professional competencies, as those that are laid down in the educational program. The scientific novelty of the study lies in the application of project-based learning for students to acquire project competencies. The results of the study are confirmed during the experimental verification of the impact of project-based learning on students during the development and implementation of their own projects. The practical value of the study lies in helping educators to improve the quality of education. The study showed that project-based learning is an effective method for students to acquire project competencies. The article may be of interest to educational workers, scientists, and practitioners in project management.
