Vocabulary Knowledge Stored in Connectionist Network 联结网络中的词汇知识存储

According to connectionism theory, words do not exist in isolation; but always form structural sets of elements together with other conceptually related words that have a reciprocal influence on each other, and word meanings are defined through the sense relations. By constructing sense relations of words, semantic sets are established which give great precision in guiding students towards meaning and help them to reinforce the learning of another word.
根据联结主义理论,词语不是孤立存在的;但总是与其他概念相关的词一起形成相互影响的结构元素集合,词义是通过意义关系来定义的。通过构建词的语义关系,建立语义集,可以精确地引导学生寻找意义,并帮助他们加强对另一个词的学习。

E-government System Demand Analysis Based on Mind Map 基于思维导图的电子政务系统需求分析

Several problems exist in traditional analysis and design for E-Government: few solutions to dynamic user demand, heavy workload of document processing, complicated affair schemes and so on. Mind map is a method embodying radiant thinking. This paper adapts mind map for demand analysis, bringing many benefits to E-Government planning, such as grasping emphasis immediately, affording a broad overall view, giving weight to details, being convenient to implement, etc. A comparative study of traditional demand analysis and mind map based method is carried out and a typical new E-Government scenario ″Government Project Application″ is sampled to evaluate the application of mind map in E-Government system analysis.
传统的电子政务分析设计存在着对用户动态需求解决方案少、文件处理工作量大、事务方案复杂等问题。思维导图是一种体现辐射式思维的方法。本文采用思维导图进行需求分析,为电子政务规划带来了立意抓重点、全局性强、注重细节、便于实施等优点。将传统的需求分析方法与基于思维导图的方法进行对比研究,并以一个典型的电子政务新场景″政府项目应用″为样本,评价思维导图在电子政务系统分析中的应用。

The Research of a Structural P2P Model Based on Mobile Cellular Networks 基于移动蜂窝网络的结构化P2P模型研究

This paper provides the C-Chord model which is a Peer-to-Peer overlay network strategy based on mobile cellular networks. In according with theories of Chord model and the landmark cluster, and making use of characteristics of cellular architectures and base stations in mobile cellular network, C-Chord model is formed master Chord ring by all base stations and formed slave Chord ring by the mobile terminal nodes in every cellular region, so C-Chord model is two-dimensional structure to mobile cellular networks. C-Chord model uses the station as the landmark node and cellular region as the landmark district by landmark cluster method, which not only implements nodes that their physical location are close are proximate in logical location, but also solves single node failure in landmark cluster method, so C-Chord model is a more appropriate Peer-to-Peer model to the mobile cellular network.

Construction of University Digital Library Resources under the Network Environment 网络环境下高校数字图书馆资源建设

This article discusses the concept of digital libraries and its main features. By introducing advanced digital library experience and technology of foreign colleges and universities, it presents that China should formulate an overall plan to specify the direction and objective of construction and set up clear constructive missions and functions based on its specific circumstances as well as learning from foreign universities. It also analyzes the existing problem in university digital library, and put forward the accordingly countermeasures and suggestions on the construction.

The paper analyzes the current situation of business environment and business intelligence systems framework at first, and studies the theoretics and methods about the business intelligence system. Analyzes the necessity of an automated negotiation method in the manufacturing resource management system (MRMS) based on the manufacture requirement and latency manufacturing resource state, order enterprise can find forwardly or passively some manufacturers satisfying it’s manufacturing tasks requirement Taking into account justice, multi-topics influence genes, and negotiation both sides preference, etc. It can help confirm the keystone of the construction of business intelligence systems and the negotiation business model of MRMS.

Research of Wireless Data Transmission Based on Embedded Systems 基于嵌入式系统的无线数据传输研究

This paper reports on an approach to data transmission in wireless mobile networks, based on embedded system. A methodology and a design ¿ow for wireless data transmission is presented. ADC has been used for hardware design for sometime, but is now being extended to solfware design application by adding the MCU as one of ADC controller.The approach relies on the exploitation of the features of  the  applications of wireless mobile communication technology and short messages data transmission technology. Also a further optimization is given to the data packet and sending technology; the author made a test based on these technologies, and achieved the desired results.

Study on Parallel Clustering Based on Asynchronous Communication 基于异步通信的并行聚类研究

In order to improve the speed of clustering data mining, aiming at the characteristics of BIRCH algorithm, this paper has done research and analysis on rapid clustering data mining in the cluster system, and presented several improvement suggestions such as using data parallel thinking, uniform data distribution strategy , clustering communication mode and the optimization of clustering results. Experiment results show that the paralleling algorithm using asynchronous communication can achieve better performance and speedup than that synchronous one.
为了提高聚类数据挖掘的速度,本文针对BIRCH算法的特点,对聚类系统中的快速聚类数据挖掘进行了研究和分析,提出了采用数据并行思维、统一数据分布策略、聚类通信模式和优化聚类结果等改进建议。实验结果表明,采用异步通信的并行算法比采用同步通信的并行算法性能更好,速度更快。

A New Rapid Algorithm for Detecting Human Head 一种新的人体头部快速检测算法

According to the features of human head which is taken by camera shooting from the top down, this paper puts forward a new and rapid algorithm for detecting human head. First, the image is binarized by threshold, then searches diameter of circular-like head area in binary image. If the diameter is in conformity with the feature of human head, then identifies the possible head further in other directions. This algorithm avoids complex concepts and mathematical formulas. Its time-space complexity is much lower than other common methods used in detecting circular-like targets. This paper compares this algorithm with Hough Transform (HT) which is typical in detecting circular-like targets. It is several tens of times faster than HT, and the memory this algorithm needs is several tens of times less than HT. At the end of this paper, practice proves its good effect.
