With the beginning of a full-scale invasion, the main emphases of road enterprises and scientists were slightly shifted, taking into account the military conflict and the consequences that it carries with it. The Russian invasion of Ukraine led to a massive disruption of chains of economic activity and the destruction of infrastructure, including transport and road. The rapid and high-quality restoration of Ukraine's infrastructure is the main task of today. As for road infrastructure, roads and bridges suffered the greatest destruction. Therefore, the priority now is to ensure transport connections on the routes through which the delivery of goods and humanitarian cargo passes.
