Comparative Study on UltraSonics Door Unlocking System Using Arduino 基于Arduino的超声波开门系统的比较研究

In our project we discuss about operations on embedded system design using 8051 microcontroller and arduino. An embedded system is a programmed controlling and operating system with a dedicated function. A small computer on a single chip containing a processor, memory, and input /output ports typically embedded inside some device that they control is called a microcontroller. Open Source electronic prototyping platform based on flexible ease to use hardware and IDE software is called arduino.

Comparative Study on RFID RFID比较研究

Recently, number of Radio Frequency Identification systems application of RFID technology has increased. Today RFID is applied to agriculture, retail industry, manufacturing industry, keeping track of vehicle etc. RFID works wirelessly. It automatically identifies using wireless technology. In my project, I have tried to solve the problem of rigorous and monotonic attendance procedure followed today. Manually attendance is taken of every student or employee. But in this method lot of time is wasted. Moreover it is erroneous. So this electronics based product will not only make the attendance procedure flexible, but also will keep the records error free. In my design the students will be provided with the low cost passive tags. This tags will be used in the identifying the student. Once the tag is detected by the reader the data is sent to the ARM processor for further processing. Processor displays the received data on LCD and then sends it to the PC/Laptop for database management. The database management is done using LabVIEW. It is a low cost method for attendance management. Further the use of LabVIEW made the real time data acquisition fast.

Study of Microwave Dielectric Charecteristics of Soil inNorth East Chattisgarh 恰蒂斯加尔邦东北部土壤微波介电特性研究

In the present paper an attempt has been made to study of microwave dielectric characteristics of soil in north east Chhattisgarh. Soil is a heterogeneous mixture of silicate particles, humus, and a variety of insoluble salts and oxides of metals called the solid phase, a liquid phase and a gaseous phase. Organic matter level and structural improvement of soil can be built up, to a varying degree, and maintained by continuous judicious application of manures, even under tropical conditions prevailing in India. It has been found that the dielectric constant of soil is dependent on the soil texture. The dielectric constant of soil is dependent on the porosity and wilting point of soil.

Preparation and Luminescent Properties of Eu3+ Doped Barium Strontium Orthosilicate (SrBaSiO4) Phosphor Eu3+掺杂正硅酸钡锶(SrBaSiO4)荧光粉的制备及其发光性能

Europium doped BaSrSiO4 phosphors were prepared by high temperature modified solid state diffusion method. The starting materials Strontium carbonate SrCO3 Barium carbonate BaCO3and silicate SiO3 are used to prepare BaSrSiO4 Phosphor and its optical properties were studied. XRD analysis suggests direct reaction between SrCO3 and SiO2 powders. The crystallite size of powders samples were calculated from X-ray peak broadening of the diffraction using Scherer’s formula. The calculated average crystallite size of the BaSrSiO4 phosphor is 25 nm. The XRD patterns of the powders revealed that the structure of BaSrSiO4 is orthorhombic. The photoluminescence of the obtained phosphors were studied. The conversion ratios of the BaSrSiO4 starting materials are calculated from the weight loss. The CIE co-ordinates for the Eu doped BaSrSiO4 phosphors were x=0.30 and y=0.31. From the CIE chromaticity diagram for the emissions of Eu doped BaSrSiO4. This phosphor having color tenability and this phosphor has an important candidate of the lighting system.

A Theoretical Study of Spin-orbit Coupling in PolarizedFermionic Condensate 偏振费米子凝聚中自旋-轨道耦合的理论研究

Using the theoretical formalism of R Liao et al.9 and Y Zhang et al.10, we have theoretically studied spin-orbit coupled fermionic condensate. We have evaluated various parameters as a function of SOC parameter. The evaluated parameters are tricrital temoeratre, tricritical magnetic field, tricritical polarization and two types of critical temperature TCO and TCg all as a function of SOC parameter, Our theoretically obtained results show that all parameter increase and decrease with SOC parameter. These results indicate that there is a competition between SOC and population imbalance due to which these new features have been observed. We hope that the current work will add new excitements in the field of cold atom physics involving artificial gauge field and spin orbit coupling.

Optical and Electrical Properties of Vacuum EvaporatedSexithiophene Thin Films 真空蒸发噻吩薄膜的光学和电学性质

Optical and Electrical Properties of Vacuum Evaporated Sexithiophene Thin Films have been studied in the present work. The optical properties of Sexithiophene layers have been studied by absorption spectroscopy and fluorescence. From the optical studies, it has been observed that sexithiophene can be absorbed in the visible region and the electronic transitions have been occurred in the absorption spectra and fluorescence spectra. The weak fluorescence of 6T thin film would be an asset to the photovoltaic conversion of solar energy. The total conversion efficiency of the fabricated cells has been calculated as η = 0.7 10-2%. It is found that this very poor yield has been obtained mainly due to two factors. The first concerns the rate of photogeneration of free charges in the organic semiconductor since the excitons formed by light absorption of strong Frenkel excitons. The second is due to the small overlap of the absorption spectrum with the emission spectrum of the lamp. This manifest in the low lifetime of free carriers 4 3 μs   from compared to the transit time 187 μs which weakened due to the low carrier mobility.

A Theoretical Study of Magnetic Properties of ParabolicQuantum Dots in the Presence of Spin-orbit Interaction 自旋轨道相互作用下抛物量子点磁性能的理论研究

Using the theoretical formalism of O. Voskoboynikov et al.[J Appl. Phys., 94, 5891 (2003)],[J. Appl. Phys. 59, 1 (2000)] and [Phys. Rev. B63, 165306 (2001)], we have theoretically evaluated magnetization and magnetic susceptibility of parabolic quantum dots in the presence of spin orbit interaction. We observe the following facts: Our theoretical analysis indicate that magnetization and magnetic susceptibility show quite interesting properties at low temperature. One observes abrupt change of the magnetization and susceptibility at low magnetic fields. This type of physical behavior is due to the alternative level crossing between spin-split electron levels in the energy spectrum. This is essentially due to spin-orbit interaction. Our calculation also demonstrate that if one uses the parameter of InAs semiconductor quantum dots then one observes the enhancement of the par magnetism of the dots. This effect can be controlled by the effect of external electric fields or the dot design. We observe the following facts: Our theoretical analysis indicate that magnetization and magnetic susceptibility show quite interesting properties at low temperature. One observes abrupt change of the magnetization and susceptibility at low magnetic fields. This type of physical behavior is due to the alternative level crossing between spin-split electron levels in the energy spectrum. This is essentially due to spin-orbit interaction. Our calculation also demonstrate that if one uses the parameter of InAs semiconductor quantum dots then one observes the enhancement of the par magnetism of the dots. This effect can be controlled by the effect of external electric fields or the dot design. Synthesis and Characterization of NanocrystallineScreen-Printed CdS Thick Films 纳米晶丝网印刷CdS厚膜的合成与表征

This paper describes structural, optical and electrical properties of CdS thick film prepared by using screen printing method. For the preparation of CdS thick film, powder of CdS nanoparticles was prepared by using chemical precipitation method using cadmium acetate and sodium sulfide as a source of Cd and S respectively. XRD pattern confirms the formation of pure hexagonal CdS phase with crystallite size of the order of 29.12 nm for sintered CdS thick films. The transmittance spectra of sintered CdS thick film were recorded by using JASCO V-630 spectrophotometer in the wavelength range of 200-900 nm from which energy band gap has been determined and is found to be 2.30 eV for sintered CdS thick film. Electrical studies showed that the semiconducting behavior of the prepared films. It has been observed that at room temperature electrical resistivity value of the thick film are 2.65 x 10 Ώcm and value of activation energy comes out about 0.14 eV.
