Introduction: Dengue hemorrhagic fever is an infectious disease caused by dengue virus infection transmitted through the bite of Aedes aegypti and Aedes albopictus mosquitoes. According to health statistics and WHO data in Timor Leste reported dengue cases in 2020 from January to December 1,451 dengue cases were registered, of the total cases, 10 people died and most dengue cases came from Ermera sub-district, which was 318 cases. Objective: The purpose of this study is to determine the relationship between knowledge level, home environment and preventive behavior towards families whose members are infected with Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever in Ermera sub-district. Method: This study uses qualitative methods with the research design used is an analytical survey method with a case study approach, which describes the characteristics of the population or phenomenon being studied and is occurring, aiming to study the relationship between the independent variable and the dependent variable once and at the same time. Result and Discussion: The results showed that the level of knowledge was good (p-value 0.048) but there was a meaningful relationship between the home environment of DHF families (p-value 0.019) and the relationship of preventive behavior (p-value 0.000) to the incidence of DHF. Conclusion: From the results of the study above, it can be concluded that there is an influence of the family home environment and preventive behavior with the incidence of DHF

Introduction: In this era of growing information, the knowledge, and attitudes that high school girls have towards external genitalia hygiene practices are very important. Adequate knowledge about the importance of keeping the genital area clean can help schoolgirls prevent infections and related health problems. In addition, a good attitude towards external genitalia hygiene practices also affects their daily habits in maintaining personal hygiene. In this context, the relationship between schoolgirls' knowledge and attitude is closely related to external genitalia hygiene practices. Objective: Knowing the relationship between knowledge and attitudes with external genital hygiene practices in female students at Mahakam Laham High School, Mahakam ulu District in 2023. Methods: Correlational design design with a cross sectional approach. Sampling using total sampling technique with a sample size of 40 people. Results and Discussion: Most of the knowledge about external genital hygiene is not good as many as 21 (52.5%) people. Most of the attitudes towards external genital hygiene are negative as many as 22 (55%) people. Most of the external genital hygiene practices are not good as many as 22 (55%) people. The results of the Chi-Square statistical test obtained a value of p = 0.002. Conclusion: There is a relationship between knowledge and external genital hygiene practices in female students at Mahakam Laham High School, Laham District, Mahakam Ulu Regency in 2023

Introduction: Response time depends on the speed available and the quality of providing assistance to save lives/prevent disability. Objective: The purpose of the study was to determine the factors related to the Response Time of nurses in handling emergency patients at the ER Harapan Insan Hospital Sendawar West Kutai Regency. Method: Research with cross sectional approach. sample selection with purposive sampling of 26 respondents. Data analysis technique chi square test at a significance level of 95% (a 0.05). Results and Discussion: The research found that most of the nurses had Response Time < 5 minutes as many as 22 (86.4%). Statistical tests showed that there was a relationship between training (? 0.001) and compensation (? 0.028) with the response time for handling emergency cases at Harapan Insan Sendawar Hospital. Conclusion: The nurse's response time in handling emergency cases at the Emergency Installation Harapan Insan Sendawar General Hospital is on average <5 minutes. Training and rewards are related to nurse response time, while length of work and motivation have nothing to do with nurse response time in handling emergency patients in the Emergency Installation HIS Hospital.

Introduction: Stretch marks are one of the inconveniences during pregnancy and the puerperium. Stretch marks, also known as striae gravidarum, are anatomical and physiological changes during pregnancy that can occur in the abdomen, breasts and thighs. It is often also found in the areola or vaginal areas that experience hyperpigmentation. Objective: The aim is to find out the effect of Cantella Asiatica Powder (Gotu Kola) on Stretch Marks in Postpartum Mothers at Gerbang Sehat Mahulu Hospital in 2023. Method: the type of research is quasi-experimental research, with a non-equivalent control group design approach. Sampling technique with purposive sampling. Data analysis Using Paired Sample T Test. Results and Discussion: Based on the results of the study the intervention group and the control group had the appearance of real stretch marks, namely 10 (100%). After administration of Centella Asiatica (gotu kola) powder, most of the respondents had faint stretch marks, 9 (90.0%). Whereas in the control group, after health education about stretch marks, there were 7 (70.0%) respondents who had visible stretch marks and 3 (30.0%) respondents who had faint stretch marks. Conclusion: There is an effect of centella asiatica powder (gotu kola) on stretch marks in postpartum women

Introduction: The Ujoh Bilang Health Center, located in Mahakam Ulu Regency, is known to have complete basic immunization coverage from January to December 2022 for 12-month-old children of 143 children (59%) with a target of 241 children. This shows that the complete basic immunization coverage is still below the Mahakam Ulu Regency target of 93.6% and the national target of 93%. Objective: The aim is to know the relationship socio-cultural, accessibility and motivation of mothers with complete basic immunization status in the working area of the Ujoh Bilang Health Center. Methods: This type of research is analytic observation using a cross sectional design. Data analysis using Chi-Square. Results and Discussion: Characteristics of respondents aged between 20-35 years (95.8%), multipara parity (66.2%), high school graduate education (57.7%), work as an IRT (46.5%), socio-cultural good (53.5%), less supportive accessibility (54.9%), good motivation (52.1%), and complete basic immunization status (50.7%). There is a socio-cultural relationship (p-value: 0.044), accessibility (p value: 0.012), mother's motivation (p value: 0.024) with complete basic immunization status in the working area of the Ujoh Bilang Health Center. Introduction: In dating individuals will be faced with problems in relationships where not a few individuals solve them with acts of violence. Dating violence is an indication that refers to a toxic relationship. Objective: to test whether emotional regulation is related to the level of toxic relationships in dating relationships in late adolescents dating in Bekasi City. Method: This study uses a quantitative approach with a correlational method. The instruments used to collect the data were the emotion regulation scale and the toxic relationship scale. The data were analyzed by non-parametric test techniques using spearman non-parametric correlation test. Result and Discussion: A result of -0.483** and a significance result of <0.001 (p<0.01). Conclusions: This study shows the correlation of the two significant variables and produces a negative correlation direction. The higher a person's emotional regulation, the lower the level of toxic relationships, and vice versa.

Introduction: The management of patients confirmed positive for COVID-19 is a guideline for actions in handling people who are confirmed positive for COVID-19 through SWAB PCR examination according to their severity. Objective: The purpose of the study was to determine the management factors of COVID-19 confirmed patients at Merauke District Hospital. Method: Quantitative research with cross-sectional design. The research location is at the Regional General Hospital of Merauke Regency. Result and Discussion: The results of the study were that women were the most dominant (87.6%) in carrying out the management of COVID-19 confirmed patients with early adulthood age of 26-35 years (73.4%) and had a new working period of <6 years (37.2%). The ability of human resources in the Merauke District General Hospital is mostly (61%) in the good category and excessive workload (71.4%). The management facilities for COVID-19 confirmed patients at the Merauke Regency General Hospital met the guideline requirements (72.4%). Conclusion: The test results of the study showed that there was a relationship between facilities (p = 0.033; PR:2,970) with the management of patients confirmed with COVID-19. However, there was no relationship between the ability of health human resources (p = 0.763; PR:1.168), and workload (p=0.149; PR:2,116) with the management of patients confirmed with COVID-19 at the Merauke Regional General Hospital.

Introduction: Scabies is a contagious skin disease caused by the female tick Sarcoptes Scabiei Varieta Hominis which belongs to the Arachnida group. Scabies can occur in countries with tropical and subtropical climates Obective: The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between personal hygiene and environmental conditions with scabies symptoms at Al-Mubarak Islamic Boarding School in Jambi City. Method: This study used an analytical observational method with a Cross Sectional approach, the sample in this study were 85 respondents using simple random sampling. Result and Discussion: The results of this study showed a significant relationship between skin and hand hygiene (p = 0.001), towel hygiene (p = 0.033) with scabies symptoms. There is no relationship between clothing hygiene (p = 0.109) with scabies symptoms. Proportion of physical environmental conditions (clean water facilities, ventilation, occupancy density, humidity) that do not meet requirements 100%. Conclusion: Variables associated with scabies symptoms are skin and hand hygiene, and towel hygiene. Variables that are not associated with scabies symptoms are clothing hygiene. It is recommended to the boarding school to add exhaust fans and also pay attention to the clean water facilities used and the students to maintain personal hygiene such as routine bathing 2x a day, drying clothes and towels in the sun

Introduction: Mother's milk is the best food given to babies. Exclusive breastfeeding coverage at the Panjang Hubung Health Center is still below the target, this is due to insufficient milk production. Attempt by giving food to increase breast milk with steeping leaves of Little Bungur (Lagerstroemia Indica) which is an ingredient containing Lactagogum which can increase milk production. Objective: To find out the effect of giving little crepe leaves on the smoothness of breastfeeding in nursing mothers in the working area of the Long Hubung Health Center. Method: The type of research used in this research is experimental research. The research design is a quasi-experimental pre-test and post-test design with control using a comparison group. Result and Discussion: The average difference in the group intervention between the quality of breast milk before administration of little crepe leaf tea and after administration of little crepe leaf tea in the first week was 18.25 and the p-value was 0.017 <0.05, and in the first two weeks the mean difference was 4 .25 with a p-value of 0.034 <0.05. Meanwhile, in the measurements before and in the first week of the control group, a p-value of 0.039 <0.05 was obtained. While in the first week until the second week, the p-value is 0.131> 0.05, Conclusion: There is an effect of giving little crepe leaf tea on the smoothness of breast milk in nursing mothers

Introduction: in dating relationships, many people experience conflicts due to differences of opinion. In order to maintain relationships, women sometimes experience or commit emotional violence while dating, both consciously and unconsciously. Meanwhile, men can also be emotionally harassed while dating women. Objective: the purpose of this study was to confirm the influence of self-concept with emotional abuse on early adults who were dating or had been in a relationship. Method: this research was conducted with a quantitative approach. The data collection method in this study used two instruments used in this study, namely the Self concept scale and the Emotional abuse scale which was disseminated using google forms. The data analysis technique used is simple linear regression with non-parametric analysis. Results and Discussion: this study there was a negative influence between self-concept and emotional violence in early adults dating in Bekasi, the R square2 value was 0.123 (p = 0.01) and there was an influence value of 12.3% indicating that the two variables had a negative influence and had opposite directions. Conclusion: These results indicate that the higher a person's self-concept, the lower the level of emotional abuse experienced
