Using of GeoGebra to Improve Mathematical Reasoning with the Problem-Solving Method 运用GeoGebra以解决问题的方法提高数学推理能力

This research aims to look at the use of GeoGebra in solving geometric problems in life, especially to improve the mathematical reasoning abilities of high school students. This quasi-experimental research with static comparison design involved 82 students from high Prior Mathematical Knowledge (PMK), moderate Prior Mathematical Knowledge (PMK), and low Prior Mathematical Knowledge (PMK). The instrument used in this research include the Prior Mathematical Knowledge test. Data were analyzed by t-test. The result of the research shows that at high and low Prior Mathematical Knowledge(PMK) levels there were no significant differences while at the moderate Prior Mathematical Knowlege (PMK) level there were differences in students‘ mathematical reasoning abilities using GeoGebra in problem-solving learning.

Some Factor Affecting the Trend of Aggressive Behavior of Adolescents in the Tourist Areas in Kuta Bali 库塔巴厘旅游区青少年攻击行为趋势的影响因素

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of peer group interaction, and the interaction of adolescents with tourists on the tendency of aggressive behavior of adolescents in Bali's tourist areas. By using the stratified random sampling technique, the examined sample had as many as 180 people. Data were collected through questionnaires. The data were analyzed using the multiple correlation analysis. The results showed that the interaction of peer groups and the interaction of adolescents with tourists significantly influenced the tendency of aggressive behavior, which means that the variations in the tendency of aggressive behavior were caused by peer group interaction and by the interaction of adolescents with tourists.
本研究旨在探讨巴厘岛旅游区青少年的同伴群体互动、青少年与游客的互动对青少年攻击行为倾向的影响。采用分层随机抽样技术,被调查对象多达180人。通过问卷调查收集数据。采用多元相关分析对数据进行分析。结果表明,同伴群体的互动和青少年与游客的互动对青少年攻击行为倾向有显著影响,说明青少年攻击行为倾向的变化是由同伴群体的互动和青少年与游客的互动引起的。

The Effect of Family Ownership on the Relationship Between Aggressive Financial And Tax Reporting: Evidence From 10 Asian Countries 家族所有权对积极财务与税务报告关系的影响:来自10个亚洲国家的证据

This research aims to investigate the nature of the relationship between aggressive financial and tax reporting, and the influence of family ownership upon that relationship. Using cross-country data of public companies listed on the stock exchanges of 10 countries in Asia, this study finds that aggressive financial reporting is associated positively with aggressive tax reporting and is reciprocal in nature, indicating that managers may no longer face a trade-off between the two. It is evident that managers have conducted aggressive financial and tax reporting simultaneously for the same reporting period. This aggressive reporting tendency is influenced by the characteristics of the company. Companies controlled by families tend to conduct less simultaneous aggressive financial and tax reporting for the same reporting period than others. These findings prove that the existence of family control in public companies does not encourage managers to conduct simultaneous aggressive financial and tax reporting in the same reporting period.

Development of Learning Materials PR Script Writing Shaped Flip Book 开发学习材料公关脚本写作形状翻转书

The ability of lecturers in developing learning materials influences the success of the learning process, especially vendors of materials with an attractive look such as a flip book or ebook. This research aims to develop the learning materials of PR script writing in the form of ebook or flip book for students majoring Public Relations of UBSI. The development of learning materials used Dick and Carey model with Research and Development Approach of Borg and Gall which consists of 10 development stages modified by researcher. The result of this research is a textbook of PR script writing in the form of flip book (ebook). The learning result of students using flip book PR script writing as the learning materials increased by 93% compared to students who did not use The flip book PR script writing as much as 54%.

Lesson Study for Developing the Pedagogical Competence of Pre-Service Teachers by Integrating Character Values in Thematic Teaching at Elementary Schools 小学主题教学中整合人格价值培养职前教师教学能力的课程研究

This study aimed at developing students’ pedagogic competence that consists of the ability to design the 2013 Curriculum thematic teaching integrated with character values through a lesson study. This study belongs to action research with an action of lesson study that was done in 2 cycles. The subjects were the students who took the practice teaching program and the object was the students’ pedagogic competence in integrating character values with thematic teaching. The results of the study indicate that lesson study is able to improve the ability of students to design and implement integrated learning character values. The results of the effectiveness test show that lesson study proved to be effective in improving the pedagogical abilities of students integrating character values in thematic learning.
本研究旨在通过课程研究,培养学生的教学能力,包括设计与品格价值观相结合的2013年课程主题教学的能力。本研究属于行动研究,分2个周期进行了一次行动研究。研究对象为参加实践教学项目的学生,研究对象为学生将人格价值观与主题教学相结合的教学能力。研究结果表明,课堂学习能够提高学生整体学习品格价值的设计与实施能力。有效性测试结果表明,课堂学习对提高学生在主题学习中整合人格价值的教学能力是有效的。

The purpose of this study was to develop CD-Based Learning Multimedia inIntegrative Thematic Learning in Elementary School. The method used in this study wasresearch and development, CD-Based Interactive Multimedia which was then validatedby thematic concept experts and media experts, the results of this study showed that themultimedia developed has a valid and significant assessment so that multimedia is one ofthe learning media that can be used to deliver material to students very effectively andefficiently.

The Influence of Compensation, Organizational Climate, and Work Commitment on the Performance of the Employees 薪酬、组织氛围、工作承诺对员工绩效的影响

This study aimed to determine the effects of compensation, organizational climate, and work commitment on the performance of the employees of the Regional Office of The Department of Education and Culture in Banten Province. The research used the quantitative approach with the survey method. To analyze the effects of exogenous variables on the endogenous variables, the path analysis was used. As for respondents, samples of 66 employees were taken. The result of the research indicated that (1) compensation hada positive direct influence on the performance of the employees, (2) organizational climate had a positive direct influence on the performance of the employees, (3) work commitment had a positive direct influence on the performance of the employee, (4) compensation had a positive direct influence on work commitment, and (5) organizational climate had a positive direct influence on the performance of the employees. Thus, improving employees’ performance can be done with increased compensation, good organizational climate, and work commitment.

The purpose of this studywas to know the influence of democratic leadership style and organizational culture on lecturers’ performancebased on the results of research conducted at STKIP Hamzanwadi Selong College, Pancor Selong Sub-district, Lombok Timur regency of Nusa Tenggara Barat Province using survey method. Samples were taken from one population. Data were collected using questionnaires with the descriptive-verification design while grain validity test was performed through empirical tests of instrument grains. The data collected were analyzed using F-test and t-test. The results obtained showed that the democratic leadership style and organizational culture has a significant influence on lecturers’ performance.

Anti Fraud Culture and Care in Indonesian Banking 印尼银行业的反欺诈文化与防范

This research is the first part to know the culture and concern of the bankers towards anti fraud. It was intended to precauation and prevention. In conducting this research using qualitative methods with normative sociological, cultural and juridical approaches, through primary and secondary data. From these data verification was also carried out through Focus Group Discussion (FGD) with experts, practitioners, and academics in the banking sector. The result, that anti-fraud has been regulated in the Bank Indonesia Regulation and socialized through regulations in each bank. In general, it is carried out legally by prioritizing legal aspects as guidelines. Concern for anti fraud is based more on the existence of legal rules that are formally legal. The existence of regulations related to antifraud is felt to be sufficient to prevent and prevent fraud in banks.
