Penatalaksanaan Fisioterapi Pada Kondisi Myofascial Syndrome Upper Trapezius Dengan Modalitas Infra Red (IR), Ultrasound (US), Myofascial Release Technique Dan Contract Relax Stretching 通过红外线(IR)、超声波(US)、肌筋膜松解技术(Dan Contract Relax Stretching)等方法治疗上斜方肌肌筋膜综合症的治疗方案

Myofascial syndrome is a condition characterized by the presence of a hypersensitive region, called a trigger area of muscle or loose connective tissue, together with a specific pain reaction in the area associated with that point when the Trigger Point (Myofascial Trigger Point) is touched or palpated. This causes a localized seizure response known as the confluence sign, which is a shortening of the fibrous muscle fiber. Physiotherapy examination includes pain assessment with Visual Analogue Scale, muscle spasm with palpation, joint range of motion with goniometer, muscle weakness with Manual Muscle Testing, and functional activity with Neck Disability Index. In this case, the interventions chosen were Infra Red (IR), Ultrasound (US), Myofascial Release and Contract Relax Stretching. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Infra Red (IR), Ultrasound (US), Myofascial Release and Contract Relax Stretching on the condition of Myofascial Syndrome Upper Trapezius. The research design used in this research is descriptive analytic method. The subjects of this study were patients with Upper Trapezius Myofascial Syndrome at RSUD Dr. SOESELLO SLAWI. The method of collecting research data was 4 times therapy, it was found a decrease in pain at T3, a decrease in M.Upper Trapezius muscle spasm at T4, an increase in the range of motion of the joint, neck flexion at T2, neck extension at T2, lateral neck flexion at T2, neck rotation at T2, increased strength. muscles in flexors at T2, extensors at T4, latero at T3, rotators at T3.

This study presents a review of research and manuscripts that discuss the utilization of Artificial Intelligence (AI) applications for novice teachers participating in induction programs during their early years of teaching. The study employs a qualitative method, gathering data from journal manuscripts and browser publications focused on the pedagogical use of AI. The collected data is categorized to address research questions related to the benefits of AI for novice teachers and the challenges they face when using AI for teaching. The analysis results indicate that for novice teachers, AI provides opportunities to serve as a tutor or assistant that can be used anytime, anywhere, according to the novice teachers' availability and ability to manage learning, teaching, and assessment. Additionally, AI can serve as a resource to enhance pedagogical knowledge and understanding, automate lesson planning and scheduling, provide teaching feedback, and facilitate learning assessments. The challenges faced by novice teachers revolve around their ability to decide how and when to appropriately use AI-based tools or applications.

Turmeric (Curcuma longa) is a medicinal plant from the Zingiberaceae family which has the potential to be developed as a superior plant that has benefits and efficacy as a medicinal ingredient. Turmeric has a yellow dye called curcuminoids as much as 5% (50-60% curcumin, demethoxycurcumin and bisdemethoxycurcumin). The very basic content of turmeric is Curcuma or curcumin because it has the largest component. The purpose of this study was to determine the phytochemical content by conducting a screening test on the ethyl acetate fraction of turmeric rhizome using the TLC method and UV-Vis Spectrophotometry. This research method used descriptive method by means of observation or non-experimental. Phytochemical screening included tests for flavonoids, alkaloids, saponins, phenols, tannins and steroids/triterpenoids which carried out to determine the class of compounds contained in turmeric rhizome. The ethyl acetate fraction in turmeric rhizome suspected to contain curcumin, so a test for the levels of curcumin contained in turmeric rhizome was carried out. The results showed that the positive turmeric rhizome samples contained flavonoids, tannins, phenols and steroids. As well as negatively contain alkaloid compounds and saponins. The results of identification with TLC samples containing curcumin compounds according to the literature and the standard Rf value of curcumin is 0.75-0.80. The assay results using the UV-Vis Spectrophotometry method for the ethyl acetate fraction of turmeric rhizome samples yielded an average concentration of 159.79 mg⁄g.

Saat ini kebutuhan bahan bakar minyak terus menjadi besar bersamaan dengan meningkatnya populasi dan berkembangnya Teknologi. Namun cadangan sumber energi minyak bumi yang berasal dari fosil terus menjadi menipis karena sifatnya yang tidak dapat diperbaharui. oleh karena itu, perjuangan buat mencari asal tenaga alternatif yang dapat diperbaharui (renewable) butuh ditingkatkan. Salah satu sumber tenaga alternatif yang kala ini banyak dibesarkan ialah Fatty Acid Methyl Ester (FAME) yang umum diketahui dengan nama Biodiesel. Biodiesel ialah bahan bakar alternatif yang menjanjikan serta dapat terbuat dari minyak goreng sisa, lemak hewani ataupun minyak nabati yang dikonversikan ke dalam metil ester lewat proses transesterifikasi memakai alkohol. Reaksi transesterifikasi ini membutuhkan katalis dalam penggunaanya. Setelah di amati, katalis heterogen menjadi katalis yang paling efektif dalam pembuatan biodiesel melalui reaksi transesterifikasi.
