Chronic pelvic pain is an independent disease manifested by constant pain in the lower abdomen and lower back, lasting at least 6 months and leading to functional disability or requiring medical and/or surgical treatment. Chronic pelvic pain caused by adenomyosis is an important medical and socio-economic problem with a complex, incompletely studied pathogenesis. To choose the right tactics in the treatment of pelvic pain caused by adenomyosis, it is necessary to diagnose this pathology in a timely manner, which will allow achieving optimal treatment results and maintaining reproductive function.

Patients of the older age group have a high risk of suicide, which is an urgent problem both for society as a whole and for healthcare. The article is devoted to certain aspects of the organization of psychiatric care for persons over sixty years of age from the point of multidisciplinary and psychiatric hospitals, as well as outpatient specialized care. The volume of psychiatric care provided at each stage is described, possible loci of prevention and directions of preventive work are identified.

The article presents results of adaptation of collectible silkworm breeds to an artificial nutrient medium. The assessment and selection of the most viable breeds for artificial feeding is carried out. Recommendations are given to increase viability and improve susceptibility to artificial nutrient medium, as well as recommendations on the selection of silkworm breeds for further breeding.

By the method of variation pulsometry, the course effect of low-intensity laser radiation (ILI) and dietary supplement lasting 28 days on the body of athletes was studied. The study involved 76 highly qualified athletes. According to the study, after combined exposure to ILI and dietary supplements, it reduced the tension of regulatory systems, and the functional potential of the heart rhythm management system increased.

Despite the achievements in the field of asepsis, antiseptics and disinfection, cases of concomitant infectious diseases still occur among those treated in the hospital. These diseases are called "nosocomial", or nosocomial. All the time there is a search for new methods to combat hospital infections, as they can aggravate the path of patients to recovery and in special cases can cause irreparable harm to health and even lead to death. Hospital infections cover both therapeutic and surgical departments, and the ways of infection and the mechanisms of development in the body are diverse. One of these diseases is pseudomembranous ulcerative colitis caused by the microorganism Clostridium Difficile.
