This paper looks at digital strategy and what it can do to promote a peaceful global local area in the age of computers. Cyberspace holds a key position and particular relevance in international affairs. This subject has gained popularity as most international entertainers have developed their global strategy and implemented various tactics to pursue their primary goals online. For instance, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs' use of social media to promote the country, its policies, and its ideals are clear evidence of this. Unfortunately, not all online activities are calm. China and the US are at odds over cyber security, and two groupings of countries are vying for control of the field internationally. Because of this conflict of interest between the countries, cyber diplomacy is required to arbitrate and prevent open cyber war. Cyber diplomacy is an international practice that results from efforts to create an international cyber community by connecting the national interests of nations with the dynamics of the global community. To fulfill the traditional duties of diplomacy in cyberspace, such as promoting trust and peace among stakeholders, cyber diplomacy is to do so. This paper uses English School diplomacy theory to analyze the potential of cyber diplomacy for peaceful cyberspace use. Digital tact consists of two main components: an effort to prevent internet deterioration and a globally coordinated apparatus for creating common digital standards.

The creation and upkeep of knowledge bases have emerged as the primary issue in artificial intelligence development. The knowledge domain is expanding, and application interoperability is urgently demanded. To accommodate this modification, the knowledge base, which serves as the foundation of the artificial intelligence architecture, must be updated. XML (extensible markup language), RDF (resources description framework), DAML (DARPA agent markup language), OIL (ontology inference layer), and OKBC are just a few of the standards that have been introduced as a result of the development of the internet (Open Knowledge-Base Connectivity). One type of knowledge representation that can store information and facts about a subject is frame-based representation. The OKBC, which can help with knowledge base interoperability, supports this approach. In this work, the main issues covered are the comprehension and fundamentals of knowledge base creation with frame representation. To better understand how frame representation functions as a reusable component, a case study from a news publication were used as an example.

Digital technology must be used in all facets of life and business for global advancements to lead to the employment of technology in all disciplines, including the economic sector. One of the nations that quickly digitized their economy was Indonesia. The issue is whether Indonesia can foresee the effects and dangers that the digital economy will pose. This study's objective is to examine the growth of Indonesia's digital economy and the challenges it poses from the standpoint of national defence. The descriptive qualitative methodology is used in this study. Interviews with representatives from the Ministry of Communication and Information, the Ministry of Defense, and the Indonesian Coordinating Ministry for Economic Affairs provided the data, which was then supplemented with secondary information from these agencies. The study's findings show that Indonesia's digital economy is growing quite well, which boosts the country's GDP. They also show that productivity is rising, production, consumption, and distribution are moving more quickly, there is economic growth in various sectors, and the country can continue to operate despite the Covid-19 pandemic. The digital economy, however, also poses a threat to national security because digitization forces all data to be connected to servers that are vulnerable to data misuse and exploitation; transactions that are not secure from malware-based cyberattacks; fraudulent transactions or hacks by hackers; and infrastructure limitations that have not yet reached all parts of Indonesia

Industrial growth has a positive impact because it brings prosperity to humans. But on the other hand, it also has a negative effect, mainly due to industrial pollution produced. The pollution impacts environmental damage, one of which is the marine environment. This damage can be reduced by increasing understanding of the marine environment by monitoring it using technology. Although efforts have been made to monitor the marine environment, there are difficulties interpreting the large amount of data collected. To overcome these obstacles, we need technology that can process big data. One of the technologies that can be used is Artificial Intelligence which will be discussed in this study. This study aims to provide further understanding regarding the application of Artificial Intelligence to monitor the marine environment. This study uses a literature review method from several studies related to Artificial Intelligence. The final result of this study explains the potential and impact of applying Artificial Intelligence in reducing pollution of the marine environment sustainably. Although there have been many efforts to monitor the ocean for pollutants remotely, classifying the data is challenging because of the high volume of data. Therefore, the novelty of this research is to discuss a use case of a new approach to monitoring the ocean with the help of Artificial Intelligence. This research is expected to be motivated to develop better solutions in overcoming marine environment pollution using Artificial Intelligence technology.
