Simulation of Dynamic Characteristics of Hydraulic Power Steering System of Vehicles 车辆液压助力转向系统动态特性仿真

The dynamic characteristics of the hydraulic power steering system(HPSS) were simulated and discussed with SIMULINK software and hydraulic control theory.The dynamic simulation can be made by establishing the dynamic model and the simulation model of HPSS,initializing the parameters of the system,and implementing the dynamic simulation.Lastly,the key factors affecting the dynamic characteristics of HPSS were discussed.The simulation result can provide theoretical basis for designing HPSS.
利用SIMULINK软件和液压控制理论对液压助力转向系统的动态特性进行了仿真和分析。通过建立HPSS的动态模型和仿真模型,初始化系统参数,实现动态仿真,实现动态仿真。最后,讨论了影响HPSS动态特性的关键因素。仿真结果可为HPSS的设计提供理论依据。

Analysis of Kinetic Characteristic and Structural Parameter Optimization of Multi-Link Suspension 多连杆悬架动力学特性分析及结构参数优化

Taking the five-link suspension of a car as the subject investigated on the basis of ADAMS/Car,this paper built the parameterized mode of the multi-link suspension.The simulation shows the influence relations among multi-link suspension structure parameter and the wheel location parameter,wheel track,roll center.On the base of this,aim for improving the ride safety and comfort,multi-link suspension optimization model was built and carried out parameter optimization design by using ADAMS/Insight.The result shows that this method is high-performance and can be used in the design of multi-link suspension conveniently.
以某型汽车五连杆悬架为研究对象,基于ADAMS/ car软件,建立了多连杆悬架的参数化模型。仿真显示了多连杆悬架结构参数与车轮位置参数、车轮轨迹、滚动中心之间的影响关系。在此基础上,以提高乘坐安全性和舒适性为目标,建立多连杆悬架优化模型,并利用ADAMS/Insight软件进行参数优化设计。结果表明,该方法性能良好,可方便地用于多连杆悬架的设计。
