Purpose: The objective of the study was to determine how the interaction between the volume of online sports betting and the demographic factors affects how student-athletes perceive the repercussions on their mental health. Methodology: Cross-sectional survey research was used for this study. Thirty-eight universities both public and private were sampled. Self-reporting questionnaires, key interview schedules and an observation plan were all used by the researcher. With the help of the SPSS version 25 programme, the data were coded and examined. Testing the impact of demographic factors on the connection between dependent and independent variables involved regression analysis with an interaction effect. The link between the independent variables was investigated using correlation analysis. Data was presented in form of tables and figures. Findings: The findings demonstrate a substantial and positive correlation between the level of gambling and mental health (r = 0.411, P>0.0001). The findings of the regression of coefficients showed a positive and significant relationship between the severity of gambling and students' mental wellness (r = 0.576, P>0.0001). The R1 Squared value was greater than 0.169 (without interaction) at 010.731 (with demographic factors interaction). The interaction impact of the demographic parameters was significant (p-value = 0.012). Unique Contribution to Theory, Practice and Policy: This suggests that the association between the intensity of gambling and mental wellness is significantly influenced by the combination of demographic factors. According to study, regular bettors are more likely to attempt or commit suicide because they are more prone to feel anger, rage, and guilt after suffering significant losses. Particularly when students are under stress, this is true. Online sports betting has also been linked to high levels of addiction, just like alcohol, drugs, and items related to smoking.

Purpose: The aim of the study was to influence of peer feedback on motor skill learning and self-efficacy among adolescents in Kenya Methodology: This study adopted a desk methodology. A desk study research design is commonly known as secondary data collection. This is basically collecting data from existing resources preferably because of its low cost advantage as compared to a field research. Our current study looked into already published studies and reports as the data was easily accessed through online journals and libraries. Findings: The study on the influence of peer feedback on motor skill learning and self-efficacy among adolescents in Kenya found that peer feedback had a significant positive impact on motor skill learning. Adolescents who received feedback from their peers demonstrated improved motor skill performance compared to those who did not. Additionally, the study revealed that peer feedback also had a positive influence on self-efficacy, with adolescents reporting increased confidence in their motor skill abilities after receiving feedback from their peers Unique Contribution to Theory, Practice and Policy: Social cognitive theory, self-determination theory & feedback intervention theory may be used to anchor future studies on influence of peer feedback on motor skill learning and self-efficacy among adolescents in Kenya. Peer mentorship programs can create a structured framework for peer feedback and skill development, facilitating a sense of camaraderie and cooperation among adolescents.  Educational policymakers should consider incorporating guidelines for peer feedback into curriculum standards for physical education.

Abstract Purpose: The aim of the study was to impact of a mindfulness-based intervention on stress and burnout among physical education teachers Methodology: This study adopted a desk methodology. A desk study research design is commonly known as secondary data collection. This is basically collecting data from existing resources preferably because of its low cost advantage as compared to a field research. Our current study looked into already published studies and reports as the data was easily accessed through online journals and libraries. Findings: This study investigated the impact of an eight-week mindfulness-based intervention on stress and burnout in 24 physical education teachers. The intervention included guided meditations, group discussions, and experiential exercises. Results revealed that the intervention group displayed significantly lower stress and burnout levels compared to the control group at both post-test and follow-up assessments. Unique Contribution to Theory, Practice and Policy: Stress and Coping Theory, self-determination theory (sdt) & job demands-resources (jd-r) model may be used to anchor future studies on impact of a mindfulness-based intervention on stress and burnout among physical education teachers. Practitioners and program developers should collaborate to create interventions that address the unique stressors and challenges faced by educators in physical education settings. Policymakers in the field of education should acknowledge the potential benefits of mindfulness-based interventions for teacher well-being and, subsequently, for student outcomes.

Purpose: The aim of the study was to effects of different types of music on exercise performance and enjoyment among college students in Germany Methodology: This study adopted a desk methodology. A desk study research design is commonly known as secondary data collection. This is basically collecting data from existing resources preferably because of its low cost advantage as compared to a field research. Our current study looked into already published studies and reports as the data was easily accessed through online journals and libraries. Findings: This study examined the impact of different music genres on exercise performance and enjoyment among German college students. While exercise performance didn't significantly differ across conditions, enjoyment levels varied significantly. Classical music led to the highest enjoyment, followed by pop music, while rock music resulted in the lowest enjoyment. The study suggests that music choice during exercise can enhance enjoyment, with classical music having a positive influence, and rock music potentially having a negative impact on mood and motivation. Unique Contribution to Theory, Practice and Policy: Arousal Theory, attention restoration theory & expectancy theory may be used to anchor future studies on effects of different types of music on exercise performance and enjoyment among college students in Germany. Develop practical guidelines for creating customized workout playlists based on individual preferences and exercise goals. Collaborate with workplace wellness programs to incorporate music into physical fitness initiatives.
