The importance of branding, advertising and selling (BAS) for both tourist attractions and government agencies, one of which is to be able to improve the image and reputation of a tourist attraction or agency so that it can be known by the wider community. Likewise in the tourism sector, the existence of the BAS concept in addition to being able to change and improve the image of the region, advertising activities will have a great impact on the tourism sector such as being able to attract tourists, investors, be known by the public, and increase the number of tourist visits. In the context of tourism marketing, BAS strategy, especially in terms of advertising, plays a decisive role in achieving the goal, namely the accuracy of marketing promotion actions to reach the specified market segment. This can be seen, among other things, from the increase in the number of tourists who buy tourism products or visit marketed destinations. The researcher uses a qualitative descriptive approach because in accordance with the purpose of the research, namely wanting to obtain and describe in depth and thoroughly the BAS promotion strategy in terms of advertising in the development of the tourism industry in Talun District, Cirebon Regency as a tourist destination. Advertising/Advertising in tourist destinations carried out by the Talun District government through social media is very effective and efficient in saving marketing budgets. This program increases public interest in various tourist attractions that can be visited through videos containing natural beauty, tourist attractions, culinary places and information related to the calendar of activities in Talun District which is then uploaded through the website and social media Instagram, blogs, Facebook, and Youtube.

The attraction of Kanoman Market can be seen from the variety of products sold, including traditional culinary products. Based on the researcher's observations, furthermore, the Kanoman Market is not just a place to buy and sell. Kanoman Market is a conception of life and socio-cultural interaction, as well as a means of recreation or culinary tourism in Cirebon City. The Kanoman market and the traditional culinary sold in this market, is a culture that must be maintained and maintained, because it is part of the local wisdom of Cirebon City. The analysis method used in this study is a descriptive analysis method, using primary data and secondary data. To obtain primary data, interview techniques were used by distributing questionnaires and using a checklist of potential research objects. Secondary data was obtained by conducting a literature study and data from the manager of the Kanoman Market. The expected result of the research is the discovery of the potential of Kanoman Market as a culinary tourism destination. The aspects analyzed are the diversity of traditional culinary, authenticity, local wisdom, completeness and feasibility of supporting facilities owned by Kanoman Market as a culinary tourist attraction. With the known potential of culinary tourism in Kanoman Market, efforts can be made to maintain and improve local wisdom. The level of technological readiness (TKT) of this study is the basic research of TKT level 3.

Labor or employees are very important human resources in a company, because without employees the company cannot run well. Employees are the main capital for the company. As, employee capital needs to be managed to remain productive. Therefore, company leaders must be able to encourage them to remain productive in carrying out their respective duties, by continuously increasing the morale of their employees. So that the company can maintain employee loyalty in order to achieve company goals.

A work environment condition can be said to be good if employees can carry out activities optimally, healthily, safely and comfortably. Effective communication is very important in the company to ensure that superiors and subordinates are open and transparent. Employee appreciation often occurs in every company for employees who have contributed to the company. Career paths in the company are usually seen from the employee's job performance. Therefore, the company must pay attention to a good work environment or create working conditions or a comfortable working atmosphere in order to be able to provide motivation to work, it will have an influence on the enthusiasm and enthusiasm of employees to work. This research aims to find out how good the financial performance is based on the current ratio, quick ratio, gross profit margin and net profit margin at PT Astra Internasional Tbk. The type of research used is quantitative descriptive. The data processed is PT Astra Internasional Tbk financial report data for the 2018-2021 period. The type of data used is secondary data. The data collection technique in this research is by copying financial report files. Technical data analysis uses quantitative descriptive methods with the formulas current ratio, quick ratio, gross profit margin and net profit margin. The results of this research show that the financial performance of PT Astra Internasional Tbk for the 2018-2021 period is reviewed from the current ratio, quick ratio, gross profit margin and net profit margin. So the author draws the conclusion that financial performance in terms of the current ratio and quick ratio is not good because the value is still below industry standards. Financial performance in terms of gross profit margin and net profit margin, the company's financial performance is also said to be not good because it is still below industry standards.

This research aims to determine the level of company health from a financial aspect based on the Decree of the Minister of BUMN Number: KEP-100/MBU/2002 at PT. Krakatau Steel (Persero) Tbk for the 2017-2021 period. The method used in this research is quantitative descriptive. This health level assessment uses 8 financial aspect indicators, namely ROE, ROI, Cash Ratio, Current Ratio, Collection Periods, Inventory Turnover, Total Asset Turn Over, and Total Own Capital to Total Assets. Based on the research results, PT. Krakatau Steel (Persero) Tbk for the 2017-2021 period experienced increases and decreases as seen from 8 financial ratio indicators. The financial health assessment in 2017 and 2018 was in the unhealthy predicate in the BBB category with a final score of 55 in 2017 and 53.21 in 2018, however in 2019 it was in the unhealthy predicate in the CCC category with a final score of 30, whereas in 2020 it was ranked as unhealthy in the BB category with a final score of 47.14 and in 2021 it was ranked as unhealthy in the BBB category with a final score of 55. So it can be concluded that the financial health of PT. Krakatau Steel (Persero) Tbk is in an unhealthy condition.

A company needs to pay attention to financial performance in order to see how far the company's position by analyzing financial statements. This study aims to determine the financial performance of PT. Pakuwon Jati Tbk in 2018-2021 using the ratio of Gross profit Margin, Net Profit Margin and Return on assets. This type of research is descriptive with quantitative data taken secondarily from the balance sheet and income statement of PT. Pakuwon Jati Tbk for 2018-2021. Samples were taken from the population according to the saturated sampling method. The results of research that has been done show that the financial performance of GPM and NPM are in a good state that is above the industry average standard, GPM shows a decline while NPM shows unstable fluctuations. The results of financial performance with ROE in poor condition because it is below the industry average standard with fluctuations that are also unstable.
