The study aimed to test both simultaneously and partially. Analysis of factors influencing investment decisions in food and beverage sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2018-2021. With multiple linear regression analysis methods to test classical assumptions such as normality, multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity, and autocorrelation. The results of the F test obtained that the calculated value of (2.887) > ftable (2.397) with a significant value of 0.023 < 0.05 then ROE, CR, DCR, DER, LN together have an effect and significant on PER. In the T test ROE has no effect and is not significant on PER, CR has no effect and is not significant on PER, DCR has no effect but significant on PER, DER has no effect and but significant on PER, LN has no effect and is not significant on PER. With the coefficient value of determination seen from the Adjusted R Square of 0.146. This means that the variable can explain the dependent variable by 14.6%. While the remaining 85.4% was explained by other variables that were not studied

The focus of this research is the influence of profitability, company size, and sales growth on capital structure. Based on this, this study aims to see the effect and how it impacts profitability, company size, and sales growth on the capital structure of property and real estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Data collection techniques used purposive sampling with several criteria. 37 companies were obtained from 80 property and real estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2017 - 2021. . Data analysis techniques in this study used the Normality Test, Multicollinearity Test, Heteroscedasticity Test, Multiple Linear Regression Test, T Test, Determinant Coefficient, Test of Goodness Fit (F test), with the help of data processing by IBM SPSS. This research will look at the results of profitability partially affecting capital structure, company size will partially affect capital structure, sales growth will partially affect capital structure.

Nilai perusahaan merupakan salah satu parameter untuk mengukur keberhasilan suatu perusahaan dengan dikaitkan harga saham. Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan yaitu untuk menguji serta membuktikan pengaruh keputusan investasi, pendanaan, dan profitabilitas terhadap nilai perusahaan pada perusahaan food and beverages di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Nilai perusahaan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan rumus Tobins’Q. Populasi penelitian ini adalah perusahaan food and beverages sejumlah 72 perusahaan per 31 desember 2021. Sampel penelitian sejumlah 18 perusahaan dengan teknik purposive sampling. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis data berupa statistik deskriptif, regresi linear berganda, uji koefiesien determinasi, uji t, dan uji goodnes of fit menggunakan program SPSS. Penelitian ini memperoleh temuan (1) keputusan investasi berkontribusi terhadap meningkatnya nilai perusahaan. (2) Keputusan pendanaan berkontribusi atas peningkatan nilai perusahaan. (3) Profitabilitas berkontribusi terhadap meningkatnya nilai perusahaan.
