The Influence of Vocabulary Mastery and Reflectivity on Students Writing Skill at Senior High School 词汇掌握和反思性对高中学生写作技能的影响

—Teaching English as foreign language is to enable students to produce the English language orally and in a written, at Senior High School program, the students should be taught, trained, and tested to write English. The students must learn how to write formal letters, emails, application letters, etc. Practically, the process of teaching and learning to write unsuccessfully due to hampered on content, grammar, vocabulary, and reflectivity. The study conducted to solve the problem facing by the teacher in teaching English language at Senior High School in Indonesia. The method of the research was a correlational study and use a probability random sampling. Three types of research instruments were used to collect the data (writing test, multiple-choice tests and questionnaire). The data were analysed by multiple correlations and multiple regressions. The result showed the influence of vocabulary mastery, reflectivity and writing skill are positive and strong as supported by multiple correlation coefficient R is 0.894. The influence of vocabulary mastery and writing skill is positive and significant as supported by tstatistic 4.287 that higher than t critical 2.000. The influence of reflectivity and writing skill is positive and significant as supported by tstatistic 10.09 that is higher than critical 2.000.

Contextual Teaching and Learning Approach Using Type Word Square Based E-Learning Through Students’ Thinking Ability 利用学生思维能力进行基于字型词集的电子学习的情境教学方法

To improve teacher creativity in teaching many things must be done by an educator of his students, namely a teacher should understand the functions and objectives in a learning process. One approach and model used in this study is the Contextual Teaching and Learning Approach (CTL) Using Type Word Square Based E-Learning. Based on the background above, the writer takes the title "Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) Approach Using Type Word Square Based E-Learning Through Students' Thinking Ability", on civic education subjects in grade X Office Administration 1, this research is located at SMK Pasundan 1 Serang City , The author formulates the problem under study, namely how the Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) Approach Using Type Word Square Based E-Learning Through Students' Thinking Ability in the civic education subject matter. In this study, the authors used the Classroom Action Research method using a qualitative approach. The results of the study the average thinking ability of students in learning from each cycle has increased namely the achievement of the average value of the first cycle 67.14% increased in cycle two to 77.38% than in the third cycle showed 83.76%, from the results of this study that is the Contextual Teaching And Learning (CTL) Approach of Word Square Type Based ELearning Against Students 'Thinking Ability in learning civic education it can be said that the results of this study have increased students' thinking abilities achieved.
要提高教师的教学创造力,教师必须做很多事情,即教师应该了解学生在学习过程中的功能和目标。本研究使用的一种方法和模型是使用基于词方的电子学习的情境教学方法(CTL)。基于以上背景,笔者以“情境教学与学习(CTL)方法——通过学生的思维能力,使用类型词方格的E-Learning”为研究对象,选取了位于雪朗市的SMK Pasundan 1的X年级办公室管理1的公民教育科目。即语境教与学(CTL)方法在公民教育主题中如何运用基于字型方格的电子学习来培养学生的思维能力。在本研究中,作者采用课堂行动研究方法,采用定性方法。研究结果表明,学生的平均思维能力在每个周期的学习中都有所提高,即第一周期的平均值达到67.14%,第二周期达到77.38%,比第三周期达到83.76%;从本研究的结果来看,即基于词方类型的电子学习情境教学(CTL)方法对学生在公民教育学习中的思维能力的影响,可以说本研究的结果提高了学生的思维能力。

Service Performance Improvement of Airport Public Transportation (Case Study of Airport Bus in Terminal 3 Soekarno-Hatta International Airport) 机场公共交通服务绩效提升(以苏加诺-哈达国际机场3号航站楼机场巴士为例)

— The Soekarno-Hatta International Airport (SHIA) is the 18th busiest airport in the world by Airport Council International in 2018 (65.7 million Pax/year). One of the common issues in the SHIA is the low-quality service of the airport public transportation. Currently, the SHIA has collaborated with several buses, trains, and taxi providers. This study took an airport bus in Terminal 3-SHIA as a case study. In the initial observation, the implementation of airport bus services was indeed not optimal, where business process failures occurred at several service points. This study aims to identify problems of airport bus transportation services by conducting qualitative analysis on service blueprints, on application-based services, interviews with several key persons, and quantitative analysis by measuring gaps in 5 dimensions of service quality (reliability, assurance, tangibles, empathy, and responsiveness), a questionnaire was delivered to 100 respondents. The items of the service quality dimensions were analyzed with Cronbach’s Alpha and statistically reliable. To find the root cause of the problem, by using Ishikawa Diagrams and 5-Why analysis. Six alternative solution programs using by the service science system approach (service-dominant logic) such as Integrated Smart Transport Mobility Apps, Redesign Service Blueprint, Fleet Management System, Role & Responsibilities Chart, Integrated People Development Program, and Digital Experience Development Program will be proposed to improve airport bus service performance.

Evaluation of Fabrication Concrete Wave Breaker Project Scheduling with the Critical Chain Project Management Method 用关键链项目管理方法评价制造混凝土破碎机项目进度

The project is successful if the implementation of project activities goes according to the allotted time. The problem of execution in the field is complicated to achieve appropriate actions following predetermined targets. This study aims to evaluate the delay in project activities that occur in the fabrication of concrete wave breakers. This study uses the critical chain project management method in analyzing essential activities that require attention. Based on data processing, critical paths that occur in concrete wave breaker fabrication activities include Engineering Verification, Purchasing Materials, Formwork Fabrication, Rebar fabrication, pouring concrete, mobilization concrete, closeout document. The improvement of the work system by using the critical chain project management was able to maximize the activity time to 53 days from its original duration of 64 days. Critical chain project management application is consistently able to reduce jobs that do not have added value that can hinder or prolong the project.

The Analysis of Waste in Paving Production Process by Using Lean Six Sigma Method 运用精益六西格玛方法分析铺装生产过程中的浪费

— CV. X works in manufacturing such as produce paving, concrete brick, road curb, concrete buis, culvert, udith, and panel that located in Cilegon, Banten. The commonly problem faced by CV.X is found some waste in process of paving production such as waiting and transportation. Production pprocess of paving are stirring, printing, drying, and watering process. The aim of this study is to know the score of Process Cycle Efficient (PCE), the level of sigma paving hexagon. In this research, the researchers used Lean Six Sigma and FMEA method. According to analysis of data, known that the initial Process Cycle Efficiency (PCE) is obtained at 8,94%, the sigma level of paving hexagon is 4.02, and waste found waiting, transportation, invention, and defect. The improvement conducted for better condition of Lean, it is increasing the score of Process Cycle Efficiency (PCE) by changing value stream and decreasing or deleting the waste activities. The result of improvement got the Process Cycle Efficiency (PCE) score is increasing becomes 96.94%. from analysis of FMEA, type of waste defect with type broken paving become repairing priority firstly because have high value of RPN that was 270 and repairing priority continuously to reduce waste of transportation, defect by type of cracked paving, and waiting .

Analysis of Informatics Engineering Students in Completing the Problem of Calculus I 信息工程专业学生完成微积分问题的分析1

—The aims of this study is to find out the extent to which students understand the basic concepts of calculus I by analyzing test results after learning. This study belongs to a qualitative descriptive study that seeks to describe the analysis of student errors in solving problems in calculus I. Subjects in this study are students who take courses in calculus I in the Informatics Engineering Study Program, Faculty of Computer Science, Banten Jaya University. This study revealed some significant student errors in solving problems in calculus I. In this study, researchers collected information through diagnostic tests and interviews with students. The analysis shows that the majority of students' mistakes do not master the basic concepts of derivative functions, trigonometric derivatives, and integral functions. There are some mistakes, including mistakes due to carelessness, mistakes in process skills, errors in understanding questions, and errors in using notation. The results of the analysis, it is necessary for lecturers of calculus I courses to be able to develop strategies in learning so that students can be thorough and correct in completing questions, also can be done by increasing the practice of questions, so students are accustomed to various forms of questions, especially questions related to basic skills in calculus I.

E-Participation Platform Model for E-Government Case Study in Karawang City 电子政务的电子参与平台模式——以卡拉旺市为例

—Platform is an important part in software development with a series of logic that will run consistently. The development of models with platforms becomes more important as the latest technological advancements in the 4.0 era. E-Participation as a platform user is an efficient way to utilize the collective intelligence of citizens. E-Government is an integrated government system with the use of information technology electronic media. The method of platform model development approach using the effective Agile Development method is applied to almost all systems running given the level of flexibility that can be applied at one stage of development without disrupting the current system emphasizing customer satisfaction and speed of implementation time and in accordance with the short-term development of adaptability and change capabilities (Listiyoko, 2017). The purpose of the E-Participant Platform model is designed to provide a framework of reference for mobile platform model designs that enabler content technology E-Participation, the goal another is to make an outline of identifying important choices, design parameters that are at the level of the design of the business model and explicitly assessing the choice categories of E-participation makes it easier for citizens who want to forward their aspirations, suggestions, and critic the government with mobile application-based E-governance. The results of this study are the E-Participant Model Platform, with a selection of alternative features available to make it easy for E-Participants to contribute to E-Government.

Characterization of Activated Carbon from Melinjo (Gnetum gnemon) Shells with Chemical-Physical Activation 用化学-物理活化法制备木耳壳活性炭的研究

—The synthesis of activated carbon derived from biomass melinjo shells has been carried out This research makes activated carbon from the shell of melinjo with active chemicals and chemical-physics so that it can distinguish the activated carbon produced. The carbonization process was carried out at 400 o C, for 15 minutes. The process continues by activating the chemical with a 65% KOH activator by returning the activator mass and activated carbon 4: 1. The activated process is carried out by immersion 24 hours then stirred at ± 110 o C for 5 hours. Furthermore, physics was carried out at variations in temperature of 500 o C, 550 o C, 600 o C and 650 o C for 1 hour. Based on the results of research on activated carbon with active physics at a temperature of 550 o C, the best results were obtained by producing an iodine number of 695.53 mg / g, water content of 4.38%, ash content of 5.955% and area of 412.33 m 2 / g.
