The Internet network is important because now it has entered the 4.0 era, where all community activities are primarily carried out with the help of the Internet. Therefore, the internet network can also connect. One example of using the Internet is currently needed in the school environment. Teachers and students must carry out learning transformations that are usually paper-based and are presently changing through the Internet. As is the case with all teachers and students in private vocational schools. From the results of observations that have been made, not all teachers and students get good internet service. Then, when checking on the server side, it turned out that the internet network management was not following the standards in the field, so the three ISPs (internet service providers) were not being utilized optimally. One solution emerges from presenting these problems: combining and dividing the burden evenly among the three ISPs. The process of distributing the ISP load evenly is called load balancing. In this study, the load balancing method used is the Per Connection Classifier (PCC) method, which can work optimally. This study's findings indicate that the inefficiencies in internet service provision within private vocational schools are due to suboptimal internet network management practices, leading to the need for more utilization of the available internet service providers (ISPs), and proposes the implementation of load balancing as a solution

Smart cities with GPS track and trace implementation have great potential to achieve good and clean governance. This technology enables the government to gather and analyse real-time data concerning mobility, public assets, and the allocation of funds. With precise and transparent information, the government can enhance efficiency, accountability, and responsiveness to the needs of the public. The primary goals of this application are to promote transparency, improve the management of community activities, and encourage community engagement. The approach employed in the creation and development of this smart city application follows the waterfall method. This methodology simplifies the system's initial development and its potential for future enhancements. The results from implementing and testing the smart city system, utilizing usability testing, yield scores exceeding 3, specifically 3.56. This indicates that both government officials and the community find the system and application highly user-friendly

Buyers are the most crucial entities for companies selling products, including PT Paragon Technology and Innovation. PT Paragon Technology and Innovation is a cosmetics company that oversees well-known brands such as Wardah, Emina, MakeOver, and Kahf. It is essential for this company to understand the characteristics of its buyers who purchase their products, and one way to achieve this is by conducting consumer segmentation. This consumer segmentation is carried out on customers who have purchased Emina products from March 2021 to March 2023, using three types of RFM analysis approaches: vanilla RFM analysis, RFM+Lifetime, and RFM/Lifetime, which are then grouped using the K-Means algorithm. Through the implementation of this consumer segmentation, the company can gain a deeper understanding of its buyers' behavior towards the products they offer, thereby enhancing business processes and marketing efforts. The consumer segmentation has been completed with the finding that out of the three types of RFM analysis approaches employed for consumer segmentation, the RFM+Lifetime approach is the most effective and relevant one, resulting in four categories: Make Up, Face Care, Others, and General. The Make Up category further consists of five segments, while each of the other categories contains four segments.

Mistakes in recruiting Hosts for the business of selling clothes on TikTok live streaming can have a negative impact on business owners, because Host failure can cause the products offered not to sell to potential customers. To overcome this problem, a decision support system is needed as a support tool for clothing selling entrepreneurs in recruiting TikTok Live Hosts that are relevant and can contribute to the development of their business. In this study the authors used Multi-Objective Optimization on the Basis of Ratio Analysis (MOORA) for the TikTok Live Host recruitment process with 5 (five) alternatives and 5 assessment criteria in subjective decision making. The results of this study indicate that the alternative that gets the first ranking position and is recommended to be accepted as a TikTok Live Host is A5 (Rina) with a value of 0.2752. As for the ranking order of other alternatives, namely A1 (Janses) with a value of 0.2738 at rank 2, A3 (Aisyah) with a value of 0.2582 at rank 3, A4 (Kylen) with a value of 0.2460 at rank 4, and A2 (Delima) with a value of 0.2190 at rank 5.

The services of building construction companies in today's modern era are increasingly in demand by the wider community to get the best building results. Installing a rainwater tap in a building is one of the most important parts to pay attention to so that consumers are not disappointed. Therefore, the head of a building construction company that offers services in this field must be careful in the process of accepting rainwater gutter installer. The criteria used to acceptance of rainwater gutter installerin this study consisted of insight, work experience, health, and age criteria. Data collection techniques used in this study were literature studies and field studies. In this study the authors apply the ROC and MFEP methods to obtain the decision making of acceptance of rainwater gutter installer. In the results of this study an alternative named Rudiasyah (0.427111) has the highest value compared to other alternatives. So in this study Rudiasyah became the most recommended alternative to be accepted as a rainwater gutter installer

Dry noodles are widely commercialized thanks to their durability and practicality for consumption as side dishes or staples to replace rice. The development of dry noodles is robustly conducted, mainly by substituting its main ingredient of wheat flour to local staple flour with similar or better nutritional value and characteristics compared to wheat flour and gluten-free as well. Some alternatives are sorghum (Sorgum bicolor) flour and mocaf (Modified cassava flour). Applying the correct drying temperature to produce dry noodles with good chemical and organoleptic quality. This research utilized a factorially formulated Completely Randomized Design with three levels for each actor. The first factor is the sorghum flour and MOCAF proportions with levels of 40:60, 60:40, and 80:20, and the second factor is the noodle drying temperature with levels of 500C, 600C, and 700C. Each treatment is repeated three times. Chemical quality aspects that would be analyzed are water, ash, fiber, and protein contents. Meanwhile, the organoleptic quality analysis is conducted by the organoleptic test based on the likeness level/organoleptic hedonic test that encompasses color, aroma, texture, and flavor. The P1S1 treatment, in which the flour ratio is 40 g: 60 g with a drying temperature of 500C is the best treatment, obtaining the highest Result Value of 0.699, with the research variable criteria as follows: chewiness 5.6, (like), water content 6.6733%, flavor: 5.3 (rather like), protein content: 9.7033%, coarse fiber: 5.2233%, ash content: 0.2767%, color: 5.4 (rather like), and aroma: 5.4 (rather like)
