The aim of this research is to describe the Public – Private Partnership model or collaboration between the public sector and the private sector in collaborating and managing Sembilan Beach Tourism. The cooperation model or Public Private Partnership in this research looks in more detail at each type which is seen from several provisions, namely: Asset Ownership, Operations and Management, Capital Investment, Commercial Risk, Duration of Collaboration, Need for technical expertise and managerial expertise, Need for Efficiency Operations, Large financial investments, Need for Political Commitment, Determination of Service Tariffs, Regulatory Framework, Information. The results of this research show that the Bringsang Village Government uses the Public-Private Partnerhip model in collaborating with the private sector. The variant used as the basis for cooperation is the BOT or Build-Operate-Transfer model which contains the simple meaning that this cooperation is related to development, management and at a predetermined time the authority to provide these services will be returned to the government. However, the reality on the ground turns out that there are several conditions of this cooperation model that are not fulfilled or even exceed the capacity of one of the parties in the cooperation for the development, development and management of Pantai Sembilan Tourism. However, apart from some discrepancies and also some adjustments to the characteristics and offers that might be taken into consideration by both parties, what needs to be noted is that this cooperation model can now be said to have succeeded in achieving its initial objectives. Agreement.

This research aims to determine the effect of sales on the net profit of food and beverage companies listed on the IDX. The variables of this research are: (1) Sales as the dependent variable (Y) which is measured by sales taken from sales contained in the profit/loss report, and (2) Net Profit as the independent variable (X). The population in this study is the report financial statements of food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, while the sample in this study is the financial reports of food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange which published complete annual reports from 2016-2020 and obtained net profits from 2016-2020 which were taken using purposive sampling technique. Data collection was carried out using documentation techniques. Data analysis was carried out using simple linear regression analysis (t test and coefficient of determination test) using SPSS v 25. Based on the results of simple linear regression analysis, the equation Y = 23.556 + 0.046X was obtained, which means that when sales are zero and do not change, the net profit is equal to 23,556 and for every increase in sales (X) by one unit, the net profit variable (Y) will increase by 0.046. The results of the t test show a sig value <0.05 (000<0.05), which means that the hypothesis is accepted that sales have a positive and significant effect on the net profit of food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The results of the coefficient of determination test (r2) show an r2 value of 0.557 or 55.7%. This means that the magnitude of the influence of the independent variable (sales) on the dependent variable (net profit) is 55.7% while the remaining 44.3% is influenced by other factors outside of this research

Sumenep is currently beginning to reveal its identity to the people of Indonesia, with its new motto Sumenep City of Keris. This motto is being promoted to the community to introduce the culture of the city. However, it is unfortunate that the opportunity of the keris industry in Sumenep Regency cannot provide a positive contribution to the economic welfare of the population in Sumenep Regency, mainly due to the lack of support from the Sumenep Regency Government in formulating policies, which is still not optimal. The sensitivity of the local government is indeed being tested, especially with the existence of Republic of Indonesia Emergency Law Number 12 of 1951. After Sumenep City declared itself as the city of keris, it is feared that there will be many people who will need legal protection if they want to bring heritage items such as keris in the future. This emergency law is also considered outdated or obsolete by researchers because it no longer suits the current situation and conditions. In this study, the researcher used normative research methods with legislative approach and case approach. The legal materials used are primary and secondary legal materials using descriptive analysis techniques, systematic techniques, and argumentation techniques. The goal is for the local government to educate and introduce the Culture and Local Wisdom in Sumenep Regency to the elements of the community, and for the people of Sumenep Regency to develop tourism based on Culture and Local Wisdom in Sumenep Regency.
