Preliminary determination and analysis of 12 serum biochemical parameters in mink (Mustela vison) 水貂12项血清生化指标的初步测定与分析

Blood biochemical parameters are the key index reflecting the physical condition and health of animals. In order to establish the standard reference range of blood biochemical parameters of northeast black mink and explore if a significant difference exist between males and females, we performed the following study. 60 healthy (♂30, ♀30), 8 months of age northeast black mink were selected randomly. The blood of the heart was collected and the serum gained for determination and analysis of the biochemical parameters using automatic biochemical analytic instruments and biochemical reagent kits. The results showed that the concentration of ALP between males and females were significantly different (P 0.05). These data could be used for breeding purposes, diagnosing diseases and biological characteristics of mink.
血液生化指标是反映动物身体状况和健康状况的关键指标。为了建立东北黑水貂血液生化参数的标准参考范围,探讨男女之间是否存在显著差异,我们进行了以下研究。随机选取8月龄健康东北黑水貂60只(公30只,母30只)。采用全自动生化分析仪器和生化试剂盒采集心脏血液,提取血清进行生化参数的测定和分析。结果表明,雌雄间ALP浓度差异有统计学意义(p0.05)。这些数据可用于水貂的育种、疾病诊断和生物学特性。
