Contractual Equilibrium Mechanisms In The Implementation Phase Of Commercial Contracts: Contract Economics Confronting Contractual Equilibrium 商业合同实施阶段的合同均衡机制:合同经济学面对合同均衡

The contract is exposed to numerous circumstances and variables, whether financial, economic, or even political, which have repercussions resulting in contractual imbalance liable to cause economic disruptions for the contracting parties during the execution phase, especially in the context of electronic commercial contracts due to their digital and international nature. Hence, this study delves into the economic impacts encountered by the contract, thus seeking the legal mechanisms outlined by the legislator to address these unforeseen circumstances, thereby safeguarding contractual equilibrium so that the parties can execute the contract fairly for both sides. It is at this juncture that the theory of unforeseeability assume paramount importance, offering significant solutions, notably following their evolution on the legal and judicial fronts.

Smart And Sustainable Indian Village - Urbanizing Achheja Buzurg 智能和可持续的印度村庄--Achheja Buzurg 的城市化

The 69% population of India lives in villages and 31% in urban areas. The population from villages is migrating towards urban areas in the view of quality education, infrastructure, employment, sophisticated life and modernized living. Also the villagers move towards the urbanization facing problems in transportation, insufficient water supply, poor drainage system and health related problems due to lack of sanitation. This could be prevented only when the villages are urbanized and the development of rural areas could be attained only when Aadarsh gram (ideal village) and Swaraj (self-reliance) are implemented as stated by Mahatma Gandhiji. The rural – urban  gap was first addressed in India by Dr. Abdul kalam who framed a system of PURA (Providing Urban Amenities in Rural Areas) for urbanizing rural areas along with IIT(Indian Institute of Technology) professors in 2004. Based on this initiative, the Uttar Pradesh Government had proposed “Smart Village” in the area of NCR. This article narrates the urbanization of the village Accheja Buzurg in NCR (National Capital Region) located in Yamuna Expressway. The research paper further describes the transformation of the infrastructure and facilities using the schemes “I-SPARSH Yojana”, “Janeshwar Mishra Gram Yojana” and “I-CHAUPAL”. The village stands as an ideal as sustainable and smart in the YEIDA locality where the schemes are being implemented to other villages of Uttar Pradesh.

Mechanization In Learning English Language: A Learners’ Perception 英语学习中的机械化:学习者的看法

The current study aims to understand the attitudes of Indian multilingual undergraduate students toward the use of technology in English language learning. To make things easier, this investigation was divided into - a) the benefits of using these (technological aspects) and b) the purpose for which students use it, as well as c) their preference for it, in order to strengthen outcomes and determine whether it was beneficial to them or not. It is based on Richard Mayer's Multimedia Learning Theory (MMLT) 1997. A Concurrent Triangular MMR research approach was used. Empirical data was gathered using a questionnaire specially designed for this purpose, which included three sections- demographic data; technological proficiency; attitudes toward technology in English language learning. The findings of the study suggest that the use of technology in English language learning is advantageous for Indian multilingual undergraduate students.

Guangxi Miao Silver Jewelry Products Through Service Design Thinking 通过服务设计思维设计广西苗银饰品

The unique silver ornaments of the Miao nationality in Guangxi, China reflect the specific characteristics of the times and cultural background. With the change of environment and the development of Internet economy, the protection and development policies of Miao silver jewelry are also changing. Service design is a new extension of the traditional design field in the post-industrial era, and it is an all-round realization of the design process. This study aims to solve the development mode of traditional Guangxi Miao silver jewelry craft in modern society, propose the strategic design of transformation from traditional product design mode to cultural service with the concept of service design, and explore the innovative strategy of traditional silver jewelry product design. Through case analysis, using the design thinking and methods in service design, starting from the service design process, construct the process of design stage of Miao silver jewelry products in Guangxi, and based on the characteristics of different stages, integrate KANO model and consumer satisfaction analysis method, finally review the process objectives and application process of service design stage, Construct the design process model of Miao silver jewelry product service based on design thinking from three levels of instinct layer, functional layer and reflection layer, explore the conservation strategies of traditional silver jewelry techniques, enhance the social and cultural value of traditional silver jewelry, bring new opportunities for the design of traditional silver jewelry products, better promote the development of traditional culture.

Dynamic Power Control In Utility-Connected Microgrids: A Back To Back Converter Approach For Efficient Integration Of Solar And Wind Energy 市电连接微电网中的动态功率控制:高效整合太阳能和风能的背靠背转换器方法

This research directs the imperative need for robust power management and control in utility-connected microgrids featuring solar and wind energy sources. The suggested method employs back to back converters for precise control on the transfer of both active and reactive power between the microgrid and the utility. The new control strategy operates in two states, effectively sharing power among the utility and the microgrid. An innovative arrangement among DGs ensures seamless load sharing in both grid-connected (GCM) and islanded modes (IM). The back-to-back converters provide complete frequency isolation, protecting the microgrid from voltage or frequency fluctuations from the utility side. The study introduces synchronized relay-breaker operation during faults, along with disabling back to back converters, ensuring smooth resynchronization after fault clearance. System stability is confirmed under different load changes. The proposed control setup proves resilient to changes in grid-side voltage and frequency, ensuring a stable and reliable power-sharing mechanism under various operating conditions. Simulations conducted in MATLAB/SIMULINK validate the efficacy of the proposed control strategy, highlighting its ability to enhance the stability and reliability of utility-connected microgrids incorporating solar and wind energy sources. This study contributes to advancing sustainable energy solutions, advocating for resilient and eco-friendly power systems.Top of Form.
