Laparoscopic repair of paraesophageal hernia 腹腔镜下食管旁疝修补术

Objective:To investigate the efficacy and safety of laparoscopic repair of paraesophageal hernia,Methods:Sixty-two patients underwent laparoscopic repair of paraesophageal hernia,including 16 cases receiviing laparoscopic Nissen fundoplication and 46 receiving laparoscopic Toupet fundoplication.Results:Laparoscopic repair of paraesophageal hernia was completed successfully in all 62 patients.The average operation time was 110 min and the blood loss was 10 to 50 mL.Postoperative oral feedings were resumed after 24 to 48 hours post operation,and no postoperative complication occurred.The median postoperative hospital stay was 5.7 days.Conclusion:Laparoscopic repair of paraesophageal hernia was an effective and safe surgical procedure with minimal invasion.
目的:探讨腹腔镜下食管旁疝修补术的疗效和安全性。方法:62例患者行腹腔镜下食管旁疝修补术,其中腹腔镜下Nissen扩底术16例,腹腔镜下Toupet扩底术46例。结果:62例患者均成功完成腹腔镜下食管旁疝修补术。平均手术时间110 min,出血量10 ~ 50 ml,术后24 ~ 48 h恢复口服喂养,无术后并发症发生。术后中位住院时间为5.7天。结论:腹腔镜下食管旁疝修补术是一种有效、安全、微创的手术方法。
