Tricalcium phosphate (TCP) substitutes have been used as synthetic bone gap fillers in dental and orthopaedic applications because of their biocompatibility and high mechanical stiffness. Tricalcium phosphate (TCP) can be divided into low temperature phase β - TCP and high temperature phase α -TCP, among which β -TCP is one of the best materials to meet the requirements of bone tissue engineering scaffold. During bone regeneration, β -TCP exhibits absorbable characteristics and is completely replaced by new bone tissue after stimulating bone formation. Pure β -TCP is a fragile white solid whose color may change due to the presence of impurities. β -TCP is one of the most attractive alternatives to bone graft due to its synthetic properties, bone conduction, bone induction, and cell-mediated reabsorption. It has been proposed as a vehicle for topical application of drugs (bone morphogenetic proteins, antibiotics) to defect sites and has been widely used in dental and orthopedic bone regeneration applications. In this paper, the application of β -TCP in oral clinic and the new research progress at home and abroad are reviewed, providing a theoretical basis for the future application of β -TCP in oral routine diagnosis and treatment.

Objective: To explore the effect of nasopharyngeal respiratory training combined with guided nursing on the intraoperative cooperation of patients undergoing the first gastroscopy. Methods: A total of 90 patients who underwent the first gastroscopy in our hospital from January, 2019 to February, 2014 were selected as the research objects. The sample content calculation formula of the mean test of two independent samples was adopted in this study. Patients were divided into the odd group as the control group (routine nursing) and the even group as the study group (in addition to the measures of the control group, the patients were given nasopharyngeal respiratory training combined with guided nursing). The changes of vital signs at different time points were compared between the two groups. The surgical cooperation and discomfort, the average number of nausea and vomiting, and the examination time were compared between the two groups. Results: SBP and DBP were compared with HR and SpO in the two groups 2 . The SBP, DBP, HR and SPO of the two groups were increased first and then decrease d 2 , T 3 and increased significantly in T 4 when decreased somewhat, with T 0 compared with

Objective: To evaluate and analyze the effect of TCM preventive health management in guiding the health management of elderly diabetes mellitus. Methods: Included in our hospital in May 2019 to June 2021 treated 120 cases of elderly diabetes patients, double-blind randomized method is divided into the experimental group and control group in the two groups (n = 60) and control group patients with routine treatment for diabetes management, on the basis of the experimental group patients in the control group to carry out the cure not ill health management idea guidance, health management over 12 months later, the effect of blood glucose control and self-management behavior were evaluated and compared between the two groups. Results: Management 12 prognosis, the experimental group, 2 h postprandial blood glucose and fasting glucose in patients with glycosylated hemoglobin were lower than the control group, difference has statistical significance (P < 0.05), the control group, 2 h postprandial blood glucose and fasting glucose glycosylated hemoglobin levels compared with before the management such as no statistical difference (P > 0.05), the experimental group SDSCA scale increases, the total score. Compared with the control group and before management, the differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05), and the SDSCA score of the control group did not change significantly. Conclusion: TCM preventive health management guiding the health management of elderly patients with diabetes can improve the effect of blood glucose control and self-management ability.
