Cranioplasty is necessary for patients with skull defect without definite contra indications at present. Cranioplasty aims at repairing skull defect, protecting brain tissue, improving nerve function and restoring beauty. There are many kinds of skull repair materials, including titanium mesh, polyetheretherketone and autogenous bone, but the long-term results of using these materials are still controversial.

Paying Attention to Treating Diseases from Spleen and Stomach Is of Guiding Significance to the Improvement of Medical Efficacy Evaluation System 重视脾胃病的治疗,对完善医疗疗效评价体系具有指导意义

医学诊断 Abstract Spleen-stomach theory is an extremely important part of the theoretical system of traditional Chinese medicine. Spleen-stomach is known as “the foundation of the day after tomorrow, the source of qi, blood and biochemistry”. Paying attention to the function of spleen-stomach and treating diseases from spleen stomach theory have been advocated and respected by traditional Chinese medicine practitioners. In modern medicine, spleen and stomach in traditional Chinese medicine mainly correspond to the digestive function of gastrointestinal tract, which is the source of human body’s activities to obtain nutrition, eliminate waste and generate energy. Moreover, it is also the main dwelling place of microorganisms in human body, which is closely related to human immune function. In recent years, it has been found that there are huge neurons in gastrointestinal tract except human brain, and neurons play an important role in regulating and controlling body function. Therefore, it is of great value to evaluate the clinical efficacy of human diseases from the angle of ancient Chinese medicine or modern medical research, to pay attention to the function of spleen and stomach and to treat diseases from the perspective of spleen and stomach.

Acute heart failure (AHF) is a kind of clinical disease which is prone to recurrence, poor prognosis and myocardial function decline. Vasodilators are drugs that have been proven to be beneficial to acute heart failure in randomized trials earlier and continue to play an important role. In this paper, four kinds of vasodilators commonly used in clinic are selected: nitrates, sodium nitroprus-*
