This study aims to find out about the development of Islamic banks in Indonesia. This research is qualitative descriptive. This study included literature to examine the written sources such as scientific journals, books referesni, literature, encyclopedias, scientific articles, scientific papers and other sources that are relevant and related to the object being studied. As for the object of study of this research is in the form of texts or writings that describe and explain about the development of Islamic banks in Indonesia. Results from this study is Indonesian banking now enlivened by the presence of Islamic banks, which offers financial products and investment in a different way than conventional banks, as Indonesia is the largest Muslim country in the world. The development of Islamic banking in Indonesia has become a benchmark for the success of the Islamic economic existence. Bank Muamalat as the first Islamic bank and a pioneer for other Islamic banks in Indonesia.

This research aims to identify and optimize SEO (Search Engine Optimization) strategies to increase visibility and achieve marketing goals. With the emergence of the internet as a major platform for various business activities, it is important for companies to highlight their presence among competitors by maximizing effective SEO strategies. This research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. The results of this research show that implementing an effective SEO strategy can significantly increase the visibility and organic traffic of a website, which in turn can contribute to increased brand awareness, increased visitor numbers, and the potential for increased sales conversions. By focusing on ethical practices and using methods that comply with search engine guidelines, companies can harness the potential of SEO to strengthen their position in an increasingly competitive digital marketplace, create customer trust, and ensure long-term success in their marketing efforts.

This research discusses the role played by actor networks in the process of formulating public policy. With the increasing complexity in the public policy environment, the role of actor networks becomes crucial in influencing and shaping the resulting policy direction. This research uses a qualitative approach by collecting data through in-depth interviews and documentary analysis. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that actor networks play a crucial role in the process of formulating public policy. These roles include the roles of subjects with high importance but low power, key players with high interest and power, other followers who represent group voices that may be less heard, and supporters who have power but low interest. However, the process of formulating public policy is faced with a number of challenges, including the complexity of organizational structures, conflicts of interest between actors, lack of resources, and resistance to change. To overcome these challenges, close collaboration between all parties involved, open communication, and wise management of differences and conflicts that arise is required. Through these efforts, the policy formulation process can become more inclusive, responsive and effective in meeting the needs of society as a whole.

Increased supervision and control as an effort to prevent and eradicate drug abuse and illicit trafficking is very necessary, because crime in this field is growing both in terms of quality and quantity. Drugs have troubled our society in Indonesia because the effects of this object if consumed incorrectly and excessively by its users will be fatal, it can also result in death for its users. The research objectives are 1) Knowing the effectiveness of criminal sanctions against perpetrators of narcotics crimes. 2) Knowing the obstacles faced in increasing the effectiveness of enforcement of criminal law sanctions against perpetrators of narcotics crimes.3) Knowing the efforts made to increase the effectiveness of enforcement of criminal law sanctions against perpetrators of narcotics crimes. The approach used in this research is empirical juridical approach. This research is descriptive research. The types of data used are primary data and secondary data using primary, secondary and tertiary legal materials. This library research is conducted by searching, collecting, and studying laws and regulations and other legal materials related to the object of research. From the results of the study, namely that the increase in the number is not too large, it may be said that the punishment process has been effective. The factors inhibiting law enforcement of narcotics crimes committed by the police: Facility factors related to the problem of inadequate facilities and infrastructure and limited budget support. The community factor and the lack of public concern to report to the authorities make it difficult for law enforcers to eradicate narcotics crime The most effective and basic methods of preventing and eradicating drug abuse are promotive and preventive methods. The most practical and real efforts are repressive and humane efforts are curative and rehabilitative.

This study aimed to find out either the direct or indirect effect of the board of directors, independent commissioners, and audit committees on firm value, with financial performance as the intervening variable. Furthermore, the population was State-Owned Enterprises that were listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during 2018-2021. The data collection technique used purposive sampling, which used two criteria for the sample. In line with that, there were 20 companies as the samples which required to be observed. Moreover, the data analysis technique used Path analysis with SPSS. As the result, it concluded that (1) the Board of Directors did not affect the financial performance, (2) Independent Commissioners had a positive effect on financial performance, (3) Audit Committees did not affect the financial performance, (4) the Board of Directors had a positive effect on firm value, (5) Independent Commissioners did not affect firm value, (6) Audit Committees did not affect firm value, (7) Financial Performance had a positive effect on firm value, (8) Financial Performance could not mediate the Board of Directors on firm value, (9) Financial Performance could mediate Independent Commissioners on firm value, and (10) Financial Performance could mediate audit committee on firm value.
