Convergence of derivative free iterative methods 导数自由迭代法的收敛性

We present the local as well as the semi-local convergence of some iterative methods free of derivatives for Banach space valued operators. These methods contain the secant and the Kurchatov method as special cases. The convergence is based on weak hypotheses specializing to Lipschitz continuous or Holder continuous hypotheses. The results are of theoretical and practical interest. In particular the method is compared favorably ¨ to other methods using concrete numerical examples to solve systems of equations containing a nondifferentiable term.

On solutions of functional equations with polynomial translations 关于多项式平移泛函方程的解

In this paper, we study polynomial functional equations of the form af(p(x)) + bf(q(x)) = g(x), where p(x), q(x) are given polynomials and g(x) is a given function. Theorems 21 and 22 contain sufficient conditions under which the functional equation has a solution of the special form. In Section 3 we present an algorithm of constructing polynomial solutions of the functional equations. Other non-polynomial solutions depend on solutions of the homogeneous equation af(p(x)) + bf(q(x)) = 0. That case is analyzed in Section 4. Finally, we present a simple method of constructing examples with desirable properties.

Nowadays, routing problems arise in different contexts of distribution of goods, transportation of commodities and people. Routing problems deals with traveling along a given network in an optimal way. One of the major goals in optimization, including optimization of routing problems, is to reduce the time of stagnation by finding an exit state. The current work is a study about the ability of ants to escape from solution stagnation on a particular routing problem, the Traveling Salesman Problem.

In this paper, we consider a general subclass H_{Sigma _{m}}(beta ) of Sigma _{m} consisting of analytic and m-fold symmetric bi-univalent functions in the open unit disc mathcal{U}. An estimate for the second Hankel determinant for m-fold symmetric bi-univalent functions are determined.

Fixed point theorems on a γ-generalized quasi-metric spaces γ-广义拟度量空间上的不动点定理

The concept of gamma-generalized quasi-metric spaces is newly introduced in this paper with the symmetry assumption removed. The existence of fixed points of our newly introduced (gamma-phi)-contraction mappings, defined on gamma-generalized quasi-metric spaces, is proved. Our results generalize many known related results in literature.
本文引入了gamma -广义拟度量空间的概念,去掉了对称假设。证明了在gamma -广义拟度量空间上定义的(gamma - phi)-收缩映射不动点的存在性。我们的结果概括了文献中许多已知的相关结果。

In this paper, we introduce the concepts of Wijsman invariant convergence, Wijsman invariant statistical convergence, Wijsman lacunary invariantconvergence, Wijsman lacunary invariant statistical convergence for double sequences of sets. Also, we investigate existence of some relationsamong these new convergence concepts for double sequences of sets.
