Tax is one of the main sources of state revenue for Indonesia. However, the awareness level of taxpayers is still low and is a big problem for the state. This is evident from the fact that the number of MSMEs in Indonesia is greater than the number of taxpayers registered with the DGT, which is 8.71 million business units in 2022. Therefore, the DGT has developed DGT Online, which is a digital platform that allows MSMEs to manage and comply with their tax obligations electronically. This research was conducted to analyze how much influence DGT Online has, tax sanctions, taxpayer awareness, and service quality on the level of taxpayer compliance in fulfilling their obligations. The method used in this research is qualitative research with a literature study approach. The results of this study indicate that the application of technology in tax administration, such as e-Registration, e-Filing, and e-Billing, has a positive impact on the level of taxpayer compliance. This technology not only simplifies the process of reporting and paying taxes, but also improves the efficiency and accuracy of reporting, reduces the potential for errors, and provides significant benefits for taxpayers in fulfilling their tax obligations.Keywords: DJP Online, Taxpayer Compliance, Technology

The purpose of this research is to analyze the effect of the marketing mix (Product, Price, Promotion, Location, People, Physical Facilities, and Process) on PT. Bank BNI Tuparev Cirebon Branch Office. This research was conducted at PT. Bank BNI Tuparev Cirebon Branch Office. Respondents of this study are savings customers of PT. Bank BNI Tuparev Cirebon Branch Office with a sample of 100 people. Research using multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS. Conclusions from this study: 1. the marketing mix consisting of product, price/interest rate, promotion, location, people, physical evidence, and process together have a positive influence and significantly to customer decisions in choosing savings products at BNI Tuparev Bank Cirebon 2 Branch Office. Of the seven variables studied, only location and people have a positive and significant influence on customer decisions. 3. Other variables such as product, price/interest rate, promotion, physical evidence, and process do not show a significant effect on customer decisions. The BRI Unit Plumbon Branch Office is a branch office that has a branch office service function in Cirebon. BRI branch offices are branch offices that carry out the function of collecting funds from the public in the form of savings and distributing them to the public in the form of credit or other means to improve people's lives. This study aims to identify and analyze the organizational culture model and the application of organizational cultural values at PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia Cirebon Plumbon Unit so that they know what needs to be repaired and maintained. Organizational culture models and the application of organizational cultural values were identified and analyzed from organizational structure, human resource management policies, integrity, professionalism, customer satisfaction, exemplary and respect for human resources. This researcher used a purposive sampling technique. Data collection methods in-depth interviews and documentation. The results show that the organizational culture model and the application of organizational cultural values tend to show problems in terms of integrity and professionalism. The value of integrity tends to be lacking because the tenure is too short for contract workers, so organizational culture is not well understood, especially those at the forefront of service. Professionalism shows that most of the frontline services are contract workers who are given short training, so that knowledge of BRI products is lacking.Keywords: customer satisfaction, organizational culture, organizational cultural values

This research aims to determine petty cash management at PT. Sungai Budi Cirebon Branch and to find out the internal controls applied to the management of petty cash funds at the company. Research conducted at PT. Sungai Budi Cirebon Branch uses a research method related to petty cash funds, namely the imprest fund method. The results of this research are PT. Sungai Budi Cirebon Branch has implemented petty cash fund management (using the imprest fund method) in accordance with applicable accounting standards. This research still has several limitations in the field of internal control, namely cash disbursement transaction documents have not been stamped "Paid", have not used printed serial numbered forms, and there is no formation of an organizational unit to check internal control activities. This research has contributed to lecturers and students majoring in computerized accounting. The resulting contributions include providing direct practical understanding to students regarding internal control of petty cash funds in companies, using the imprest fund method. Managing finances in the industrial era 4.0 is an important activity that must be carried out by individuals. Achieving prosperity is highly dependent on the ability to manage finances. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of financial literacy, locus of control, and lifestyle on personal financial management in generation Z in Banyumas Regency. The data source is primary data by distributing google form questionnaires. The research method uses an explanatory type quantitative approach. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling and obtained 165 generation Z in Banyumas Regency with data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis. Making effective decisions in determining optimal delivery costs is an important challenge in the delivery service industry as faced by Gojek Indonesia. The Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) model is a decision-making method that has been proven effective in dealing with complexity and uncertainty in multi-criteria decision-making processes. The data source for this research was obtained through a questionnaire that was distributed online by Gofood users in Indonesia with a total sample of 100. The purpose of this study was to apply the AHP model in determining the most optimal delivery costs to increase operational efficiency and customer satisfaction for Gojek Indonesia. In this case, it has 6 criteria, namely delivery distance, package size weight, delivery time, mode of transportation delivery route, special requirements and 18 alternatives. The results of this study are that JP 3, BU 3, WP 3, MT 3, RP 3, PK 3 ranks first with a priority weight of 0.338732583, which means questions from JP 3, BU 3, WP 3, MT 3, RP 3, PK 3 is the most important criterion for determining optimal costs for Gojek Indonesia.Key words: Food Delivery Application, Optimum Cost, Analytical Hierarchy Process

In recent years, the Indonesian government has opened up the defense industry to foreign investment to enhance industry competitiveness and technology transfer.The aim of this study is to identify the types and sources of foreign investment in Indonesia's defense industry, assess the extent to which foreign companies are involved in the transfer of technology and know-how to Indonesian firms, evaluate the impact of foreign investment on the competitiveness of Indonesia's defense industry, and identify any potential risks associated with foreign investment in the defense industry. This qualitative study employs a secondary data collection method to identify the types and sources of foreign investment in Indonesia's defense industry, assess the extent of technology transfer to Indonesian firms, evaluate the impact of foreign investment on industry competitiveness, and identify potential risks associated with foreign investment in the defense sector.The research findings indicate that foreign investment has increased the competitiveness of Indonesia's defense industry and enhanced technology transfer. The presence of foreign companies has also led to modernization and up-gradation of the defense sector. The advancement of information and communication technology has transformed the way consumers shop with the presence of online buying and selling platforms. One significant group contributing to this trend is the millennial generation. This study aims to analyze the consumer behavior of the millennial generation in the context of online shopping. Through this research, we intend to identify the factors influencing purchasing decisions, product preferences, and potential barriers faced by millennial consumers when shopping online. The research methodology uses qualitative involves surveys and data analysis from millennial respondents participating in online shopping activities. Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are forms of business activities operated by individuals, groups, or small business entities with the aim of making a profit. MSMEs in Cirebon are one of the growing business sectors in recent years. The key to the success of MSME businesses is their ability to meet growing consumer demands. The important thing for MSMEs today is products with halal certification and products with guaranteed quality. This study aims to (1) To determine the influence of halal labels on the purchase decision of MSME products in Cirebon, (2) To determine the influence of product quality on the purchase decision of MSME products in Cirebon, (3) To determine the effect of halal labels and product quality simultaneously on the purchase decision of MSME products in Cirebon, and (4) To find out what factors influence consumers in considering halal labels and product quality in purchasing decisions for MSME products in Cirebon. In the design of this study using a quantitative approach with descriptive and associative research methods to test hypotheses about the influence of halal labels and product quality on consumer purchasing decisions on MSME products in Cirebon.
