An analysis of the flora of vascular plants from 384 species, of which 109 species are adventitious, and the ratio of indigenophytes and synanthropophytes (excluding cultured species) is 1: 3 for the Kuzovatovo village. Veronica chamaedys, a boreal-nemoral forest-meadow species, is a botanical symbol of the Kuzovatovo settlement and is of interest for monitoring the flora of this area.

The article substantiates the theoretical provisions for the formation of digital competencies necessary for the socio-economic development of the Russian Federation in the context of the digital transformation of the economy and social sphere. Based on technological paradigms, the classification of digital competencies as part of professional and universal ones is proposed, the levels of their development and content are determined for use in strategic planning documents of constituent entities of the Russian Federation.

THE STEPPE TRACE IN CENTRAL ARCTIC AND ANTARCTIC 北极和南极中部的草原痕迹

Considerations about steppe elements in modern Arctic and Antarctic high latitudes, about problematic sofy edoma, which was the ground for Late Pleistocene cryoarid mammoth prairies and their genetic relations to modern steppes are expounded. Taking the Antarctic hair grass (Deschampsia antarctica) Antarctic expansion into consideration, the steppe trace spreading is acknowledged for both Hemispheres high latitudes. The grass expansion in both Central Arctic and Antarctic is considered a compensation for steppe loss in their geographical zone and future potential for agricultural economy.
