The most significant means of communicating from a computer to an individual is moving message boards also called Text Electronic Display. It is an element of a sign that is capable of displaying words, symbols, figures, or images that electronically or mechanically change by remote or automatic means. It is based on light-emitting diodes and it is connected in an array flat form. It is useful for creating attention-getting messages presentations, advertisements and location identifiers. The 1024 counter enables the information to be displayed sequentially as desire. The driver unit uses transistor to amplify the signal strength of the counter output. The output unit enables the information to be displayed using light emitting diodes (LEDs). Micro-controller AT89C51 provides output to control the logic levels for the sixteen rows of 32 by 16 matrix edifice.

Papua's ironwood comes from the merbau plant that inhabits the forests of Papua, one of which is in the Yapen Islands Regency, Serui City. In conventional cultivating ironwood for commercial purposes, there are various problems. When using powder and soil, a lot of sawdust is needed. In addition, the time required for planting seeds to produce shoots that are ready to be planted in the field takes a very long time of about 9-12 months. The first step in the cultivation of merbau tissue culture is to find the right formula for growth regulators. Auxins and cytokines are the right steps to stimulate merbau wood growth. It seems that the role of auxin (IAA) and cytokinin (BAP) in Murashige and Skoog media on Merbau Wood using cotyledon and meristem explants with good concentrations for shoot and plantlet formation was 1.0 mg/l IAA and 5, 0 mg/l from the latest research using hormones including NAA, Chitin and BAP in Merbau (Eusideroxylon zwageri) wood culture. NAA concentration 1 mg/l (A4B5) formed shoots and callus, A4B1 (NAA 1 mg/l; BAP 0 mg/l) resulted in organogenesis and NAA concentration 0.2 mg/l without cytokinins (A2B1) produced multiple shoots. The interaction of the combination of auxin NAA 1 mg/l with BAP 0.6 mg/l (A4B7) gave the best response in embryosomatic formation in implanted explants. While the interaction of NAA 0.2 mg/l with Kinetic 2 mg/l (A3B3) resulted in shoots and callus. Dyslipidemia is a lipid metabolic disorder that is a risk factor for coronary heart disease (CHD). According to the American Heart Association, data from 2013 to 2016, as many as 92.8 million adults in America have total cholesterol of more than 200 mg / dL. Curcumin, the main compound in turmeric, can lower cholesterol levels due to inhibiting the reabsorption of cholesterol derived from the outside (exogenous) and increasing the enzyme HMG-CoA reductase inhibitor so that fat synthesis can run well. The purpose of this study was to find out the effectiveness of mangosteen peel ethanol extract as an anti-dyslipidemia in male Wistar rats given Propylthiouracil (PTU). This study is an experimental study with a Pre-test and Post-test group only control design approach that uses male Wistar rats as test animals and turmeric extract. The study was conducted in March 2021, at the Herbarium Medanese FMIPA USU, the Pharmacognosy Laboratory of the FACULTY of Pharmacy USU, and the Laboratory of Pharmaceutical Pharmacology USU. Descriptive data analysis (Central tendency and Dyspersi) in the form of lipid profiles (LDL, HDL, Total Cholesterol, and Triglycerides), color, texture, weights. Then analyzed with One-Way Anova if the distributed data is normal, if the distributed data is not normal, then the Kruskal-Wallis test is used. The results and conclusions, turmeric ethanol extract (Curcuma Longa) III (151.70 ± 0.95 mg/dl) can significantly decrease total cholesterol compared to the control group (178.50 ± 6.05mg/dl) (P-value < 0.05). Turmeric ethanol extract (Curcuma Longa) III (110.00 ± (109-112) mg/dl) may significantly lower triglyceride levels compared to the control group (167.00 (162-179) mg/dl). (Value P = 0.027). Turmeric ethanol extract (Curcuma Longa) III (68.50 ± 1.28 mg/dl) significantly lowered LDL levels compared to the control group (107.20 ± 3.60 mg/dl). (P-value < 0.05). Turmeric ethanol extract (Curcuma Longa) III, (61.00 (60-62) mg/dl) may significantly increase HDL levels compared to the control group (28.50 (37-45) mg/dl). (Value P = 0.027). Turmeric ethanol extract (Curcuma Longa) III significantly lowered SGOT (Value = 0.027) and SGPT (Value P < 0.05) compared to the control group.

Data in Indonesia the death rate from burns is still high at around 40%, mainly caused by severe burns. The most potential medicinal turmeric plant is its rhizome, which contains the phenolic compound curcumin and essential oils. Some of the benefits of turmeric antioxidants, anti-inflammatory, anti-cancer, acetylcholinesterase activity inhibitors, anti-fungal, and anti-bacterial. This study aims to find out the phytochemical content and effects of Turmeric Essential Oil Ointment (Curcuma longa Linn) in curing grade II burns in Wistar rats (Rattus norvegicus). This type of research is experimental with a pre-post approach and post-test control group design. The study was conducted at Riwandi Pet Shop and Animal House March-May 2021. The research sample is turmeric (Curcuma longa) obtained from a traditional market in the city of Medan and identified in herbarium Medanese (MEDA), Laboratoirum Taxonomy of Plants, Department of Biology, Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences (FMIPA), University of North Sumatra, Medan. The test animal is a Wistar strain rat with as many as 20 tails divided into 4 treatment groups, so each group consists of 5 rats. The results of the study contained significant differences in the epithelial period of the standard group, 10% turmeric ointment and 15% against the control group. However, in the turmeric ointment group and the standard group, there was no difference in epithelialization periods. This is evident from the value P < 0.05 (Value P = 0.029). The healing effects of burns possessed by Turmeric ointment are both 10% and 15% and nebacetin ointment as standard shows significant differences. Where the wound contraction rate of turmeric ointment is 15% better than nebacetin ointment as standard. But in both turmeric ointments, both 10% and 15% and nebacetin ointment as standard did not show significant differences in the parameters of the epithelial period.

Closure of nasal defect remains a challenge for surgeons. There are several ways to do nasal reconstruction, including donor site for nasal reconstruction due to its vascularity that is superior to other areas. Methods: This is a case report of a 75-year old male patient with Squamous Cell Carcinoma on his left nostril who underwent wide excision. This action left a 4-cm defect, whilst the nasal septum remained intact. This defect closure was using V-Y advancement full thickness nasolabial flap in one step. This defect closure was using V-Y advancement full thickness nasolabial flap in one step. Results: The defect closure was performed with tum over local (nasobialis) flap from the left side of the nasal cartilage. The superiority of this flap, it is able to be performed bulking, so that closure with turn over local nasolabial flap has been a sole option in nostril reconstruction for decades, which gave very good cosmetic results. After being followed for 1 month after surgery, the flap was viable, the contour was well formed, the scar was minimal, and there was no respiratory disruption. The patient was satisfied by the results. Conclusion: Nasolabial turn over local flap can be used as an option to close a relatively wide nostril

After being followed for 1 month after surgery, the flap was viable, the contour was well formed, the scar was minimal, and there was no respiratory disruption. The patient was satisfied by the results. Conclusion: Nasolabial turn over local flap can be used as an option to close a relatively wide nostril","PeriodicalId":148777,"journal":{"name":"Budapest International Research in Exact Sciences (BirEx) Journal","volume":"30 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-07-03","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"125660163","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Background: Anesthesia-related mortality refers to death resulting from the complications of anesthesia or death due to at least one anesthesia-related complication happening as a cause among the multiple causes of death. The aim of this study was to evaluate the incidence and causes of anesthesia-related mortality in pediatric patients, as experienced by a surgeon. Materials and Methods: This was a retrospective study of children aged 15 years and younger who died at the pediatric surgery unit of Enugu State University Teaching Hospital (ESUTH) Enugu, Nigeria following administration of anesthesia between January 2010 and December 2019. Results: A total of 31,210 pediatric anesthesias/surgeries were performed during the study period; out of which 78 mortalities occurred due to anesthesia. There was male predominance and the median age of the patients was 4 years with a range of 1 week to 12 years. Mortality occurred more in neonates and during emergency surgeries. Airway complications and intussusception were the most common etiology of mortality and pathology in the children respectively. About two-thirds of the deaths occurred in the operating room before commencement of the surgery. Conclusion: Anesthesia-related deaths in children in middle income country like Nigeria are higher than what is obtainable in developed countries. The risk factors for anesthesia-related mortality include male gender, neonates and emergency surgeries. Airway problem is a common cause of mortality.

The active reform of the Bulgarian society requires new approaches and full use of information processes for management in the healthcare system. Despite the transformations that have taken place in this area, many issues are yet to be resolved. E-Health is a collection of applications based on advanced information and communication technologies within an organisational and legal framework covering the whole aspect of healthcare, from diagnosis to the time of completion and payment for the treatment. The inconsistencies identified between the high requirements of modern health care, the need to implement the eHealth and the significant falling behind of the project implementation process can only be addressed by implementing a national strategy regulating the objectives, scope and stages of the creation of a single intergrated health information system.

Breast cancer is a very serious disease and requires the sufferer to undergo an intensive examination. This study proposes an optimization method for SVM parameters using the particle swarm optimization algorithm to classify breast cancer. The test results show that the classification using SVM with optimization using PSO is able to improve accuracy better than the classification using SVM without optimization, namely the determination of the parameters randomly. Breast cancer data classification accuracy increased to 78.91%. The best parameter values for c, γ, r, and d are 0.252101, 0.053248, 1 and 5, respectively. In this study, the polynomial and RBF kernels in general were able to produce higher accuracy than linear and sigmoid kernels.
