The oxidation of cyclohexylamine (CHA) was carried out in a batch reactor, using Fenton’s reagent. The effects of the following parameters were investigated: residence time, pH level, ferrous ion concentration, and hydrogen peroxide concentration. Residence time ranged from 30 min to 2 h, and its effect was found to be significantly positive. A pH of 3 for the medium was observed to be optimum. Ferrous ion and hydrogen peroxide concentrations ranged from 0.1 g/l to 0.265 g/l and from 0.5 g/l to 1.3 g/l, respectively. The influence of hydrogen peroxide was significant at 0.16 g/l of ferrous ions and a pH of 3. CHA removal efficiency was measured by calculating chemical oxygen demand (COD). The maximum COD removal efficiency was 62%, and the minimum yield of ammonia was 14%. The yields of nitrite and nitrate were negligible. Overall, the results proved the effectiveness of the Fenton process for the treatment of CHA.

: The purpose of this research was to develop and evaluate a matrix system for Chronotherapeutic delivery of Budesonide containing Tamarind Seed Polysaccharide and chemically modified Tamarind Seed Polysaccharide in the treatment of Nocturnal Asthma. Matrix tablets of Budesonide-Tamarind Seed Polysaccharide were prepared by using wet granulation method and evaluated by different in vitro tests and release profiles. The release profile of Budesonide from the matrix tablets is dependent upon the gelling property of Tamarind Seed Polysaccharide and degradation of Tamarind Seed Polysaccharide by colonic bacteria. In Stomach, the release rate was much slower; however, the drug was released quickly in the lower part of GIT after 4 hours. The dissolution data revealed that the tablets containing Tamarind Seed Polysaccharide and cross linked Tamarind Seed Polysaccharide in higher concentrations each showed 84.956±0.42% and 78.286±0.17% of drug release respectively with in 24hrs study period and selected tablets of cross linked Tamarind Seed Polysaccharide were subjected to in vitro drug release study in presence of rat caecal content medium. Results clearly indicate that there is an increase in the release of the drug to 98.930±0.38% due presence of caceal content. The results were subjected to study the release kinetics. The values of correlation coefficient indicated that the drug release followed Zero order drug release kinetics with Peppas

The structure of a topological space may be described by associating with it an algebraic system usually a group or a sequence of groups. There are several methods by which groups can be associated with topological spaces. Here we shall consider one through homotopy and the group so defined is called Fundamental group of the given topological space. The algebraic structure of the group reflects the topological and geometrical structures of the underlying space. The theory of Covering spaces is closely connected with the study of Fundamental group. Many basic topological questions about covering spaces can be reduced to purely algebraic questions about the fundamental groups of the various spaces involved. In Abstract Algebra, the action of a group on a set has many applications. We shall apply the group action concept of Abstract Algebra in Algebraic Topology. In this article we give description about the action of Fundamental group on Fibre set.

As the global average temperatures rise and the Earth's climate is changing, the need to reduce emissions of greenhouse gases (GHG) is becoming increasingly important. To achieve this, there is a need to develop innovative approaches to mitigate the effects of GHG emissions. One potential approach is the adoption of the adopt-a-highway model, which involves citizens in the process of reducing emissions through their participation in the maintenance of highways. This approach could be a viable solution for reducing GHG emissions, as it creates an incentive for citizens to reduce their emissions and puts them in a position to make a meaningful contribution to sustainability. This paper evaluates the potential for the adopt-a-highway model to reduce GHG emissions in the future, and explores the challenges that must be overcome in order to ensure its success. Through a review of the literature, it is concluded that the adopt-a-highway model is a viable and sustainable approach for reducing GHG emissions, and that its implementation should be further explored. In this study, the adopt-a-highway model's potential for reducing greenhouse gas emissions is discussed. The model can be used to reduce emissions and has been used to reduce the amount of solid garbage on highways. The paper provides a thorough review of the process, covering the many stages of implementation, and discusses the benefits and drawbacks of this paradigm. Additionally, it looks at how effective this approach might be at reducing greenhouse gas emissions and offers some potential safeguards against its failure. The report concludes by outlining potential next measures that could be taken to guarantee that the model is adopted further and that it is successfully used to reduce emissions.

It is an essential aspect of the industry's obligation to assure the safety, efficacy, and quality of their products. In pharmaceutical industry it plays a vital role and it is an important current issue for regulators around the world. During inspections a multiple of problems being found by the pharmaceutical regulatory agency all over the world. There are many regulatory guidelines on data integrity. The objective of this study carries number of issues involved within data integrity in current GMP aspects, the root causes were addressed grounded on warning letters. In this article we study about types, advantage and disadvantage, factors affecting, ALCOA concept, and their limitations.
