Rice is a food crop in the agricultural sector, which is an ingredient in the form of rice that is consumed by the majority of the Indonesian population, as well as being a source of income for farmers. This research aims to 1) Describe the characteristics of lowland rice farmers 2) Analyze the income of lowland rice farming 3) Analyze the feasibility of lowland rice farming. The technique for taking respondents used in this research was proportional random sampling with a total of 44 respondents. The data analysis method used is qualitative descriptive analysis and income analysis and feasibility analysis (BEP and R/C). The results of the research show that the characteristics of rice farmers in Lubuk Alung District, Padang Pariaman Regency based on gender are male-dominated 68.18 percent, respondents' age ranges from 38-43 years at 36.36 percent, elementary school education 40.91 percent, farming experience 10- 13 years of 47-73 percent, with a farmer's land area of 0.46-0.66 Ha of 47.73 percent, own land ownership status of 100 percent. The average income of rice farmers in Lubuk Alung District is IDR. 5,643,883.68 per planting season. The feasibility of lowland rice farming in Lubuk Alung sub-district is feasible because it has an R/C value of 1.91, B/C 1.01 and production and price are above the BEP value.

The fisheries sector has enormous potential to be developed. One of them is aquaculture. The government in handling this matter established a Fish Seed Center in each region under the auspices of the Directorate General of Aquaculture. Bontang City has a fish seed center located in Tanjung Laut Indah Village. The seeds produced are tilapia, catfish and tiger shrimp. The purpose of this study is to analyze the financial feasibility of commodities in the Fish Seed Center. The sampling method is a case study while the data analysis methods used are Net Present Value, Net Benefit Cost Ratio (Net B/C), Internal Rate of Return (IRR), and Payback Period. The research results obtained based on the financial feasibility analysis are NPV (Net Present Value) of Rp. 157,414. 504, IRR (Internal Rate of Return) of 8%, Net Benefit Cost Ratio 1 and Payback Period for 13 years and 4 months. The conclusion obtained in this study is that the cultivation of tilapia, catfish and tiger shrimp seeds at the Fish Seed Center of Bontang City is financially feasible and profitable

Foot and Mouth Disease (FMD) in livestocks has become an epidemic in Mojokerto Regency which has caused significant economic losses, so it is necessary to carry out prevention and control. FMD prevention and control activities at the village and sub-district levels are facilitated by agricultural extension workers through Communication, Information and Education (CIE) counseling activities for breeders. This study aims to determine the role of counseling in prevention and control of FMD and the obstacles it faces. The data collection is based on online questionnaires which were distributed in 63 agriculture extension civil servants in 18 sub-districts in Mojokerto Regency. The research shows that majority of the officers have implemented CIE in all of their target areas. The counseling methods based on information technique used was direct counseling and a combination of direct and indirect counseling. The majority of counseling used printed media that contain specific materials of treatments. This study also measured the acceptance and support of stakeholders at the village level. Obstacles encountered in the field included coordination constraints, terrain and location of stables, negative issues that developed in the community and aggressive cattle conditions.
