Recent scientific studies often note that as technocratic political processes intensify in the world, the process of globalization and unification of cultural space are gaining momentum. In the context of threats from globalization, national culture, values, and national code have been chosen as the main guidelines in the field of domestic politics, culture and ideology in the Republic of Kazakhstan. In order to study, develop and establish them in the country, the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan adopted several state programs and allocated large funds for the study of national culture and history in all its diversity and grandeur and its use for the benefit of the future of the country. Today, this policy is continued by the Archive 2025 project, within the framework of which representatives of the social and human sciences and specialized specialists are mobilized for scientific research. A myth in politics can be defined as an altered form of political consciousness, in which knowledge and understanding of factual information is replaced by images, symbols. In this paper, we proceed from the understanding that, unlike the political myth, a classical myth is a universal narrative (narrative), a traditional legend that figuratively interprets historical events and serves to explain natural phenomena and meanings, the origin of customs, traditions, beliefs - human civilizations and the whole world as a whole, through allegorical emotional and sensual images. Usually the origin of a traditional myth is unknown, while a myth that has a political nature is often professionally launched and has a specific circle of people for whose benefit it is created. In the political struggle, myths can be used as purposefully created and disseminated stories (narratives), sacralizing the existing system of power and denigrating its opponents in the public mind. The article discusses the role of political myth in world history and politics. Also presented is a model for the analysis of myths in politics, which includes the definition of the essence, structure, features, processes and functions of myths in politics. A comparative analysis of traditional and political myths has been carried out.

In a global world, the influence of imperialist powers on the development and prospects of states that hold a special place on the Eurasian continent and on the world stage is imminent. The Russian-Ukrainian war and its consequences will undoubtedly leave an indelible socio-economic mark. Considering the consequences of the sanctions of European countries and international organisations against Russia, Kazakhstan faces the choice of building a new foreign policy based on appropriate policy decisions. The methodological aspects of the study of transformational processes of cooperation between neighbouring states represented by Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan in the context of interstate associations are not sufficiently reflected in the scientific literature, especially after the change of power. In this regard, researchers, analysts and other institutions confront the great challenge of scientifically reconsidering the prospects of transformation processes in the context of global changes that have caused a close relationship as a result of Russian sentiments in the region. This research paper is devoted to the problems of transformational processes in the relationship between the two states, which in one way or another have been and will be influenced by contemporary geopolitical reconstructions, especially in foreign policy and the oil and gas sector. The methods of comparative and statistical analysis, as well as comprehensive study of the objective are an integral part of this study. The historical background to post-Soviet relations and the transformation processes of Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan are at the core of the study. Despite the agreements on political-economic interactions and gradual cooperation, first on a regional level and later within the SCO, there were problems of regional rivalry between Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan after the Organization of Turkic States (OTS). Russian geopolitics provided some impetus to rethink foreign policy and the need for close cooperation between the two states, which prompted new transformational trends. Therefore, the historiographical review and the source base provide an opportunity to reconsider the contemporary aspects of Kazakhstan-Uzbekistan interactions within the framework of contemporary geopolitical processes.

Today the world is experiencing geopolitical turbulence and economic recession. During this period, due to its geographical location, Central Asia plays an increasingly important role in the global economy and geopolitics. This scientific article explores the interconnectedness of the Central Asian region in the transport and logistics aspect in the conditions of modern instability. The article analyzes the factors influencing the transport and logistics infrastructure of the region and how it adapts to the challenges of our time. Particular attention is paid to changes within the region and its external connections, including the “Middle Corridor” and the “Belt and Road Initiative”. The study concludes that in the current difficult conditions, Central Asia is becoming a “testing ground” for innovation in the transport and logistics industry, which makes a significant contribution to the development of cooperation between the countries of the region.
