Tropisetron in the Prevention of Postoperative Nausea and Vomiting Induced by Patient-Controlled Epidural Analgesia in Gynopathic Patients:Observation of Curative Effects 托司司琼预防妇科患者硬膜外自控镇痛术后恶心呕吐的疗效观察

OBJECTIVE:To observe the curative effect of tropisetron in the prevention of postoperative nausea and vomˉiting caused by patient-controlled epidural analgesia(PCEA)in gynopathic patients.METHODS:120patients who had unˉdergone patient-controlled epidural analgesia(PCEA)after gynopathic operation were randomly divided into2groups:60in group T were assigned to receive tropisetron,and60in group N as control,the incidences of nausea and vomiting in the two groups after medication were observed.RESULTS:There were significantly lower incidences of nausea and vomiting within48h in group T than in the placebo group(group N)(P0.05).CONCLUSIONS:Tropisetron is safe and effective in the prevention of PCEA in gynopathic patients.
目的:观察托咪司琼预防妇科患者术后患者自控硬膜外镇痛(PCEA)引起的恶心和呕吐的疗效。方法:将120例妇科手术后行患者自控硬膜外镇痛(PCEA)的患者随机分为2组,T组60例给予托司司琼治疗,N组60例作为对照,观察两组患者用药后恶心、呕吐的发生情况。结果:T组患者48h内恶心呕吐发生率显著低于安慰剂组(N组)(P0.05)。结论:托哌司琼预防妇科患者PCEA安全有效。
