: The art of coloring the cloth with the coloring blocking technique using the night is one of the ancient art forms. And batik is one of the art of coloring cloth that has developed in Indonesia, since, Majapahit kingdom. The process of making batik traditionally takes a long time. From the length of the process of making batik there are stages that usually takes quite a long time called scratching is to draw a motive either on paper or directly on the cloth. This is because at the stage of scraping batik should think of ideas after getting new ideas batik will apply it. The process of getting this idea make the process longer in making batik. With the development of technology and science today, it can shorten making the pattern by using an algorithm or computation method.

This empirical research aimed to determine the organizational learning influence extent on the organizational core competencies and diversification strategy in improving the private university organizations performance in the East Nusa Tenggara province. This study was conducted in stages in order to determine the partial effect of organizational learning on the organization’s core competencies, diversification strategies and organizational performance. The aforementioned aspect contributes to further studies in the strategy management. It concerns the effect of organizational learning on core competencies, diversification strategies and organizational performance, especially in organizing private universities. Previous research was reviewed to aid variables and hypothesis development. The variables used in the research are organizational learning, organizational core competencies, diversification strategies and work performance. The following stages were conducted through the course of the research: browsing articles, separating articles, extracting data, synthesizing data, reporting data. Data analysis method used path analysis. The approach used is quantitative positivists. The populations in this study were all private universities in the scope of Region VIII LLDIKTI Bali and Nusa Tenggara, focusing in East Nusa Tenggara. The sample were university and college in East Nusa Tenggara province: 40 PTS (High Education Institutions) consisting of 12 universities and 28 college. This study focused on the phenomenon occurred in NTT province higher education. The higher education organization management has not been well standardized. It exhibited low quality organizational competency, educational qualifications, lecturer competencies, facilities and infrastructure. Offered study programs are not in accordance with the regional condition. The graduate’s competence does not suit the regional need. The local governments do not focus its effort in higher education. Regardless of this obstacle, the community keeps sending their children to higher education institutions. This is indicated by increased number of universities in NTT and high-interest rate in entering higher education. This condition encourages researchers to determine the phenomenon’s crucial aspects. This research aim to illustrate how organizational learning, core organization competencies and diversification strategies need to be developed in improving private university institutions performance in NTT province.

: The objective of this study is to investigate the interaction of R, B and FR from phosphor-converted LED on the growth and yield of the sweet basil and holy basil. Seedlings were grown in the chamber with a continuous supply of 200 µmolm -2 sec -1 PPFD of R and B. Several ratios were applied as R:B.3.5 and 7.0 without FR and R:B.3.5 with FR 50 µmolm -2 sec -1 . The photo period was 16/8 h. The results found that R:B.3.5 with FR50 significantly increased the growth rate by 49-114%, the plant height by 64-137%, the stem diameter by 20-25% and the total fresh weight by 98-181% of the crops. R:B.3.5 with FR50 also significantly increased the average leaf area by 59-85% for the holy basil but not in the sweet basil and increased the total dry weight by 110-253% of the sweet basil but not in the holy basil. Additionally, no effects on the leaf thickness of the crops were observed. R:B.7 without FR had the trend to promote the growth of leaf and stem and total fresh weight of the crops than R:B.3.5 without FR. Moreover, the combination of FR with the R and B light could increase the leaf expansion, stem length whole plant photosynthesis and total fresh and dry weight of the sweet basil and holy basil.

: This study proposed the implementation of Augmented Reality (AR) technology to promote the learning experience about Malay traditional musical instruments. The application uses a book as a marker to help the user visualizes the traditional musical instruments, learn the history behind it and how the instruments sounds. As a starting point, a library research has been conducted in order to understand the current state of the art. ADDIE Model has been used and the design and development phases has also been discussed. This AR application is expected to be a tool for promoting the Malay traditional musical instruments for the new young generation.

: Sea transportation is a mainstay transportation in Indonesia, it is because Indonesia consists of thousands of islands, so that, to connect between islands, sea transportation is needed. Waves are very closely related to the sea, waves that are negative that is waves that can endanger shipping. One of the factors causing sea accidents is natural disasters, namely high waves. To minimize accidents due to high waves, wave predictions can be made in the hours to come using the neural network algorithm. Neural network was chosen because of its advantages in processing system input-output data even though the system is nonlinear. The advantage is that the neural network is chosen as a wave height predictor algorithm. ANFIS is an algorithm for the development of a combination of neural networks and fuzzy artificial intelligence. The ability of ANFIS to predict wave heights is no less good with neural networks, it is because ANFIS is a combination of neural network and fuzzy. It is hoped that by doing this research it can compare which algorithm is better in predicting wave heights.

: Electroencephalography devices such as the OpenBCI Cyton Biosensing board create a noninvasive and inexpensive way of acquiring signals generated by the brain. These signals are influenced by different types of brain stimuli such as eye blinks but they are also includes a large amount of noise, e.g., generated by the board. However, the noise can be removed with the help of proven filters. In this aspect, the intention of this work is to demonstrate how using different type of filters, it is possible to clean the noise from the brain signals acquired using an encephalography devices (such as Cytonbiosensing board) which are generated when a user blinks his/her eyes and classify them in different type of blinks. We have chosen the study of eye blink brain signals, since, they present a wide range of real-life applications. Our model includes a simple algorithm that classifies user-generated eye blinks into short intended blinks and long composed blinks. Experimental results of the proposed model show an accuracy of 96% which enables the development of real-life applications that do not require real-time control such as IoT devices.
