New and renewable energy continues to develop in the territory of Indonesia, one of the renewable energy discussed is solar power generation. The potential of Solar Electric Energy in Paluh Manis village is quite large with the condition of the area located on the coast, with an average temperature of 32C. The electricity demand at the office of the village head of paluh manis of 3300 KW is the center of research that will be the center of research if the electricity demand at the office of the village head of paluh manis langkat is diverted from the source of the State-Owned Company into a solar power plant. The results of observations and analysis produced that the electrical load requirements in the village of paluh manis with the following details: 2 x 6 = 12 100 Ah batteries, 8x 100 wp Solar Modules, 60 A charger controller, 1000 watt Inverter. The problem that occurs for fishermen is that it is difficult to reach a wide range of purchases, and then the price of fish becomes very cheap when the fish catch is large and becomes expensive when the fish catch is small. This can be overcome by processing it so that it has a higher selling value and is more durable. If the fish has been processed to make it more durable, a digital marketing promotion website is needed. A digital promotional website can increase the income of Secanggang Village BUMDES through the use of digital technology to connect marine products with a wider market. The research method used is waterfall with the PHP programming language and MySQL database. The application includes literature studies to understand the concepts of digital marketing, e-commerce, and the benefits of promotional websites in developing local businesses. Digital marketing promotional websites are built with features that support e-commerce activities, such as product catalogs, ordering features, and online payments. During the development process, testing and evaluation were carried out to ensure the functionality and responsiveness of the website and to collect input from potential buyers and BUMDES regarding the user experience. The digital marketing promotional website creates new business opportunities for BUMDES in Secanggang Village, increases sales turnover of marine products, opens wider market access, and empowers the local economy in a sustainable manner.

This article discusses designing a study program profile website using the WordPress Content Management System (CMS). Higher education has a need to present relevant and up-to-date information to prospective students, students, lecturers and the general public. A study program profile website can be an effective tool to meet these needs. The design method used in this research involves the needs analysis stage, interface design, selecting an appropriate WordPress theme, developing special features relevant to the study program, and testing functionality. Using the WordPress CMS as a content management platform makes it easy to manage and update content independently without requiring advanced programming skills. The result of this research is a study program profile website that is responsive, attractive, and easy to navigate. The features implemented include information about study programs, curriculum, lecturers, facilities and the latest news. Apart from that, it is equipped with a search feature to make it easier for users to find the specific information they want. Implementing the WordPress CMS as a content management platform provides time and cost efficiency benefits in managing a website. In addition, the flexibility and ease of adding or changing content ensures that the information presented is always up to date and relevant. In conclusion, designing a study program profile website using CMS WordPress is an effective solution for presenting up-to-date and relevant information to stakeholders in the academic environment. This research aims to develop a valid, effective and practical web programming learning model. Based on preliminary studies and needs analysis carried out in web programming courses, it was found that learning was not optimal. The needs analysis also found that there are priorities/needs for lecturers and students who have high expectations for the learning process which can improve 4th century competencies, namely critical thinking, communication, collaboration and creativity. This type of research is Research and Development which refers to the ADDIE model. The analysis technique uses the Aiken'V test, and validity uses expert tests and Focus Group Discussion (FGD). The research findings are a Case Study-based Project Based Learning Model which is equipped with model books, teaching material books, lecturer manuals and student manuals. The model and supporting system meet the validity criteria, are prepared based on research and development models and are suitable for use according to experts. The resulting model meets the practicality criteria with an average reliability value of 88.67 according to lecturers and 87.02 according to students. The results of the effectiveness test show that the results of research on the development of case study-based project based learning models produce seven model syntaxes, namely, determining case studies, identifying problems, making project proposals, designing project designs, creating projects, product trials, presenting project reports.

The problem that occurs among the people of Kebun Kelapa Village is the lack of knowledge regarding technology, especially the use of applications on Android-based mobile phones. The Langkat Regency Communication and Informatics Service as a regional work unit which has duties and functions in the field of technology is supposed to provide direct services to the community in the field of ICT (Information and Communication Technology). The public needs a service or means to make it easier to submit questions and complaints related to the field of technology, which of course hopes to get direct answers from parties who are experts in their fields. So far, the role of the Langkat Regency Communication and Informatics Service is still very minimal in providing facilities for submitting complaints and requests for information to the public, where the public still has to come to the Langkat Regency Communication and Informatics Service Office to submit all types of complaints. This research provides a solution for the Langkat Regency Communication and Informatics Service to provide complaint services to the community, especially in Kebun Kelapa Village, so that they can submit various types of complaints and requests for information in the fields of technology and informatics. The responses and answers obtained are of course obtained directly from the government agency in charge of this matter, so that the public no longer receives wrong information circulating from one media to another. The mobile-based public complaint system that was built can guarantee the confidentiality of personal information for people who are afraid to submit complaints if their identity is known. This system will also provide a guarantee that complaints submitted will be responded to immediately by having a control system for the complaint handling process. In the end, it is also hoped that this research will become a new public service innovation for the Langkat Regency Communication and Information Service, especially in Kebun Kelapa Village, especially in fulfilling the public service compliance survey conducted by the Indonesian Ombudsman every year.

Villages, as the smallest part of the government administration system in Indonesia, are required to be able to follow technological developments and continue to improve their ability to manage village population administration data. Currently, the village is in the administrative service system. The villagers are still conventional; this affects village devices and villagers, where human error is common, as well as waste of time and costs. So it takes the use of the right technology to overcome this. Cloud computing is a paradigm that allows users to access information electronically using fixed devices or mobile devices connected to the internet network. Cloud computing offers PaaS (Platform as a Service) collaboration, on-demand services,and anytime, anywhere access capabilities. With cloud computing, digital village systems can be built. To be able to use the service, the village government must first subscribe to a cloud service provider.Based on the test results, it can be concluded that the implementation of Kebun Kelapa Village administration provides convenience in processing village population data, reduces village operational costs, and can provide more optimal administrative services to villagers, especially Kebun Kelapa.

In addition, the library has operating hours so that few students come.
