It's a problem faced by every library in the new situation that how to scientific manage the more and more accessional CDs of books and make efficient use of them. The author took part in the project by establishing the accessional CDs service system and settles the problem. The establishment of this item system push the construct of NUAA library electronic resource project to a new height ,The on-line search of CDs' data and the function of download were especially liked by reader and acquire distinct practical effect .The author combines ASP and Web database technology to build the CDs' data server and use primary and secondary sort table relating search to build model?function library loading to program in a innovative way, optimize the programming of second-level active pages and achieve good design effect ,and discusses and expatiates the subject thoroughly in this paper.
