The Time Fractional Burger equation was solved in this study using the Mabel software and the Variational Iteration approach. where a number of in-stances of the Time Fractional Burger Equation were handled using this technique. Tables and images were used to present the collected numerical results. The difference between the exact and numerical solutions demonstrates the effectiveness of the Mabel program’s solution, as well as the accuracy and closeness of the results this method produced. It also demonstrates the Mabel program’s ability to quickly and effectively produce the numerical solution.

On the Relativistic Harmonic Oscillator

In view of interest in relativistic harmonic oscillations in media, through which the speed of light is orders of magnitude smaller than in vacuum, the solution of the equation of motion is analyzed in the extreme- and weak-relativistic limits. Using scaled variables, it is shown rigorously how the equation of motion exhibits the characteristics of a boundary-layer problem in the extreme-relativistic limit: The solution differs from a sharp asymptotic pattern only around the turning points of oscillations over a vanishingly small fraction of the period. The sharp asymptotic pattern of the solution is a saw-tooth composed of linear segments. The velocity profile tends to a periodic step function and the phase-space plot tends to a rectangle. An expansion of the solution in terms of a small parameter that measures the proximity to the limit (v/c) → 1 yields an excellent approximation for the solution throughout the whole period of oscillations. In the weak-relativistic limit the same approach yields an approximation to the solution that is significantly better than in traditional asymptotic expansion procedures.

In this paper, we derive non-classical continuum theory for physics of compressible and incompressible thermoviscous non-classical fluent continua using the conservation and balance laws (CBL) by incorporating additional physics of internal rotation rates arising from the velocity gradient tensor as well as their time varying rates and the rotational inertial effects. In this non-classical continuum theory time dependent deformation of fluent continua results in time varying rotation rates i.e., angular velocities and angular accelerations at material points. Resistance offered to these by deforming fluent continua results in additional moments, angular momenta and inertial effects due to rotation rates i.e., angular velocities and angular accelerations at the material points. Currently, this physics due to internal rotation rates and inertial effects is neither considered in classical continuum mechanics (CCM) nor in non-classical continuum mechanics (NCCM). In this paper, we present a derivation of conservation and balance laws in Eulerian description: conservation of mass (CM), balance of linear momenta (BLM), balance of angular momenta (BAM), balance of moment of moments (BMM), first and second laws of thermodynamics (FLT, SLT) that include: (i) Physics of internal rotation rates resulting from the velocity gradient tensor; (ii) New physics resulting due to angular velocities and angular accelerations due to spatially varying and time dependent rotation rates. The balance laws derived here are compared with those that only consider the rotational rates but neglect rotational inertial effects and angular of the conservation and balance laws and constitutive theories presented in this paper has closure. Influence of new physics in the conservation and balance laws on compressible and incompressible thermoviscous fluent continua is demonstrated due to presence of angular velocities and angular accelerations arising from time varying rotation rates when the deforming fluent continua offer rotational inertial resistance. The fluent continua are considered homogeneous and isotropic. Model problem studies are considered in a fol-low-up paper.

A new six-parameter continuous distribution called the Generalized Kumaraswamy Generalized Power Gompertz (GKGPG) distribution is proposed in this study, a graphical illustration of the probability density function and cumulative distribution function is presented. The statistical features of the Generalized Kumaraswamy Generalized Power Gompertz distribution are systematically derived and adequately studied. The estimation of the model parameters in the absence of censoring and under-right censoring is performed using the method of maximum likelihood. The test statistic for rightcensored data, criteria test for GKGPG distribution, estimated matrix Ŵ , Ĉ , and Ĝ , criteria test 2 n Y , alongside the quadratic form of the test statistic is derived. Mean simulated values of maximum likelihood estimates γ̂ and their corresponding square mean errors are presented and confirmed to agree closely with the true parameter values. Simulated levels of significance for ( ) 2 n Y γ test for the GKGPG model against their theoretical values were recorded. We conclude that the null hypothesis for which simulated samples are fitted by GKGPG distribution is widely validated for the different levels of significance considered. From the summary of the results of the strength of a specific type of braided cord dataset on the GKGPG model, it is observed that the proposed GKGPG model fits the data set for a significance level ε = 0.05. Maxwell, O., Onyedikachi, i.p., Aidi, K., Akpa, C.I. (CC BY 4.0)。

High frequency financial data is characterized by non-normality: asymmetric, leptokurtic and fat-tailed behaviour. The normal distribution is therefore in-adequate in capturing these characteristics. To this end, various flexible distributions have been proposed. It is well known that mixture distributions produce flexible models with good statistical and probabilistic properties. In this work, a finite mixture of two special cases of Generalized Inverse Gaussian distribution has been constructed. Using this finite mixture as a mixing distribution to the Normal Variance Mean Mixture we get a Normal Weighted Inverse Gaussian (NWIG) distribution. The second objective, therefore, is to construct and obtain properties of the NWIG distribution. The maximum likelihood parameter estimates of the proposed model are estimated via EM algorithm and three data sets are used for application. The result shows that the proposed model is flexible and fits the data well.
