Clinical Research of Moxibustion on the Hottest Summer Days Treatment of Asthma 炎炎夏日艾灸治疗哮喘的临床研究

Moxibustion on the hottest summer days treatment of asthma is a traditional particular therapy,can adopt medicinal vesiculation,or cooperate with acupuncture,moxibustion and Chinese herbs orally,point injection and western medicine therapy. The diversification shows the advantage of moxibustion on the hottest summer days treatment of asthma,as well as supply a treatment means. But at present the clinical research of moxibustion on the hottest summer days treatment of asthma is still in its infancy,most of the research is limited to summarize proven case or case reports,and there is no rigorous scientific randomized controlled trial design. Therefore,according to the large sample randomized multicenter clinical trial principle,looking for can not only improve lung function in patients with asthma,but also effectively restrain the reliable treatment of airway inflammation and the drug will be the key to clinical research in the future.
夏季最热天艾灸是治疗哮喘的一种传统特疗法,可采用药囊法,或配合针灸、中药口服、穴位注射及西药治疗。多样化显示了艾灸在夏季最热的天气治疗哮喘的优势,同时也提供了一种治疗手段。但目前关于夏季最热灸治疗哮喘的临床研究还处于起步阶段,大部分研究局限于总结已证实的病例或病例报告,没有严谨科学的随机对照试验设计。因此,按照大样本随机多中心临床试验原则,寻找既能改善哮喘患者肺功能,又能有效抑制可靠治疗气道炎症的药物将是今后临床研究的重点。
