The buying and selling of breast milk (ASI) transactions are based on the ignorance of the society, especially mothers, regarding the prohibition of buying and selling breast milk. Nahdlatul Ulama and Muhammadiyah, as community organizations in Indonesia, have also discussed determining the law regarding the practice of donating and buying breast milk. Therefore, the aim of this research is to understand the mechanism of buying and selling breast milk and the perspectives of Nahdlatul Ulama and Muhammadiyah figures on the law of buying and selling breast milk. This research is an empirical juridical study using a qualitative approach with a descriptive comparative method. The results of this study show that the practice of buying and selling breast milk is conducted through the social media platform Facebook. Buying and selling are done using a barter method based on the needs of the baby. According to Nahdlatul Ulama and Muhammadiyah, both bartering and cash transactions fall under the same law. Breast milk as an object essentially meets the requirements of a saleable object. However, there is an opinion that breast milk is equated with human organs, thus buying and selling breast milk is prohibited as per the law against selling organs. Nahdlatul Ulama believes that buying and selling breast milk is permissible, referring to the respected Shafi'i opinion that it is valid and permissible. However, if there are government regulations prohibiting the buying and selling of breast milk, the society must adhere to those regulations. Meanwhile, Muhammadiyah has not yet discussed the issue of buying and selling breast milk. The discussions conducted so far have only touched upon the permissibility of breast milk donation, which is done voluntarily.

Academic supervision of PBA (Arabic Language Education) has an important role in PBA learning in accordance with the provisions of the specified standards. Thus, supervision is expected to improve the performance of PBA teachers in carrying out teaching and learning activities. The qualitative descriptive approach is prioritized by finding existing indicators. In finding existing information and indicators, data collection is more on data collection methods in the form of interviews, documentation, with analysis focused on listening, watching, interacting, asking, talking, exploring, taking important notes on matters relating to the academic supervision of PAI supervisors to improve PBA teacher performance. On the other hand, in reality, supervision is only related to administration rather than judging as a teacher. The assessment is only focused on administration, while the assessment of teacher competence in carrying out learning is not too seen and even prioritized. Assessment and supervision that is only concerned with administration does not make teachers enthusiastic in carrying out their duties as teachers. For this reason, a teacher needs guidance and supervision to assess the level of performance

The development of financial technology (fintech) has given rise to various financial service applications, including the Flip application. Flip provides a variety of technology-based financial services, such as interbank transfers, buying credit, and E-Wallet top-ups. The Flip application is widely used by the general public, including cadres of the Wahdah Islamiyah mass organization. This research examines fintech transactions from an Islamic perspective, tracing fintech contracts in the Flip application, and the views of Wahdah Islamiyah cadres regarding the use of the Flip application in fintech transactions from an Islamic economic perspective. This research uses qualitative methods with descriptive analysis and a grounded theory approach. Observation, interviews, and documentation all played a role in the data collection process. The results of this research show that: 1) in Islamic terms, fintech is something that is permitted as long as it is free from prohibited elements such as usury, gharar, maysir, tadlis, dharar, zhulm, and haram. 2) Fintech contracts in the Flip application are wakalah, wakalah bil ujrah, and bay' (buying and selling) contracts, which are basically permitted. 3) Flip users among Wahdah Islamiyah cadres view that Flip services such as interbank transfers, credit purchases, and E-Wallet top-ups are in accordance with Islamic economic principles because they are free from usury, gharar, and dharar and contain maslahah and taysir (convenience). Implications of this research: 1) The socialization of Islamic economic principles in fintech-based financial services is needed. 2) can develop research on other fintech features of the Flip application.

Modernity is a "model" it cannot take and guarantee the value of previous "models" it must build its own norms, this is what makes the entry of technopreunership an interesting study to discuss, Technopreneurship is a part of technology that seeks to increase the ability of science and technology in a process in economic development and an individual business, the development of technology and purchasing power is a source of new social problems for the economy in Indonesia, although initially technopreuneurship was a solution to social problems, this happened because of the low purchasing power and knowledge that occurred in developing countries, The current era of digitalization is a product born of post modernism where postmodernists are young conservatives who along with two other groups "Old Conservatives" and "New Conservatives" are considered to be struggling to undermine the ideals of enlightenment, Technopreunership will become Public Values in explaining future events and what will be faced, Basically, the future is a world of competition between Humans and Technology, which makes a new path for Education and Policy Makers to pay more attention to equal thinking and make a breakthrough in Centric Urbanization and carry out its essence well.

The guide to the Islamic religion is the holy book Al-Qur'an, which should be read exactly according to the rules of Tajweed and understood as a guide to life. There are still students in this field who are not good at reading the Qur’an and need alternative methods to practice and improve their ability to read the Qur’an. The purpose of this study is to provide educators with knowledge on how to practice good Qur’an reading using different methods such as Talaqqi and Tasin methods. This study uses quantitative methods combined with experimental methods. Data collection was carried out by means of a reading test of several Quranic verses used to measure Qur’an reading ability. The research subjects were 35 Santri people. Data analysis used SPSS Statistic 26 application, specifically multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study show that talaqqi and tahsin methods have a significant influence on students' ability to read the Qur’an. 41.8% of a person's ability to read the Qur’an is influenced by talaqqi and tasin methods, the remaining 58.2% by other factors.

As the role and function of the nation-state continue to expand, citizenship in the contemporary context has also developed. Islamic thoughts about being part of the political community, territory, and government system are all included in the data sources of the Al Quran and hadith. This study aims to discuss citizenship in Islam: the views of Imam Al-Ghazali. In this paper, researchers used the literature study method. In collecting data, the researcher uses literary research methods. This research was conducted by browsing and viewing literature and research related to library materials. These study results are related to the concept of citizenship in the analysis of Al-Ghazali's study, which is immovable in politics and law. A country must have a forward orientation and not continue with its dark past. A country and a government must organize themselves both from good citizens and a just government to achieve goals that are shared.
