PT Perkebunan Nusantara XI (Persero) merupakan perusahaan yang berbasis perkebunan dengan produksi utama gula, sudah menjadi barang pokok yaitu lahan dan tebu. Untuk menghasilkan produksi gula yang optimal pabrik gula melakukan kegiatan taksasi tebu atau prediksi hasil tebu. Selama ini kegiatan taksasi tebu dilakukan dengan menggunakan kertas yang selanjutnya diinputkan kembali pada komputer. Dengan menggunakan mekanisme seperti ini memungkin kan terjadi nya kesalahan kesalahan diantaranya (1) membutuhkan tempat penyimpanan yang luas untuk menampung kertas (2) membutuhkan waktu extra jika menginputkan kembali dalam format excel (3) sulitnya mengenali tulisan operator jika ditulis ulang kembali dalam format excel. Pengembangan aplikasi android dalam penelitian ini untuk menjadi media belajar hitung cepat matematika bagi siswa sekolah mengah atas. Salah satu media pembelajaran yang banyak digunakan saat ini adalah aplikasi android. Alasan menggunakan aplikasi android sebagai media pembelajaran merupakan tuntutan dari revolusi industry 4.0 dalam segala bidang termasuk pendidikan. Android adalah sebuah system operasi untuk perangkat mobile berbasis linux yang mencakup system operasi, middleware dan aplikasi. Android menyediakan platform terbuka bagi para pengembang untuk menciptakan aplikasi mereka[1]. Hasil observasi pada siswa Sekolah Menengah Atas (SMA) Nurul Jadid diperoleh fakta bahwa 20 siswa dari 26 siswa merasa tidak menyukai matematika karena prosedur pemecahan masalahnya rumit dan membutuhkan waktu yang lama. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode Research and Development (R & D), dikarenakan penelitian ini mengembangkan aplikasi android.Model pengembangan system yang digunakan adalah model waterfall (air terjun). Mobile TV merupakan teknologi yang menerapkan IPTV (Internet Protocol Television) pada smart phone atau gadget lainnya. IPTV merupakan teknologi yang memungkinkan komunikasi antara server dan client untuk menstreamingkan video siaran televisi digital secara real time melalui jaringan komputer lokal yang sudah terbangun. Dengan memanfaatkan jaringan WLAN (Wireless Local Area Network) yang tersedia di berbagai instansi, maka mobile TV bisa diimplementasikan menggunakan hotspot-hotspot yang tersedia. Sehingga dapat memberikan layanan mobile TV secara real time tanpa terkena beban biaya oleh operator telekomunikasi. Pada penelitian ini digunakan prinsip IP multicasting. Paket data dikirimkan kepada sekelompok client yang memang membutuhkannya. Dengan demikian data multimedia dikirimkan secara efisien melalui jaringan. Jumlah client yang banyak tidak akan membebani server, karena server hanya mengirimkan satu paket untuk semua client dan client yang tidak membutuhkan paket multicast tidak akan menerima paket ini. Berdasarkan hasil pengukuran kualitas layanan (QoS) real time mobile TV yang dilakukan pada 1 client, 2 client, dan 3 client didapatkan nilai packet loss paling besar adalah 3 %, nilai delay paling besar adalah 6,02439 ms dan mengalami peningkatan seiring bertambahnya client, nilai jitter paling besar adalah 2,036608 ms, nilai throughput mengalami penurunan seiring bertambahnya client yang mengakases layanan real time mobile TV dan nilai throughput paling kecil adalah 1,808 Mbps. Grant scholarships to students are conducted by the University based on the achievements achieved. Since the last few years Bhayangkara University has run a Joint Degree Program scholarship in cooperation with Thailand, India, and plans to continue to the Netherlands. In scholarship grants, the Universityoften finds it difficult to determine the scholarship recipients, so it is found that scholarships are not accurate due to the manual system for the awarding of scholarships. The decision support system is an information system aimed at assisting the University in solving the problem of awarding Joint Degree Program scholarship. One method that can be used in decision support systems is Analitycal Hierarchy Process (AHP). The Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method takes into account the extent of validity to the extent of inconsistency tolerance of the various criteria and alternatives chosen by the decision maker. In this research, the data used is UBHARA student data 3 last generation. The criteria used are GPA, TOEFL score, TPA Test Score, and Value of Communication Skill Test. From the results of experiments carried out the results of manual calculations of the application and manual calculations from the Institute of Cooperation get a presentation 100% equation in determining scholarship recipients. The troso weaving produced by SMEs in Jepara currently has a greatly increased public demand, and this has resulted in an increase in the number of suppliers and distributors owned by the troso weaving companies. The company needs to select suppliers so that the received raw materials have quality and price in accordance with the budgeted by the company as well as selecting distributors so that ready-made troso weave is marketed accordingly. To improve the performance of the company, the need for supply chain management (SCM) strategy by taking into account the flow of communication between partners, the ability of the company to establish relationships with suppliers and distributors. System development method used is to use waterfall method which starts from system requirement analysis, system design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. The result of this research is the SCM information system at UMKM Tenoon web-based troso. The company needs to select suppliers so that the received raw materials have quality and price in accordance with the budgeted by the company as well as selecting distributors so that ready-made troso weave is marketed accordingly. To improve the performance of the company, the need for supply chain management (SCM) strategy by taking into account the flow of communication between partners, the ability of the company to establish relationships with suppliers and distributors. System development method used is to use waterfall method which starts from system requirement analysis, system design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. The result of this research is the SCM information system at UMKM Tenoon web-based troso. The need for medical supplies at a Technical Implementation Unit of the Center for Public Health is of paramount importance. But in reality UPT Puskesmas especially those located in small towns have not been able to control the availability of drugs effectively. Often there is a shortage of even running out of drugs when needed. Distribution of drugs that take a long time also becomes a barrier drug can be used in an effective and efficient. An information system on drug data management is expected to assist officers in the pharmacy to be able to control the stock of drugs that exist in a UPT Puskesmas. A stock drug can be known from the exit and entry of existing drugs. This system uses UML in its design and java as a programming language. With the drug warehouse information system, monthly statements of drug stocks become easier, the availability of drugs can be controlled so that patients who should get free medicines from Puskesmas do not need to redeem or change drugs in pharmacies because of Puskesmas that run out of drug stock.Keywords: Drugs, Java, Puskesmas, UML
