Special relativity (SR) needs different speeds of light in the horizontal arm of the Michelson‐Morley interferometer to “explain” a constant speed of light in all inertial frames. To obtain equal speeds from the two different speeds of light (c−v) = [(1 ‐ v/c) × c] and (c + v) = [(1 + v/c) × c], Einstein mathematically accelerates the speed of the photons in the direction of Earth’s motion around the Sun from [(1 ‐ v/c) × c] to [(1 − v2/c2) × c], and in the opposite direction, Einstein decelerates the speed of the photons from [(1 + v/c) × c] to [(1 − v2/c2) × c]. Besides the fact that light cannot be accelerated or decelerated, a change of the speed of the photons in the inertial frame of the Sun would also change the speed c of photons on Earth, because in both inertial frames, the photons always move in horizontal light path of the Michelson‐Morley interferometer in the same direction. SR contradicts its own postulates: 1. SR contradicts the constant speed c of light on Earth; 2. SR contradicts the constant speed c of light in all inertial frames, respectively, in all frames of reference; 3. SR contradicts the principle of relativity. Einstein transformed photons into particles that are allowed to violate logical and physical laws but are not allowed to interact with gravity, so that they have to follow curved world lines. However, giving up logical and physical laws because of precise predictions of a physical theory means arguing pseudo-scientifically. Instead, a simple quantum physical explanation of gravity is presented.

We will show that the prepositions: Propagation of light and existence of physical distances, together form a circular reasoning fallacy. Thereby, we will claim that we do not have an implicit proof for the propagation of light and the existence of physical distances.

This article presents an original idea on the “generation of mass” resulting from the light. In principle, it is considered that, in the Universe, the mass is the result of a “condensation” process of light. The condensation of light is in a direct relationship with a rotational movement that appears in a linear motion. As an effect of the rotary motion, certain elementary mass entities are “generated” from light. In this process, gravity plays a key role. The number of mass entities generated from light is in a direct relationship with Avogadro number. On the base of the relationships established in the article is shown how the mass can be generated into an atom starting from light.

The Lorentz transformations transform the coordinates in a frame at rest and those in a frame moving with a constant velocity with respect to the rest frame. We analyze the Lorentz transformations using a world line diagram and simple algebra, obtaining some astonishing results. We use two examples to demonstrate that the Lorentz transformations contradict reality and are invalid. Employing the proper definition of simultaneity, we formulate the coordinate transformations between the two frames and obtain the Galileo transformations. Additionally, we suppose A, M, and B are points on the x-axis moving in the x direction and the distances AM = MB. Source S rests on the x-axis and emits signals when S and M coincide. The emitted signal reaches A earlier than it reaches B. In other words, A, which is approaching the signal source, receives the signal earlier than B, which is moving away from the signal source.

This article is devoted to the criticism of the wave-particle dualism and the provisions of the special theory of relativity (SRT). The fallacy of accepting the extended principle of relativity and identifying particles and waves is shown. The substantiation is given that the own fields of physical objects, which are material substances and spatially connect physical objects with each other, are the medium of propagation of light waves. The causal and visual picture of the propagation of light waves is considered, and the features of the mechanism of their propagation in comparison with other types of waves are described. On the basis of an alternative method for obtaining the relativistic law of velocities addition, the inconsistency of the principle of invariance of the interval adopted in the framework of SRT is shown. The inconsistency of the SRT positions and conclusions regarding the so-called relativistic effects—time dilation, mass increase, length decrease, as well as the energy of relativistic particles is shown. The presence of the clock paradox is shown by a simple example. The conclusion is made about the incorrectness of using mathematical transformations of Lorentz and the four-dimensional continuum in the physical representation.
