Counseling services are an important part of educational institutions, but in reality not all schools implement counseling service programs. SMA Negeri 1 Lemahabang itself is one of the schools that implements the counseling service program. The purpose of this research is to find out how the process of planning, implementing, and evaluating counseling services in schools is carried out by SMA Negeri 1 Lemahabang, this type of research is qualitative with an interview observation approach. The subjects involved in this observation process were administrative coordinators and counseling teachers. The instruments used in data collection were observation, interviews and documentation. The results of research at SMA Negeri 1 Lemahabang show that there is a structured and programmed planning. The curriculum used in the school follows the curriculum determined by the government and the pattern used in counseling services uses the 17+ pattern. The inhibiting factor for this counseling service is the lack of counselors or counseling teachers at the school, the lack of class hours for guidance and counseling subjects every week and the frequent clashes between service schedules and other lesson schedules.
