This study aims to describe the forms of emotional expression experienced by the main characters in the "Lelaki-Lelaki Tanpa Perempuan" short story collection by Haruki Murakami. The analysis of the forms of emotional expression of the main characters in the short story collection of "Lelaki-Lelaki Tanpa Perempuan" used a literary psychology approach. Emotional expression is rooted in inner conflict as it pertains to the psyche of an individual. The data for this study consisted of quoted sentences that represent the emotional expression of the main characters in the "Lelaki-Lelaki Tanpa Perempuan" short story collection by Haruki Murakami. A qualitative descriptive method was used to analyze the forms of emotional expression of the main characters. Data collection techniques involved reading and note-taking. Data analysis techniques included data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The validity of the data was employed through theoretical triangulation. This study reveals various forms of emotional expression of the main characters in the "Lelaki-Lelaki Tanpa Perempuan" short story collection by Haruki Murakami. These forms of emotional expression include disappointment, resignation, curiosity, worry, anxiety, confusion, fear, and sadness. The folktale of Eyang Agung Lancing is a folktale that developed in Mirit village, Kebumen Regency. This folktale presents many cultural values. However, there has been no research on this subject. This study aims to describe the cultural values in the folklore of Eyang Agung Lancing. The researcher used literary anthropology approach to analyze the cultural values contained in the folklore of Eyang Agung Lancing. This research uses qualitative descriptive method. The data in this study are data in the form of utterances, phrases, clauses, and sentences sourced from the folklore book Mbah Lancing Penyebar Agama Islam di Urut Sewu by Aris Margono. Based on the results of data analysis in the folklore of Eyang Agung Lancing Kebumen Regency, it is found that there are cultural values grouped into five including (1) values related to the basic problems of human life there are 2 data, (2) values related to the basic problems of human work there are data, (3) cultural values of human nature with time there is 1 data, (4) values related to the basic problems between humans and the natural environment there is 1 data, and (5) values related to the basic problems between humans and their neighbors there are 5 data. The cultural value that dominates in this study is the cultural value related to the nature of human problems with others. It seems that this story has a strong spirit of harmonization. This is important for instilling character and social ethical attitudes. Therefore, an important implication of this study is that folktales can contribute to character to the community. Education is essential for every individual, driving many to seek the best and highest level of learning possible. Learning styles play a crucial role in academic success by enhancing the effectiveness of the learning process. Each individual's learning style varies from another based on their comprehension and retention of lessons taught by educators. Despite their efforts, some students struggle to grasp lessons, while others diligently study yet perform sub-optimally in exams. Such achievements may result from not identifying a compatible learning style that allows them to assimilate the content efficiently. This research aims to determine the effect of Learning Styles on Indonesian Language Learning Achievement of Grade XI Students at SMA Negeri 1 Kedungreja, Cilacap District. Therefore, this study employs a quantitative method, and the collected data are then interpreted to yield descriptive information. Data collection techniques include questionnaires, and linear regression is used for data analysis. The research findings indicate a correlation value of 0.932. The effect (R Square) of learning styles on learning achievement is 86.8%, with the remaining 13.2% affected by unexamined variables. A strong relationship between Learning Styles and Learning Achievement is evident, as the significance value is 0.05 with a Pearson correlation value of 0.932. In essence, the relationship is robust. In the novel Best Gift by J.S Khairen, it describes how the social dynamics experienced by the main character. This study aims to describe the form of social pathology and the factors that influence the occurrence of social pathology in the novel Best Gift by J.S. Khairen. Language is not only a set of languages, but also serves a social function. Sapir in Lyons (1982: 3) says that language is used by humans to communicate, express emotions and desires through various symbols. While Wardhaugh added that language is an arbitrary system which basically has a function as a tool for communicating. This study aims to determine code mixing in the novel language. This type of research method used is qualitative research. The method used is descriptive method, which is a research method that describes data starting from the data collection stage, data compilation, accompanied by data analysis and interpretation. In this study, the type of data analyzed using written data. The data source in this study is a novel entitled Negeri Lima Menara by A. Fuadi. Data was collected by examining data from data sources using the basic method of observation, namely by observing the form of code mixing contained in the novel in the form of sentences and followed by the method of recording data from previously observed data. Then the researcher analyzes the form of code mixing contained in the novel and concludes the results obtained. Based on the results of the analysis of the collected data, it was concluded that the incident of mixing the Minang language code into Indonesian, Javanese into Surabaya dialect into Indonesian, Sundanese into Indonesian, Arabic into Indonesian, and English into Indonesian. The sociolinguistic meaning contained in the Negeri Lima Menara novel is the meaning of intimacy and is related to kinship culture in communicating in a multilingual society which is often used in communicating within family, friends, and Islamic boarding schools. This study, conducted at SD Negeri Ciberem, aims to identify the factors contributing to the low learning interest of students and describe the teacher's efforts in fostering students' interest in the Javanese language lessons for the fourth grade at SD Negeri Ciberem. Based on the researcher's observations in the fourth-grade Javanese language classes at SD Negeri Ciberem, it was found that students displayed a low interest during learning sessions. This study employs a descriptive qualitative research method. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews, and documentation. The study also involves three sources: teachers, students, and the parents of the students. The study results show that:(1) Factors contributing to the low interest of students in Javanese language learning are rooted in physical and psychological aspects, such as intelligence, attention, and interest. Other influencing factors include teachers, parents, and the learning environment. (2) Teachers' efforts to address students' learning interests include peer tutoring activities, ice-breaking sessions, and adopting a cooperative attitude during instruction.

Drama as a genre of literature, has its own characteristics compared to other genres, namely poetry and fiction. Drama is unique from the point of view of using language and conveying its message and useful values ??for its readers. However, often the delivery of messages and values ??through character conversations is often not caught by the reader because dialogue in drama often uses connotative words that have ambiguity or indirectness of expression. The presentation of language in drama literary works is in the form of using behavioral instructions that describe the atmosphere and using the dialogue of the characters. In terms of message content, the playwright tells human life with its various problems. This study discusses the values ??of life that exist in the drama script "Raising the Si Sarto Flag in the Homeyard" by Rodli TL. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. The approach used is a pragmatic approach. The purpose of this study is to describe, analyze, and identify pragmatic values, including moral values, social values, cultural values, and nationalism values ??in drama scripts. This study aims to describe the form of moral values depicted by the behavior of the characters in the novel Tirani Dedaunan by Chairul Al-Attar and how the suggestions for its application in literature learning in high school. This type of research is descriptive qualitative by utilizing a literary religious approach. The data used are in the form of sentences or quotations that identify elements of religiosity in the form of moral values. The data source used is the novel Tirani Dedaunan by Chairul Al-Attar. Data collection techniques use reading techniques and note-taking techniques. The researcher used theoretical triangulation technique in the data validity technique. Data analysis was carried out based on four stages, namely data organization, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The result of this study is that there are four forms of moral values found in the novel Tirani Dedaunan by Chairul Al-Attar, such as morals towards God, morals towards oneself, morals towards family, and morals towards society. These moral values can be implemented in literature learning based on KD 3.14 and 4.14 of the 2013 edition of the curriculum in 2018.Keywords: morals, novel, literature learning

Humans are created with two types of inherent personalities, namely positive and negative personalities. The attitude or personality that exists in each individual can change due to events that have occurred in the past, and differences in personality possessed by individuals can also cause conflicts that lead to anxiety. This is what is called the dynamics of personality which can also be contained in the novel which contains the author's way of expressing an event through his fictional characters. This study aims to describe the personality dynamics that occur in the characters in the novel Conspiracy of the Universe by Fiersa Besari. This type of research includes qualitative descriptive research with a literary psychology approach. The data in this study are in the form of whole sentences or quotes that reflect the personality or behavior of the characters who are included in the personality dynamics which are divided into instincts and anxiety in Fiersa Besari's novel Conspiracy of the Universe by Fiersa Besari. The data collection technique uses reading techniques and note-taking techniques. Data analysis used techniques with three steps, namely data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions or verification. The results of this study reveal that the dynamics of personality found in the characters Juang Astrajingga and Ana Tidae are instincts and anxiety which include 6 data on life instincts in the form of sex instincts, thirst, creative activities and instinctive derivatives. Furthermore, 2 data on death instinct in the form of aggressive verbal and non-verbal activities, 6 data on realistic anxiety, 1 data on neurotic anxiety, and 1 data on moral anxiety. This research examines the relation to moral values ??towards Allah SWT in the anthology of the poem The Creator, Love and Reflection on Life by Anik Puji Rahayu. This research is included in qualitative research. This study uses data in the form of words and sentences related to moral values ??towards Allah SWT. The source of data in this study is the anthology of poetry by Anik Puji Rahayu entitled (Happy Peace in the Soul), (Rain Brings Blessings), (Ahead of Ramadhan Arrives), (Blessings of Life), (Grateful), (Patience), (Message of the Bayu ), and (Power and Conscience). Data collection techniques in this study used reading and note-taking techniques. The reading technique is carried out by carefully reading the anthology of poetry by Anik Puji Rahayu by considering moral values. Then the note-taking technique is carried out by tagging or recording data related to moral values ??in the anthology of poetry by Anik Puji Rahayu. The data validation technique used in this study is theory triangulation and data sources. The data analysis technique used is data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. This poetry anthology of The Creator, Love and Reflection on Life is a poetry anthology which contains many moral values ??for Allah SWT in the form of piety, sincerity, trust and gratitude which are sourced from his life experiences. Piety can be interpreted to follow all His commands and stay away from all His prohibitions. Ikhlas is a charitable act solely to expect the pleasure of Allah SWT. Tawakal is surrender, believing in Allah that work, soul mate and death are His will. Then gratitude is a feeling of gratitude to Allah for all the blessings given to his servant. The results of the research data found are related to moral values ??towards Allah SWT in the poetry anthology of The Creator, Love and Reflection on Life, namely the attitude of piety has 4 data, the attitude of sincerity has 2 data, the attitude of trust has 5 data and the attitude of gratitude has 3 data.
