Character education is essential in the learning process to form positive attitudes and values in students. Discipline is one of the strengthening of character education that needs to be considered. The formation of the disciplinary character of students can use positive discipline methods. This article aims to explain and analyze the implementation of positive discipline to support student character education in MI Al-Ishlah Sorong City. The research method used is qualitative descriptive with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. The data collected is then analyzed using analytical techniques designed by Huberman & Miles: data collection, reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. Teachers adopt a positive reinforcement and reward approach to increase student participation, cooperation, and responsibility. In addition, clear rules and fair consequences are also applied to develop good behavior and respect for the environment. In the context of character education, positive discipline helps students internalize moral values such as honesty, responsibility, and mutual respect. Students also learn to recognize and manage emotions positively and develop social skills that are important in everyday life. The results showed that positive discipline can be effective as a means of character education for students in MI Al-Ishlah Sorong City. Positive discipline can help students to understand positive values such as responsibility, cooperation, and honesty. In addition, the application of positive discipline can also help students to develop good social and emotional skills. Therefore, positive discipline can be used as one of the effective character education strategies for students at MI Al-Ishlah Sorong City.

This study explores concepts related to effective madrasah head leadership in building and developing a quality culture. The type of literature study research is used to explain the results of existing studies. Data were obtained from various relevant literature sources, such as books and journals, which contained information following the focus of the study, namely the leadership of the head of the Madrasah and the culture of quality. The data obtained is then carried out for content analysis. In addition, in maintaining the suitability of the review process and preventing and overcoming misinformation, checks are carried out between libraries, re-read the literature, and pay attention to expert comments. The results showed that ten indicators must be owned by school principals so that the development of a quality culture can run effectively, namely: complete vision, responsibility, example, empowering staff, listening to others, providing excellent service, developing people, empowering madrasahs, focusing on students, and management that prioritizes practice. Therefore, the critical roles of school principals must continue to be pursued, including as educators, managers, administrators, supervisors, leaders, innovators, and motivators. By integrating this critical role, it can be ensured that the quality culture of the Madrasah can be realized immediately.

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of microteaching integrated lesson study using the CIPP model evaluation (context, input, process, product) which was developed by Daniel Stufflebeam to students of PGMI IAIN Sorong. The method in this study uses a quantitative descriptive approach with a population of all students of PGMI semester VI (six) class of 2019. This sampling uses a saturated sampling technique, where all members are used as a sample population of 27 people. Data were collected by distributing Likert scale questionnaires to respondents. The results showed that the effectiveness of the implementation of integrated microteaching lesson study in all CIPP models was in the very effective category, where for the context model (83%), input (86%), process (89%), and product (88%). This explains that the implementation of microteaching integrated lesson study lectures by students is very effective based on the results of the CIPP model evaluation.

For this type of research is qualitative research with a case study design taking data sources on principals and teachers through observation techniques, interviews, and documentary data collection. This data is analyzed then in the form of data analysis, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The results showed that the management of the principal at MA Muhammadiyah Rejang Lebong consisted of planning, implementing, supervising, and organizing. The principal is a leader in an educational institution whose function is as an educator, manager, supervisor, motivator, and innovator. The management steps taken by the principal are to carry out supervision, then the order that always used to support teacher discipline in terms of time, administration to see the learning equipment to be used, and reward teachers who take part in competitions, motivate and encourage continuing education. The supporting factors for the principal's management in improving teacher professionalism can be caused by the fulfillment of funds, teaching staff, sufficient students, discipline, motivation, and a conducive environment, while the inhibiting factor is that there are still many honorary teachers who have not been certified compared to civil servant teachers.

Intraarticular learning can improve students' research skills, one of which is strengthening educational seminar courses. This research aims to develop a task and rubric to assess undergraduate students' research skills. This study is a research and development using the DDD-E model design (Decide, Design, Development, and Evaluation). This research has succeeded in compiling a task and rubric to measure undergraduate students' research skills in preparing research proposals. This rubric can be implemented by researchers in the broader area with some adjustments.

Educational innovation is a renewal in education and is different from the previous situation which was deliberately sought to solve educational problems in order to achieve educational goals optimally. Educational innovation boils down to the excellence or quality of education units in providing services to stakeholders. Quality improvement is an important program of education both on a national, regional, and international scale. The methods used in this research are critical analysis methods and literature methods. School-Based Management (SBM) is a management model that gives schools the right of autonomy to manage their schools independently and is also a form of changing education from poor conditions to better conditions by giving authority to schools to empower themselves. In order for the implementation of school-based management to run efficiently and effectively, cooperation between all components of education is needed and the availability of adequate advice and infrastructure.
