In the current era of digitalization, more and more people are seeing the possibility of making websites and applications in various industrial fields. The field of education is one of the benchmarks that can be made in various potentials. The purpose of the application of Artificial Intelligence is made to provide elementary school students as a means to be able to develop the learning ability, competence and creativity of elementary school students in the era of Digitalization which continues to grow today. In addition, this research also aims to examine the obstacles, benefits obtained, and influencing factors of the application of artificial intelligence. This research is based on technological advances that are dominated in the world of industry, telecommunications and information, and other sectors, so that the use of the latest technology needs to be maximized for the benefit of education. . The philosophical view of technology is that technology is used for positive purposes, especially for the benefit of mankind, not used for negative things such as warfare, mass destruction, or other things that can damage the presence of technology itself. This type of research is literature review by finding various scientific journals and scientific books relevant. The application of artificial intelligence for education will bring a new breakthrough for the application of science and technology-based learning, especially in the 21st century. The competence of parents and teachers in understanding the development of Science and Technology (Science and Technology) can be trained and improved with the presence of artificial intelligence technology. Therefore, it is expected that this research will trigger the emergence of new innovations in the field of education in the future. This research aims to determine problem solving abilities and improved self regulated in mathematics learning resulting from using realistic mathematics learning. The research method used is literature with a qualitative descriptive approach. Data was obtained from various sources related to the things being researched, in the form of book and literature or research results and writings related to this research. The results show that realistic mathematics learning can improve students’ problem solving abilities and self regulated learning. To be able to realize this, teachers should know and master various ways of teaching students through realistic mathematics learning to improve students’ problem solving abilities and self regulated in mathematics learning. ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kemampuan pemecahan masalah dan peningkatan kemandirian belajar matematika siswa yang dihasilkan dengan menggunakan pembelajaran matematika realistik. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kepustakaan dengan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Data diperoleh dari berbagai sumber yang berhubungan dengan hal-hal yang diteliti, berupa buku dan literatur-literatur atau hasil-hasil penelitian maupun tulisan-tulisan yang berkaitan dengan penelitian ini. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pembelajaran matematika realistik dapat meningkatkan kemampuan pemecahan masalah dan kemandirian belajar siswa. Matematical storytelling, which requires an understanding of mathematical concepts and good reading skills, can be a major obstacle to learning. This study aims to evaluate and detail various effective learning strategies to overcome the difficulties of mathematical stories of children. Literary study methods are used to explain various strategies of learning that have proven to be successful in improving the ability of children in solving maths. The study found that using contextual teaching materials, using problem-based learning approaches, applying technology in mathematics learning, and using game-based activities to enhance student motivation and involvement can improve the ability of children to solve mathematical stories. Problem-based teaching methods improve student problem-solving skills, and contextualized teaching material helps students better understand math concepts. ABSTRAKSoal cerita matematika, yang memerlukan pemahaman konsep matematika dan keterampilan membaca yang baik, dapat menjadi hambatan besar dalam pembelajaran. In the world of education, the quality of education is greatly influenced by educators. With efforts to improve the quality of educators, quality education will be achieved. To advance the quality of educational institutions, the Head of Raudhatul Athfal (RA) Darussalam Kroya has a significant role in improving the competency and quality of educators. Therefore, madrasah heads who can manage standards effectively and efficiently are needed to improve the quality of educators. This article provides an overview of how the Head of RA Darussalam Kroya manages educational institutions to create quality educators. The data collected in this research was collected through interviews and observations at the research location, using a descriptive qualitative method approach. The Head of Madrasah RA Darussalam Kroya has a human resource development strategy program that includes pedagogical, personality, professional, and social competence. Activities carried out by school principals include Discussions, further studies, PPG supervision, workshops and training. The Head of Madrasah RA Darussalam Kroya has interpreted appropriate human resource development steps to improve the competence of teachers and education staff. ABSTRAKDalam dunia pendidikan, kualitas pendidikan sangat dipengaruhi oleh pendidik. Tanpa upaya untuk meningkatkan kualitas pendidik, kualitas pendidikan tidak akan pernah tercapai. Untuk memajukan kualitas lembaga pendidikan, seorang Kepala Raudhatul Athfal (RA) Darussalam Kroya memiliki peran yang signifikan dalam meningkatkan kompetensi dan kualitas pendidik. Oleh karena itu, dibutuhkan kepala madrasah yang memiliki kemampuan untuk mengelola standar secara efektif dan efisien untuk meningkatkan kualitas pendidik. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk memberikan gambaran tentang cara Kepala RA Darussalam Kroya mengelola institusi pendidikan dengan tujuan menciptakan pendidik yang berkualitas. Data yang dikumpulkan dalam penelitian ini dikumpulkan melalui wawancara dan observasi di lokasi penelitian, dengan pendekatan metode kualitatif deskriptif. This research discusses the importance of multicultural education in forming students who are broad-minded and able to contribute to creating a harmonious society. In the era of globalization, cultural diversity is a wealth that needs to be appreciated and protected. Multicultural education not only teaches students about diversity, but also equips them with the ability to interact positively with individuals from different backgrounds. Through this approach, students are expected to develop attitudes of tolerance, empathy and appreciation for differences. This article also examines various educational strategies that are effective in instilling multicultural values, such as the use of an inclusive curriculum, diverse extracurricular activities, and a school environment that supports intercultural interaction. The results of the implementation of multicultural education show that students with a multicultural outlook tend to be more able to resolve conflicts peacefully, are more creative in thinking, and have better social skills. Thus, multicultural education is an important key in building a harmonious and just society, where every individual feels valued and accepted. Reading is one of the important things in all kinds of learning processes. Through reading various knowledge, we can get knowledge that can lead to success. This research aims to describe the teacher's strategy in increasing interest in reading the Bible among YPPGI Tagime Middle School students. The results of initial observations show that the teachers at the school are still passive in implementing strategy to increase interest in reading. The teachers at YPPGI Tagime Middle School have not actively paid attention to efforts to increase students' interest in reading. Through various fun activities for students, researchers are trying to foster students' love of reading through strategies to increase interest in reading verses. Illustrated Bible. Activities are carried out 15 minutes before learning begins. The results of the research show that through fun activities as a strategy to increase interest in reading, students become more enthusiastic and motivated to further increase their interest in reading. This research aims to explore the concept of TIRTA coaching model, its implementation in academic supervision, its impact on the quality of learning and the challenges that may be faced in implementing this model and also provide solutions to increase the effectiveness of TIRTA coaching model to improve the quality of learning. The research was conducted using a descriptive qualitative research method using a phenomenological approach to get a clear picture of the application of the TIRTA coaching model in improving the quality of learning in schools. This research uses primary and secondary data sources, namely the results of interviews and observations as well as documentation studies. The research was carried out at SMA Negeri 1 Kampung Laut which was led by the principal who came from the first class of driving teachers and had received training and implemented the TIRTA coaching model in academic supervision at the school. The research results show that academic supervision using the TIRTA coaching model can be an innovative strategy to improve the quality of learning in schools. Academic supervision carried out through a guidance process from the coach or principal to the coachee or teacher through the TIRTA conversation flow is able to make teachers comfortable in identifying their shortcomings and potential so that they can be maximized in improving the quality of learning in the classroom. This research aims to improve the response and learning outcomes of Hindu religious education and character for class I students at SDN 1 Dausa by implementing a contextual teaching and learning model assisted by audio visuals. The form of this research is classroom action research with two cycles. Each cycle includes stages: (1) planning, (2) implementation, (3) observation, (4) reflection. In collecting data the author used observation techniques, formative tests, field notes and documentation. Meanwhile, the analysis uses descriptive techniques. The results of the research showed that based on the results of observations of teacher and student activities as well as test results in the pre-cycle, cycle I and cycle II there was an increase, where data was obtained from student learning outcomes before the action was carried out, namely at the pre-cycle stage it showed that there were 3 students who had completed their studies. and 8 students who did not complete their studies. ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan respon dan hasil belajar pendidikan agama hindu dan budi pekerti siswa kelas I SDN 1 Dausa dengan penerapan model contextual teaching and learning berbantuan audio visual. Bentuk penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas dengan dua siklus. Setiap siklus mencakup tahapan: (1) perencanaan, (2) pelaksanaan, (3) pengamatan, (4) refleksi. Dalam pengumpulan data penulis menggunakan tekhik observasi, tes formatif, catatan lapangan dan dokumentasi. Sedangkan analisanya menggunakan tekhnik diskriftif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa berdasarkan hasil observasi terhadap aktivitas guru dan siswa serta hasil tes pada pra siklus, siklus I dan siklus II terjadi peningkatan, dimana diperoleh data dari hasil belajar siswa sebelum dilaksanakannya tindakan yaitu pada tahap pra siklus menunjukkan bahwa terdapat 3 siswa yang tuntas belajar dan 8 siswa yang tidak tuntas belajar. Pada siklus I menunjukkan bahwa terdapat 7 siswa yang tuntas dan 7 siswa yang belum tuntas. Sedangkan hasil belajar pada siklus II menunjukkan bahwa terdapat 12 siswa yang tuntas dan 2 siswa yang belum tuntas dengan nilai rata-rata 85,71. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa penerapan model Contextual teaching and learning pada Pendidikan Agama Hindu dan Budhi pekerti materi Ciptaan Sang Hyang Widhi mampu meningkatkan Respon dan hasil belajar siswa.
